Are you a
mid-level developer with 3+ years of experience
who wants to keep learning, take on new challenges, and grow into a stronger developer?
We’re looking for motivated developers to join our team.
You don’t need experience with both Java and Angular.
You might be a
Java developer who wants to develop your frontend skills
, an
Angular developer interested in learning more about backend development
or already have experience with both.
What matters most to us is that you have a solid development foundation,
curiosity, ambition, and desire to learn.
Our main technologies are:
- Java 17
- Angular (latest version)
We are open to candidates who have experience with only one of the two technologies.
You don't need to know both from day one.
The job
Your main responsibility is to develop full-stack software applications with a frontend in Angular, and backend in Java.
In addition to that, some of your key tasks will be to:
- Troubleshoot, optimize and solve complex problems in an existing codebase;
- Lead the design and implementation of new features together with our Domain Experts and User Experience engineers;
- Ensure the quality of the solution by reviewing and inspecting the design and code made by your developer colleagues.
Joining the team
This team builds the app that is used by soldiers in their exercises - it helps bring the strategy decided in the higher-level command centers to the battlefield soldiers. This app can be found on tablets, cars, android devices & it is widely used in the NATO army.
The team has 4 members:
2 Developers, 1 QA (who is also Scrum Master) & 1 people manager and project manager.
What we're looking for:
- A technical degree in computer science, electronics, telecommunications, or a related field;
- 3+ years of professional software development experience;
- Good experience with Java OR Angular;
- A genuine interest in learning and expanding your technical skills;
- Nice to have:
Typescript & Gradle;
- Fluent English, both written and spoken;
- The ambition to grow and take on more responsibility;
- A problem-solving mindset;
- A willingness to collaborate, ask questions, and share knowledge;
- Proactive, solution‑oriented team player with a growth mindset, strong planning and stakeholder management skills;
- An interest in writing clean, maintainable, and reliable software;
- Willingness to travel for onboarding and occasional business travel.
We're less interested in whether you already know every technology we use and more interested in
how you think, how you learn, and where you want to go next.

that you must be able to present a clean criminal record and have lived in a NATO and/or an EU country for the past seven years as we work with security-classified projects. Read more here.
