.Net Software Engineer

About The Role
Location - Pristina, Kosovo (Office/Hybrid)

We are looking for a talented .Net Software Engineer to join a growing software engineering team working on innovative digital solutions for a well-established international financial institution.

You will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.
• Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, estimation, documentation, development, testing, bug fixing, and support.
• Investigate and resolve incidents reported by software users.
• Implement system changes according to established standards and recommend corrective improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality enterprise software.

Essential
Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of professional experience with .NET (C#) and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with WinForms and/or WPF.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-organized, flexible, reliable, and a strong team player.

Preferred

• Experience within a banking or financial services environment.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience developing APIs and microservices.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related scientific discipline.
