, Confience's flagship product, we deliver a leading Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) designed for quality control, commercial laboratories, and water & wastewater testing.
Built on industry best practices, myLIMS simplifies laboratory operations, ensures product compliance, and supports continuous growth for laboratories and organizations across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with process mapping and documentation.
- Configure the system using technical information provided by clients or internal stakeholders.
- Set up customer testing (UAT) and production environments to enable system functionality.
- Validate and deploy custom-developed extensions within customer environments, ensuring they are ready for demonstration and production use.
- Prepare and deliver training sessions for customers and internal team members.
- Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external customers on implementation-related topics.
- Promote user adoption and maximize customer engagement with Confience products and services.
- Advise customers on infrastructure requirements, including hardware and installation services needed to support the software.
- Research, develop, and share up-to-date technical information with relevant stakeholders.
- Analyze and troubleshoot system issues, failures, and application logs.
- Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and recommend best practices.
- Collaborate with Project teams and cross-functional departments to ensure technical alignment and successful project execution.
- Evaluate the impact of system configuration changes and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives by developing action plans, project activities, and budget recommendations when applicable.
- Follow established methodologies, standards, and company procedures.
- Coordinate and delegate tasks to junior team members or interns when appropriate.
- Perform other implementation and customer support activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related scientific field.
- Experience working in laboratory operations or laboratory routines.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
- Advanced or Fluent English.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and prepare reports.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to train and educate end users effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset.
- Knowledge of
ISO/IEC 17025
standards.
