Your Role

As a
Lead ML Engineer
, you’ll act as a technical leader, combining deep technical execution with mentorship, architectural ownership, and strategic input. You’ll be responsible for scaling our ML systems, shaping the technical roadmap, and guiding a high-performing ML team in building production-grade solutions for real-world urban challenges.

Key responsibilities:

• Architect and lead the development of large-scale ML systems and model pipelines
• Introduce new ML systems, such as traffic sign detection, building facade detection, and other computer vision-based solutions
• Define and drive the ML technical roadmap in alignment with company objectives
• Act as a technical mentor and leader for other ML engineers
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration with product, engineering, and domain experts
• Ensure engineering excellence through robust review processes, documentation, and technical standards
• Own and refine deployment processes for real-time and batch ML services
• Evaluate emerging tools, techniques, and architectures, and apply them strategically
• Support technical decision-making across ML architecture, data pipelines, model development, and deployment

We’re seeking candidates with:

• 5+ years of experience in
  ML/AI
  , with a strong focus on production-grade computer vision and deep learning models
• Expert-level
  Python
  and PyTorch skills
• Deep knowledge of scalable ML systems, data lifecycle management, and MLOps practices
• Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring engineers, leading projects, or guiding ML teams
• Strong architectural thinking and the ability to make pragmatic technical decisions
• Strategic thinking and excellent communication skills
• A passion for sustainability and real-world applications of ML
• Experience with complex algorithms and large-scale data processing

We value if you have experience in:

• Managing, mentoring, or helping build small ML teams
• Remote sensing, GIS, LiDAR, or point cloud data

A projektről:
A Smart Text Hub (STH) projekt célja, hogy a Siemens Mobility különböző mérnöki, dokumentációs és operatív területeiről érkező felhasználói igényeket termékszintű, skálázható, AI‑alapú szolgáltatásokká alakítsa.

A csapat olyan AI‑vezérelt szoftverrendszereket fejleszt, amelyek megbízhatóan működnek és hosszú távú értéket teremtenek. A projekt középpontjában a modern LLM‑alapú technológiák, a fejlett retrieval‑architektúrák, a szemantikus dokumentumfeldolgozás és az AI‑alapú backend szolgáltatások állnak.

A csapat tagjaként az alábbi feladatok várnak rád:

• Felhasználói igények megértése és átalakítása termékszintű AI‑megoldásokká.
• Szoros együttműködés különböző belső üzleti és technológiai területekkel.
• AI‑alapú műszaki koncepciók és megoldások elkészítése, amelyek mérhető üzleti értéket teremtenek.
• Prompt engineering feladatok és kiértékelési módszerek tervezése, automatizálása és működtetése (benchmarking).
• Adatminőség és adatkezelés felügyelete a modellek megfelelő kontextussal történő ellátása érdekében.
• Termékszintű, éles környezetbe szánt AI szolgáltatások és komponensek fejlesztése (LLM‑integráció, szemantikus indexelés, RAG, hibrid keresés, vektor adatbázisok)
• Skálázható backend API‑k, ágens‑alapú AI folyamatok és robusztus adatfolyamok fejlesztése.
• End‑to‑end funkciók megvalósítása: tervezés, implementálás, tesztelés, dokumentáció, bevezetés, monitorozás.
• CI/CD gyakorlatok, kódminőség és code review folyamatok aktív alkalmazása.
• Konténerizáció használata (Docker) fejlesztéshez és üzemeltetéshez.
• Gyakornokok mentorálása és szakmai támogatása AI területen.
• Iteratív fejlesztési módszertanok (CRISP‑DM, SDLC) alkalmazása.

Te vagy az ideális jelölt, ha:

• Rendelkezel legalább 5 év szoftverfejlesztési tapasztalattal AI‑fókusszal (NLP, LLM, RAG).
• Magabiztosan programozol Pythonban (clean code, típusos Python 3.11+, async/await, Pydantic).
• Van gyakorlatod retrieval‑architektúrákban (RAG, hibrid keresés, vektor adatbázisok).
• Jártas vagy a tesztelésben és kódminőség‑biztosításban (pytest, mocking, quality gate).
• Tapasztalt vagy konténerizált környezetekben (Docker).
• Dolgoztál már éles termékkörnyezetbe kerülő szoftvereken, termékszemlélettel.
• Ismered az iteratív fejlesztési kereteket (CRISP‑DM, SDLC).
• Képes vagy automatizált kiértékelési pipeline‑ok, benchmark rendszerek tervezésére.
• Aktív B2+ angol nyelvtudással rendelkezel.

The
Center of Digitalization (HR)
at DHL is responsible for digitizing, automating, and continuously improving
HR processes and HR Shared Service Center operations
across the organization.

This role is designed for
experienced professionals
with
2–5 years
of relevant Microsoft Power automation experience, ranging from strong mid-level contributors to senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop applications & automation solutions using mainly the
  Microsoft Power Platform
  for
  HR and HR Shared Service Center processes
• Analyze HR business processes and translate them into
  functional and technical workflow designs
• Implement workflow solutions using State of the Art Cloud BPMN Platforms like
  Pega
• Collaborate closely with HR process owners, HR Shared Service Center teams, IT and integration teams
• Support testing, deployment, and stabilization of HR workflow solutions
• Monitor and troubleshoot automation solutions to ensure optimal performance and address any issues promptly
• Ensure compliance with
  data protection, security, audit, and HR governance standards
• Contribute to
  automation standards, templates, and best practices
  within HR digitalization
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in automation technologies and recommend improvements

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience
  in
  Microsoft Power
  automation (mainly
  Power Apps
  &
  Power Automate
  ), BPMN or process digitalization
• Strong expertise in
  User Interface & User Experience
  design principles, with the ability to create intuitive, user-centered digital experiences
• Solid understanding of
  business process management principles
  (e.g. BPMN, orchestration, case management)
• Ability to translate
  HR business requirements into technical workflow solutions
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment along with different countries and cultures.
• Experience or strong interest in
  HR processes or HR Shared Service Center operations
  (e.g. employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, master data, approvals, requests)
• Experience working in enterprise or shared service environments
• Strong structured, analytical, and quality-focused working style
• Fluent English is mandatory
  with German being a plus
