We are looking for a Junior/Medior Data Engineer to join our growing team—someone eager to learn from experienced architects and contribute to innovative projects for clients in Slovakia and abroad. We help companies build modern data platforms and turn data into real business value—and you will play a key role in this process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and Development: Build and maintain data pipelines, and design robust, scalable data models.
  • Modern Technology Stack: Work with leading cloud-based technologies, with a strong focus on Databricks and dbt as part of our current delivery.
  • Data Quality & Integrity: Develop efficient SQL logic for transformations and validations, implement data quality frameworks, and ensure proper documentation of solutions.
  • Client Collaboration: Translate business needs into effective and sustainable technical solutions through close collaboration with clients.
  • CI/CD Enablement: Apply Git and CI/CD best practices to ensure high-quality and reliable delivery.
  • End-to-End Delivery: Contribute across the full project lifecycle—from requirements gathering and solution design to development and deployment.

Skills And Attributes For Success

  • Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in data engineering (either in a professional setting or through complex projects).
  • Education: University degree in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL
  • Practical experience or strong theoretical understanding of Databricks (or similar data platforms) and dbt
  • Basic Python for data processing and automation
  • Experience with Git and version control
  • Languages: Proficiency in English to collaborate in an international environment

Our Design Team is organized around products – and you will be too. Instead of time-boxed projects, we are responsible for the experience design of a landscape of products at various stages of their lifecycle.

Our product portfolio consists of more than 150 web and mobile applications supporting reinsurance business functions such as Sales, Underwriting, and Claims Management.

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer with a proven track record of designing high-quality digital experiences. Given the complexity of our industry, we value creative problem solvers who enjoy tackling sophisticated business, technical, and analytical challenges and translating them into meaningful user experiences.

About The Role
As a UX/UI Designer, you will help shape intuitive, scalable, and impactful digital experiences across a portfolio of products. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Experts, Engineers, and fellow Designers to understand user needs, define solutions, and deliver experiences that balance user value, business objectives, and technical feasibility.

You will contribute both as a hands-on designer and as a strategic partner, helping teams make informed decisions about product direction, experience quality, and consistency across our digital product landscape.

About The Role

  • Drive the end-to-end design process from discovery through delivery for one or more digital products.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Experts, Engineers, and Designers to create solutions that are desirable, feasible, and viable.
  • Apply user research, usability testing, journey mapping, and other user-centred design practices to inform product decisions.
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and our design system.
  • Apply UX patterns, interaction design principles, accessibility standards, and systems thinking to create intuitive and consistent experiences.
  • Contribute to product strategy by identifying user needs and opportunities across end-to-end workflows and the broader product ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure design quality and successful implementation.
  • Use data, analytics, and user feedback to continuously evaluate and improve product experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution and governance of our Figma-based design system, built on Google Material Design M2, including reusable components, patterns, libraries, design tokens, and documentation.
  • Create and maintain scalable Figma components using variables, variants, properties, Auto Layout, and clear component architecture.
  • Stress-test components and patterns across realistic and edge-case scenarios, including responsive behaviour, content variability, complex data states, localization, and accessibility.
  • Help maintain consistency between Figma and coded components by collaborating with Engineers on component behaviour, states, tokens, and implementation.
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI-assisted design and development workflows, where they create meaningful value for users and teams.

About You

  • 3+ years of experience in UX/UI, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a related field; experience in complex B2B environments is a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and modern design workflows.
  • Strong understanding of UX patterns, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design principles.
  • Experience working with design systems and component-based design, including components, variants, variables, libraries, and design tokens.
  • Familiarity with Material Design and the principles behind scalable component systems.
  • Ability to systematically evaluate designs across edge cases, responsive behaviours, accessibility requirements, and complex application states.
  • Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles; WCAG knowledge is a plus.
  • Comfortable applying user-centred design methods, including research, usability testing, journey mapping, and iterative design.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, facilitation, and storytelling skills.
  • Systems thinker who can balance detailed design execution with broader product, service, and business goals.
  • Curious about AI, automation, and emerging technologies and how they can improve design practice and user experiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity, learning continuously, and helping teams move from complexity to clarity.

Nice to Have

  • Experience maintaining or contributing to a large-scale Figma design system.
  • Experience with Material Design M2, design tokens, and design-system governance.
  • Experience collaborating with developers on coded component libraries or Storybook.
  • Experience with accessibility testing and complex enterprise or data-rich applications.
  • Familiarity with analytics and data-informed design practices.

For Slovakia The Base Salary Range For This Position Is Between EUR 2,100 And EUR 3,400 Per Month (for a Full-time Role). The Specific Salary Offered Considers:

  • the requirements, scope, complexity and responsibilities of the role,
  • the applicant’s own profile including education/qualifications, expertise, specialisation, skills and experience. In addition to your base salary, Swiss Re offers an attractive performance-based variable compensation component, designed to recognise your achievements. About The Role
Join the INLAP team as a Junior Frontend Developer helping to build and support an Angular-based application and shared UI component library. You will build your skills through close collaboration with senior team members and actively contribute to a robust, modern UI stack.

Responsibilities

  • Implement UI features and bug fixes within an Angular (v17+) standalone component framework
  • Learn and apply best practices in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and SCSS
  • Assist in maintaining the shared component library
  • Write basic unit tests with guidance from more senior developers
  • Participate in code reviews and team meetings
  • Work within an Agile/Scrum team environment, learning modern delivery workflows

Required Skills

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to role, level, location, effort, responsibility, skillset, and level of experience.

WHO YOU ARE:

  • 2-5 years of hands-on experience with Pega platform development

  • Pega Certified System Architect (CSA) is required; Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) is an advantage

  • Familiarity with SOAP, REST, and PL/SQL for integration and backend work

  • Good understanding of data modeling, XML (XSD, XSLT, XQuery, XPath), and UML

Popis pracovnej pozície
Full-Stack Developer bude zodpovedný za návrh, vývoj, optimalizáciu a údržbu front-endových aj back-endových komponentov komplexných enterprise riešení. Ide o kľúčovú technickú rolu v tíme, ktorá pokrýva celý vývojový cyklus – od analýzy, návrhu architektúry, implementácie až po podporu pri testovaní a nasadení.

Čo budeš robiť?

  • Vývoj a údržba front-endových a back-endových častí systému v súlade s architektonickým návrhom a bezpečnostnými požiadavkami.
  • Implementácia API rozhraní, dátových modelov a integračných väzieb s externými systémami.
  • Spolupráca s analytikmi, architektmi, test manažérom, devops a projektovým tímom pri implementácii funkcionalít.
  • Participácia na návrhu technických riešení, optimalizácii výkonu a riešení incidentov počas vývoja aj prevádzky.
  • Zodpovednosť za kvalitu kódu – code reviews, adherence to clean code, unit/integration testing.
  • Spolutvorba dokumentácie (technická dokumentácia, API špecifikácie, deployment postupy).
  • Podpora pri testovaní, UAT, rolloute a produkčnom nasadení.
  • Návrhy na zlepšovanie vývojových procesov, automatizácie a kvality dodávky.

  • Skúsenosti s modernými full-stack technológiami (napr. .NET/Java + Angular/React/Vue, prípadne Node.js).
