, for a dynamic professional to cover the following position:

IT Application Support Engineer

Job Description

• Provides support, maintenance, and enhancement of internal business applications (e.g. warehouse, sales, and operational systems)

• Troubleshoots application issues and ensures timely resolution

• Works with databases (queries, data validation, updates) to ensure data accuracy and integrity

• Monitors system performance and ensures proper data flow across applications

• Collaborates with internal teams (Sales, Logistics, Operations) to support business processes

• Supports integrations and data exchanges between different systems

• Documents processes, technical solutions, and system procedures

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field

•At least two (2) years of experience in application support, IT systems, or similar roles.

• Strong knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills

• Good understanding of business processes and enterprise systems

• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment

• Experience with PHP development

• Familiarity with APIs and system integrations

• Experience with ERP, WMS, CRM, or similar business systems
