The Position

Lead Data Solutions Architect

This role is embedded within our core Diagnostics division, where we bridge scientific curiosity with technical excellence to build a decentralized, enterprise-wide data ecosystem. As a technical cornerstone, you will act as the bridge between global technology and local business, working side-by-side with Data Domain Leads and Product Owners to transform raw data into trustworthy data products. The opportunity:

  • Architectural Leadership: Drive the overarching design of Data Mesh architectures and integrated data solutions from source identification to the final data product, ensuring full lifecycle alignment with business needs
  • Data Product Delivery & Governance: Lead the definition and implementation of reusable, discoverable, and well-governed Data Products while ensuring strict compliance with access management, data classification, audit traceability, and regulatory standards (e.g., GxP, GDPR)
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner dynamically with Data Domain Leads, Sub-Domain Leads, and Data Product Owners to translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable data architecture proposals
  • Team Leadership & Technical Mentorship: Direct and mentor a dedicated delivery team of external data engineers, elevating technical standards and fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement
  • Technology & Pipeline Optimization: Innovate and optimize domain data processes, focusing on pipeline design and enterprise data modeling strategies to meet system and user requirements
  • Modern Data Stack Execution: Oversee end-to-end data pipeline buildout and cloud performance optimization using Python, dbt, GitLab CI/CD, Talend, and API consumption

Who you are:

  • Data Architecture & Mesh Mastery (Required): Proven track record of designing and implementing Data Mesh architectures, managing cloud platforms like Snowflake (AWS is an advantage), and managing Data Products in complex enterprise environments
  • Advanced Data Modeling & Ingestion (Required): Deep hands-on experience designing scalable enterprise data models utilizing Data Vault 2.0 methodology and dimensional modeling, paired with expertise in Python, dbt, GitLab CI/CD, Talend, and API ingestion
  • Data Quality & Observability Focus (Required): Extensive experience applying data quality standards across entire data pipelines, with strong familiarity with observability principles to ensure system health
  • Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory (Required): Ability to act as a courageous, trusted advisor to business stakeholders, navigating complex data conversations with clarity and data-driven insights
  • Technical Leadership (Required): Demonstrated ability to guide, influence, and elevate the technical standards of data engineering teams in a fast-paced environment

  • Salary range: 19,075.00 – 35,425.00 PLN gross / month (equivalent to 228,900.00 – 425,100.00 PLN gross / year) based on the employment contract (UoP)

Compensation & Benefits
The expected salary range for this position, based on the primary location of Warsaw Grafit is 228’900.00 PLN - 425’100.00 PLN. Final compensation will be determined by a number of factors, including your skills, experience, qualifications, and location. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus with a target of 20% subject to both individual and company performance.

We will count on you to:

  • Assist with the development, testing, and implementation of data audits for the cleaning and processing of executive and long-term incentive survey data
  • Assist with peer review of executive survey data and long-term incentive valuations
  • Conduct research on a regular basis of organizations and their associated structure that will be used in the maintenance of tools for consistent organization data cleaning across surveys

What you need to have:

  • Degree in finance, mathematics, statistics, business is preferred
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • Time management and project management skills

The opportunity

  • Excellent English communication skills (C1/C2).

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Experience supporting client-facing teams, sales, or account management.

Join our Data & Analytics Competence Center and co-create modern analytical solutions based on Microsoft Power BI.

As a Lead Data Analyst (Power BI), you will bridge the business and technology worlds – engage in client conversations, translate business needs into analytical solutions, and support organizations in building a Data-Driven culture.

You will develop reporting standards and Data Governance, support the Power BI analyst team, and collaborate with DWH architects and data engineers in designing modern data platforms.

Your tasks

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders
  • Conduct workshops, analyze requirements, and translate business goals into analytical solutions and Power BI dashboards
  • Define reporting standards and best practices in Power BI and Data Governance
  • Work with data developers (ETL), data architects, and DevOps/FinOps in designing and implementing solutions based on Microsoft Fabric and Power BI
  • Act as a team leader – mentoring, developing skills, and providing substantive support to analysts
  • Oversee the quality, consistency, and usability of delivered analytical solutions
  • Monitor market trends in analytics
  • Co-create and develop the Data & Analytics Center's offerings
  • Represent the organization at industry conferences and actively participate in market events

Requirements

  • At least 7 years of experience in creating and developing Power BI analytics and working with data
  • Previous experience as a Tech Lead / Lead Developer / Senior Consultant
  • Knowledge of Data Governance principles, semantic modeling, and reporting best practices
  • Practical knowledge of DWH architecture, Data Lakehouse, cloud solutions, and Microsoft Fabric platform, supported by active participation in implementations or production projects
  • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, DAX
  • Commercial experience with Microsoft Fabric gained through implementation or development projects (experience in architecture design and recommending platform components is a plus)
  • Experience in project work with clients (requirements gathering, consulting, presentations)
  • Ability to make technological decisions and take responsibility for them
  • Strong communication and consulting skills
  • Experience in presales processes (concept preparation, offer support, estimations)
  • Ability to identify market trends in data analytics and apply them practically in building offerings and solutions for clients
  • Fluent communication in Polish and English

Nice to have

  • Active participation in the industry community (attending conferences, meetups, monitoring the market)
  • Use of AI in analytics automation

Senior Risk Engineering Analyst

What The Day Will Look Like

  • System Ownership & Technical Administration: Oversee d‑Risk system maintenance (patches, upgrades, version control, stability) and conduct UAT for new releases. Configure workflows, forms, notifications, and automation. Monitor performance, uptime, data integrity, drive optimization and digitalization, and ensure SLA compliance with the vendor.
  • User Management & Vendor Collaboration : Act as the main liaison with the US‑based d‑Risk vendor. Manage the full user lifecycle (accounts, roles, permissions, deactivation) and support onboarding, training, and adoption for ~100 users across 12 EMEA countries. Provide daily technical support, gather user feedback, and lead change management for new releases and features.
  • Reporting, Dashboards & Analytics: Produce and customize risk reports, dashboards, data extracts, and management insights. Deliver client‑ready reporting supporting Risk Control Engineering and ensure consistency and data accuracy across EMEA.
  • Documentation System & Process Governance: Ensure effective use of the d‑Risk documentation system across EMEA. Support risk surveys, templates, documentation standards, follow‑up of risk recommendations, and maintain high data quality in cooperation with the ABS client data team.
  • Asset Valuation & Project Tracking: Support Asset Valuation by coordinating third‑party proposals, tracking project delivery, logging completed projects, and ensuring compliance with quality and documentation requirements.
  • Financial & Supplier Coordination: Manage EMEA invoicing and internal off‑charging. Coordinate with supplier contract holders to ensure proper vendor and contract management.
