Os Desafios Que Você Vai Encontrar

• Diagnosticar a performance operacional de forma transversal, transformando dados complexos em insights estratégicos e recomendações acionáveis para o negócio;
• Construir, evoluir e monitorar indicadores cruciais (produtividade, SLA, eficiência e volumetria) em dashboards executivos de alta confiabilidade;
• Conduzir análises profundas de causa raiz e tendência para antecipar gargalos operacionais e propor alavancas de otimização;
• Desenvolver consultas avançadas em SQL e BigQuery para modelagem, extração e validação de bases de dados robustas;
• Utilizar Python para automação de rotinas, ganho de eficiência analítica e implementação de soluções preditivas no Control Desk;
• Desenhar, mensurar e acompanhar testes e experimentos para validar o impacto de novas estratégias antes da escala;
• Liderar a articulação com stakeholders de Operações, Produto, Estratégia e Dados, garantindo alinhamento e velocidade nas entregas.

O que você precisa para virar a chave?

• Domínio avançado em SQL e experiência prática no ambiente GCP (BigQuery) para manipulação de grandes volumes de dados;
• Sólida experiência prática com Python voltado à análise de dados, tratamento e automação de processos;
• Trajetória consolidada em análise de performance, modelagem de indicadores e diagnósticos de causa raiz em Operações ou Control Desk;
• Capacidade demonstrada de traduzir análises altamente técnicas em narrativas e recomendações claras para lideranças;
• Perfil analítico, investigativo e pragmático, com autonomia para gerenciar prioridades e influenciar visões executivas;
• Habilidade de comunicação e facilidade para construir pontes e transitar entre áreas multidisciplinares.

• Concevoir, optimiser et maintenir des infrastructures système et réseau
• Superviser et la mesurer des performances des systèmes d’information (pannes, flux, disponibilité),
• Créer ou modifier des scripts,
• Gérer les AD et GPO,
• Assurer les activités Support Utilisateurs de niveau 2 et proposer des solutions d’amélioration,
• Assister et former les utilisateurs,

Profil recherché :

Issu(e) d’une formation supérieure en informatique Bac+2 à Bac+5, vous justifiez d’une expérience significative de 2 ans (alternance comprise) au sein d’un département infrastructures.

Vous êtes reconnu pour les compétences suivantes :

Maitrise des systèmes d'exploitation
Linux et/ou Windows

Your role

As the Engineering Manager within Capgemini, you will be responsible for leading the delivery teams behind Neo, the newly launched Group-wide AI platform. You will manage the engineers who build and operate Neo’s AI capabilities, ensuring high-quality delivery and smooth collaboration across cloud, data, product, and change teams. This role is central to translating business needs into scalable platform features while supporting teams through the rapid evolution of Neo.

Your tasks

• Managing and developing the Neo engineering team to ensure high-quality delivery and strong technical standards.
• Overseeing and coordinating the design, build, and evolution of Neo’s AI platform components.
• Ensuring and improving the scalability, performance, and reliability of the platform in collaboration with cloud engineering.
• Standardizing and promoting best practices in MLOps, model deployment, and platform operations.
• Partnering closely with product, data and change teams to align technical work with business priorities and upcoming AI use cases.

Your profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science/engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams in AI/ML, platform, or cloud environments.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML concepts, MLOps workflows, and model operationalization.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Technical background in Python or similar languages, with experience scaling platform services.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills, working with product, cloud, comms, and change teams.
• Bonus: experience with MLOps tools, distributed AI systems, open‑source contributions, Kaggle, or GCP certifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a 
Principal Software Engineer
 to join our Shared Services team and help shape the technical direction of core platform capabilities used across Turnitin products.

This is a highly influential individual contributor role for an experienced engineer with deep expertise in backend development, cloud-native architectures, and large-scale distributed systems. You will partner with engineering leaders, architects, and product teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions that support millions of users worldwide.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of shared backend services and platform capabilities.
• Drive architectural decisions and technical strategy across multiple teams.
• Build scalable, highly available cloud-native solutions using Java and AWS technologies.
• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence throughout the organization.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges.
• Champion best practices in software quality, performance, reliability, and security.

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Significant experience building and operating large-scale backend systems.
• Strong expertise in Java and modern cloud technologies.
• Experience with AWS serverless services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, API Gateway, SNS, SQS, and EventBridge, as well as Kubernetes (K8s) and related cloud-native technologies.
• Experience with CI/CD tools, including build, deployment, and test automation.
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, scalability, and software architecture.
• Experience influencing technical direction and leading complex engineering initiatives.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills within distributed teams.
• Passion for mentoring and supporting the growth of other engineers.

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI/ML technologies.
• Experience in SaaS or EdTech environments.
• Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React.

Additional Information

The 
expected annual base salary range
 for this position is: 
PLN 308,025/year
 to 
PLN 513,375/year
. This position is bonus eligible.

Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if extended, and is determined by work location and a range of other relevant factors, including but not limited to: experience, skills, degrees, licensures, certifications, and other job-related factors. Internal equity, market and organizational factors are also considered.
