Partner Sales Manager, Latin America Position Summary

As Partner Sales Manager, Latin America, you will play a key role on Delinea’s Global Partner Organization team, acting as the quarterback of your partner portfolio. You will develop and nurture strategic, mutually beneficial relationships with a targeted set of regional partners, ranging from resellers, distributors, Systems Integrators (SIs) and technology partners to drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue through joint sales efforts. You will own joint go-to-market planning, partner enablement, and performance management, coordinating all company activities with your partners including education, marketing, executive briefings, business planning and client engagements.

What You’ll Do:

  • Revenue growth through partners — Own partner-sourced/influenced pipeline and bookings targets.
  • Enablement & training — Deliver technical and sales training, and guide partners on monetization, business models, differentiation, and where to invest to grow and specialize their practice.
  • Relationship management — Act as the trusted advisor and escalation point for partners, orchestrating and motivating a partner ecosystem rather than managing relationships one at a time.
  • Joint go-to-market planning — Build co-selling and co-marketing plans with partners, including MDF allocation, joint webinars, and demand-gen campaigns targeting IT/security buyers.
  • Performance tracking & QBRs — Monitor partner pipeline, win rates, and renewal/expansion revenue; run quarterly business reviews to align on growth plans.
  • Actively engage company resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships with the partner which ensures long-term business opportunities for company.
  • Promote company offerings to become a key part of the partner's business and solutions; may be brought by partner to sell company brand to end-customers.
  • Achieve assigned quota for company products, services and software.
  • Create, fill-in, and manage company funnel for deals with partners and transform potential leads into joint sales activities.
  • Provide the business rationale and risk assessment for making company investments in the partner.
  • Recruit and develop business relationships with new partners.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Minimum 10 years of partner sales experience in the software industry.
  • Experience developing outcome-based strategic plans with the partner to grow the business.
  • Ability to partne effectively with others in the account to ensure coordinated efficient account management.
  • Thorough understanding of pipeline management discipline and ability to explain benefits to partners/other sales teams members.
  • Demonstrated use of AI and automation tooling to eliminate manual administrative work and reinvest that time in partner-facing activity.
  • Independent judgment methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Excellent communication skills: you are articulate, straightforward, thoughtful, and consistent
  • Strong presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
  • Strong attention to detail, with strong analytical problem-solving ability
  • A natural inclination for building and fostering relationships with clients and project teams
  • Team player mindset – you’re at your best in a closely collaborative environment
  • Ability to maintain multiple deadlines, with various stakeholders while delivering consistent results.
  • Strong business acumen with a demonstrated track record of driving results.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% as required with in accordance with safe guidelines.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or an additional 5 years of equivalent experience.

About The Team
The Agentic Enablement team is part of Zillow’s Agentic Data Platform organization, providing the foundation for AI teams as they build agentic experiences across Zillow. About The Role
In this role, you will help build reusable data platforms and pipelines that enable AI teams to deliver next-generation customer experiences. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to solve immediate business needs while shaping scalable platform capabilities that can support future AI use cases. We’re looking for an engineer who thrives in ambiguity, maintains a high bar for production quality, and is energized by building innovative solutions at scale.

You Will Get To:

This role has been categorized as a teleworker position. Teleworkers do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead work from a physical location of their choice, which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live anywhere in Mexico, with availability to travel to Mexico City, as we recommend attendance at occasional office events.

In addition to a competitive base salary and benefits, this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location.

Who you are

  • You have 3+ years of software development experience and strong proficiency in Python, Java, Scala, or another modern programming language, along with a solid foundation in SQL, data structures, and algorithms.
  • You have experience with Databricks or a similar data environment and have built scalable, reliable data pipelines using technologies such as Spark, Hive, Kafka, or Flink.
  • You have experience working with customers or stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
  • You are comfortable working in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and can adapt quickly as priorities evolve.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with streaming systems, real-time AI applications, or foundational infrastructure for agentic systems.
  • It’s a plus if you have experience with containerization and production systems, including tools such as Docker or Kubernetes and DevOps practices.
  • It’s a plus if you bring experience in data modeling, working with regulated or sensitive data, or an advanced degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.

Position Summary

Delinea is seeking a Product Manager to join our Platform team, driving the product roadmap in close collaboration with product owners, designers, and technical writers across the Product Management Group. In this role, you will help refine and execute the vision for Secret Server by partnering with cross-functional teams throughout planning, development, and release. This is a highly dynamic, fast-paced environment where you will regularly engage with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to shape the future of Delinea products.

The ideal candidate will bring tenacity, focus, and creativity to succeed in a dynamic environment where taking initiative is encouraged, guidance is available when needed, and delivering meaningful results is highly valued.

This is a remote role, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Management.

Key Responsibilities

  • The primary focus will be developing tooling that will support our on-prem customers in upgrading to the Delinea Platform.
  • Take ownership of key areas of the roadmap for Secret Server and other PAM capabilities.
  • Work with customers and partners to deeply understand their privileged access and credential management challenges. Translate these needs into clear product requirements and use cases.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver secure, intuitive PAM workflows that cover credential vaulting, session management, access approvals, auditing, and reporting.
  • Maintain and prioritize a backlog balancing new PAM features, security enhancements, and strategic investments.
  • Contribute to the overall strategy with PM leadership, helping align roadmaps across related product areas.
  • Serve as a product evangelist for PAM solutions supporting sales, marketing, and customer success with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates.
  • Partner with product marketing on value propositions, positioning, and go-to-market plans for new releases.

Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or similar is preferred; Master’s degree a plus
  • At least 5 years of experience using Agile methodologies in a Product Management/Owner Role, where you worked with customers of all sizes; start-up experience as a founder is also a plus
  • Experience and understanding of IT Systems (on-prem and cloud)
  • Experience and understanding of cybersecurity concepts
  • Understanding of Identity and Access Management concepts
  • Experience in building SaaS software
  • Experience delivering SaaS solutions is a plus
  • Pragmatic Marketing / Scrum Product Owner Certifications a plus
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation skills; and curious attitude with a desire to collaborate with a team of engineers, designers, and other Product Managers
