Twoje obowiązki

  • Wykonywanie analiz RAMS zgodnie z obowiązującymi procesami, instrukcjami oraz wymaganiami klientów.
  • Przygotowywanie dokumentacji i analiz RAMS zgodnie z założeniami dotyczącymi jakości, kosztów i terminowości realizacji projektów (QCD).
  • Analizowanie i adresowanie uwag klientów oraz niezależnych jednostek oceniających (ISA, NoBo, DeBo i innych) dotyczących dokumentacji RAMS.
  • Udział w ocenie parametrów RAMS produktów oraz wspieranie definiowania wymagań niezbędnych do osiągnięcia założonych celów niezawodnościowych i bezpieczeństwa.
  • Stosowanie standardów, zasad i procesów inżynieryjnych Alstom, w szczególności związanych z obszarem RAMS.
  • Monitorowanie postępu swoich działań oraz zgłaszanie potencjalnych problemów i ryzyk projektowych.
  • Krytyczna analiza danych i wyników RAMS w celu zapewnienia spójności, jakości i efektywności prowadzonych analiz.
  • Poszerzanie wiedzy o produktach i rozwiązaniach Alstom w celu skuteczniejszej oceny ich bezpieczeństwa i niezawodności.
  • Wspieranie ciągłego doskonalenia produktów poprzez wykorzystanie doświadczeń i wyników analiz RAMS.

Oczekujemy

  • Wykształcenia wyższego technicznego.
  • Wiedzy lub doświadczenia w obszarze inżynierii taboru kolejowego, walidacji, elektrotechniki, mechatroniki, automatyki lub metod analiz RAMS.
  • Umiejętności czytania i interpretacji dokumentacji technicznej.
  • Umiejętności analitycznego myślenia i rozwiązywania problemów technicznych.
  • Umiejętności współpracy z zespołami wielobranżowymi.
  • Dobrej organizacji pracy oraz umiejętności skutecznego ustalania priorytetów.
  • Samodzielności, odpowiedzialności i proaktywnego podejścia do powierzonych zadań.
  • Dokładności, systematyczności oraz dbałości o szczegóły.
  • Dobrej znajomości języka angielskiego umożliwiającej pracę z dokumentacją techniczną oraz komunikację w międzynarodowym środowisku.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development and AI Native SDLC practices and operations.
  • Advanced English is required.
  • Successful completion of a four-year college degree is required.
  • Extensive experience architecting, developing, and delivering large-scale production software systems.
  • Proven experience establishing software architecture, engineering standards, and code quality.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI-native SDLC practices using Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar agentic AI tools.
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI throughout the SDLC, including planning, implementation, testing, code review, and documentation.
  • Strong background in building AI-powered applications using LLMs, RAG, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering.
  • Extensive experience developing full-stack applications using Node.js, React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
  • Practical experience building backend services using Python or similar programming languages.
  • Solid understanding of cloud-native architectures, CI/CD, automated testing, and modern deployment practices.
  • Hands-on experience with GitHub workflows, Docker, and integration testing.
  • Experience with AWS and modern engineering tools such as Grafana, Sentry, Vercel, or Render.
  • Passion for continuous improvement, AI-driven engineering, software craftsmanship, and scalable development practices.
  • Ability to work through new and difficult issues and contribute to libraries as needed.
  • Ability to create and maintain continuous integration and delivery of applications.
  • Forensic attention to detail.
  • A positive mindset and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
  • Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
