What you will do:

As an L2 Identity & Access Back Office Engineer, you will join the Identity Management team within the Global Business Support IT Service Line. Working as part of the Active Directory Control Tower team, you will contribute to the availability, security and compliance of the TES forest by managing identity-related support requests and performing Active Directory back office operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle and resolve Level 2 identity-related service requests and incidents in line with defined SLAs.
  • Manage and qualify tickets through the ITSM tool, escalating issues when required and contributing to root cause analysis.
  • Communicate with users and entities throughout the resolution process.
  • Administer and maintain the Active Directory infrastructure, including user accounts, security groups, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), Organisational Units (OUs) and trust relationships.
  • Monitor Domain Controller health, replication status and DNS configuration.
  • Participate in compliance remediation activities and Active Directory security hardening.
  • Execute Identity & Access operational activities, including account lifecycle management, access provisioning and de-provisioning, and access reviews.
  • Ensure operations are performed in accordance with established procedures, security policies and change management processes.
  • Support operational tasks related to AWS and/or Azure environments hosting identity infrastructure.
  • Maintain and update operational procedures, runbooks and knowledge base documentation.
  • Collaborate with L3 engineering teams, security stakeholders and entity IT teams.
  • Participate in agile team activities and manage tasks using a Kanban approach.

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in an IT back office, support or infrastructure role with a focus on Active Directory.
  • Proven experience managing tickets and service requests in a Level 2 support environment.
  • Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience working in a large international IT environment is considered an advantage.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-800, MD-102) or equivalent are considered an advantage.
  • Solid operational experience with Active Directory and Domain Controllers, including users, groups, GPOs, OUs, replication and DNS.
  • Good knowledge of an IT service management tool such as ServiceNow or an equivalent solution.
  • Basic to intermediate PowerShell scripting skills for Active Directory administration and task automation.
  • Basic understanding of AWS and/or Azure cloud subscription management and hosted infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge of identity protocols such as Kerberos, LDAP and NTLM, with awareness of SAML and OAuth2.
  • Basic understanding of Active Directory security risks and hardening practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical information clearly.
  • Service-oriented approach and commitment to providing reliable support.
  • Rigorous and methodical way of working, with attention to detail.
  • Analytical problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an international team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new identity and cloud technologies.

Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to support enterprise data initiatives by analysing source systems and translating business requirements into clear technical data specifications.

The role sits between business stakeholders, application owners and Data Engineers, with a strong focus on data discovery, profiling, modelling and source-to-target mapping.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Analyse source systems, data structures, relationships and business rules.
  • Perform data profiling and data quality analysis.
  • Identify missing, inconsistent, duplicate or invalid data.
  • Produce Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation.
  • Define transformation rules and business logic for data integration and migration.
  • Create conceptual, logical and physical data models.
  • Support data lineage, metadata and data governance activities.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical data specifications.
  • Work closely with Data Engineers during implementation.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Management, Business Analysis, or other data-focused roles.
  • Strong expertise in SQL, data profiling, and data quality analysis.
  • Proven experience creating and maintaining Source-to-Target Mapping (STM) documentation and defining data transformation rules.
  • Strong knowledge of logical and physical data modelling, including dimensional modelling and Data Warehouse concepts.
  • Experience analysing transactional and operational source systems, combined with strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills.

Desired Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and/or Power BI.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data governance best practices.
  • Understanding of Data Vault modelling methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and configure NetReveal components required to support the migration and target-state solution.
  • NetReveal version 8 or later — mandatory (NetReveal v9 preferred).
  • Strong hands-on experience in NetReveal development, configuration, deployment and support.
  • Hands-on experience with the NetReveal Transaction Monitoring SMBD Spark Engine — mandatory.
  • Develop, enhance and maintain profiling and reprofiling processes within NetReveal.

Technical Skills:

  • Experience with NetReveal v8 or v9 is highly desirable.

  • Good understanding of NetReveal data structures, processing flows and transaction monitoring capabilities.

Migration Experience:

  • Proven experience supporting data migration projects, ideally within financial crime, transaction monitoring or related environments.
  • Experience with historical transaction data migration at scale.
  • Experience migrating customer portfolios and associated transactional data.
  • Strong understanding of data ingestion, transformation and validation processes.

Troubleshooting & Production Support:

Position Summary
The Specialist Data Loading is placed within the Operations Steering and Transformation division. This global cross-LOB position plays a fundamental role in performing the proper loading of beneficiary data into our portfolio management system by using the IT-ecosystems in order to fulfill all requirements of our stakeholders (e.g. reporting, coverage check and fluent and most efficient claims/case handling).

The position requires a blend of technical expertise.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handling the beneficiary data implementations on global cross-LOB-level which includes the following tasks:

1.1. Onboarding of BP

1.2. Acknowledging customer journey to identify all relevant data touchpoints

1.3. Alignment with business partners and internal stakeholders on datasets and upload-frequency and further details

1.4. Set up of SFTP connections with business partners

  • Handling the run business which includes the following tasks:

2.1. Trouble shooting (in case of issues)

2.1.1. Organizing, prioritizing, multi-tasking requests

2.1.2. Recognizing and solving issues asap

2.1.3. Analyzing & sharing outcomes

2.1.4. Escalating to management, when needed

2.2. Management (correction, upload) and maintenance of data/files received

  • Utilize Agile methodologies to manage workflows and project delivery
  • Maintain close, intensive contact with business partners and internal stakeholders for new implementations to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives
  • Ensure alignment with operations, contract implementation team, claims, underwriting, and the digital team responsible for digital solutions such as conversational implementations
  • Process Optimization: Oversee the design and optimization of data loading processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements
Language & Communication

  • Fluent in both German and English (written and spoken), enabling effective communication with international business partners and internal stakeholders

Experience

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in data loading, data management, or a comparable role within an operational or IT-adjacent environment

Technical Skills

  • Proficient in SQL for data querying, validation, and troubleshooting
  • Solid understanding of data loading processes, data triage, and data quality assurance
  • Familiarity with portfolio management systems and IT ecosystems used for beneficiary data processing

Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Business System Analyst with experience in modern data platforms, particularly Databricks, to act as a bridge between business stakeholders and Data Engineering, BI, and Data Science teams. The role is responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining functional specifications, and ensuring the successful implementation of data solutions.

Responsibilities
Business Analysis

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops with business and IT stakeholders.
