Java Developer with French

We are also the company behind two software solutions for office work – our workplace management software, Desk Buddy, and our performance management software, GROW.

About the project:

Our client is a leading French organization with over 40 years of expertise in the IT sector. Leveraging its international teams, the organization provides comprehensive support to IT and business departments, serving clients in the aviation and finance industries.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain Java applications and services as part of an Agile delivery team.
• Write clean, well-tested, maintainable code and participate actively in code reviews.
• Take part in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fix issues across the application lifecycle, from development to production support.
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA, and business analysts to turn requirements into working software.

Skills & Experience:

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java development (Java 8+).
• Practical experience with the Spring / Spring Boot ecosystem.
• Good understanding of object-oriented design, data structures, and relational databases (SQL).
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong communication skills and professional English, spoken and written, and working knowledge of French.
