Requisiti richiesti

• Ottima conoscenza di PL/SQL
• Esperienza nell’elaborazione di grandi quantità di dati
• Solida esperienza nella Creazione/Modifica Package, Stored Procedure, Function e Trigger
• Capacità di redigere l’analisi dei requisiti tecnico-funzionali
• Capacità di redigere documenti tecnici a supporto dello sviluppo
• Eseguire il primo test funzionale ed individuare e rimuovere eventuali anomalie

• Collaborare nell’analisi delle specifiche funzionali e nella messa a punto dei requisiti architetturali e tecnologici
• Sviluppo e test di applicazioni e/o funzioni

Ti Occuperai Di

• Attività di analisi tecnica e sviluppo in progetti correlati alla suite PASS Insurance;
• Interagire con il cliente per la raccolta dei requisiti tecnici, la definizione della proposta implementativa più adeguata e la valutazione dei relativi impatti nel contesto specifico;
• Coordinamento e indirizzamento dei profili tecnici del team;
• Collaborare in progetti di trasformazione del business dei top player assicurativi, anche in contesti internazionali;
• Supportare l’azienda e i clienti nella definizione delle soluzioni più idonee e innovative.

Il profilo ideale
Required Skills

• Conoscenza approfondita della piattaforma PASS Insurance dal punto di vista tecnico;
• Conoscenza di framework e tecnologie correlate allo sviluppo sulla suite PassInsurance: Java, J2EE, Angular, servizi Rest e Soap, API, Spring/Spring Boot, SQL;
• Conoscenza approfondita dei processi assicurativi in ambito Danni, Vita, Sinistri;
• Comprovata esperienza professionale negli ambiti sopra descritti, maturata su progetti di evoluzione della piattaforma PASS Insurance o di integrazione della stessa presso clienti assicurativi;
• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (parlata e scritta);
• Ottime capacità relazionali, organizzative e comunicative;
• Attitudine a creare un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e positivo;
• Orientamento ai risultati e al problem solving;

AI Developer
to join the
Operations Team
and support the development of Artificial Intelligence solutions and business process automation initiatives.

The selected candidate will collaborate with different business functions to design and develop AI-driven solutions and digital tools that streamline operational activities and improve process efficiency.

This position offers direct involvement in the company's day-to-day operations, from mapping existing processes to designing and developing tools that are used daily by internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Map and analyze internal processes across different business areas;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation through AI and digital solutions;
• Develop internal tools based on Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI;
• Automate the generation of reports, documents, and recurring operational activities;
• Support data analysis initiatives;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
• Document developed solutions and support their adoption by internal users.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or currently in progress) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field;
• Good knowledge of Python and familiarity with the main data analysis and manipulation libraries;
• Understanding of the fundamentals of Machine Learning and Generative AI;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down operational challenges into manageable solutions;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
• Team-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders;
• Excellent command of Italian and professional proficiency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or project experience with frameworks for developing LLM-based applications;
• Knowledge of Git and version control best practices;
• Familiarity with SQL and database management;
• Basic knowledge of web development or lightweight user interface development for internal tools;
• Interest in financial markets, asset management, or wealth management;
• Previous experience (internships, thesis projects, or personal projects) in process automation or data analytics.

About The Role
What if the code you write could directly shape how the next generation of AI understands and generates software? We're looking for Software Engineers in Milan to build, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code — helping train AI systems to think like real developers.

You'll write solutions, review AI outputs, and provide the expert-level feedback that makes AI coding assistants smarter, safer, and more reliable. This is hands-on engineering work at the frontier of AI development — not theoretical, not bureaucratic, and not boring.
