About The Role
As a Product Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process across websites, web applications, and digital products. You’ll work closely with developers, marketers, strategists, analysts, and stakeholders to transform ideas into user-centered experiences that are both beautiful and functional.

This role combines product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and polished UI execution. You’ll be involved throughout the entire design lifecycle - from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs, usability improvements, and developer handoff.

What You'll Do

• Design intuitive, user-centered experiences for websites, platforms, and digital products
• Create user flows, information architecture, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs in Figma
• Conduct UX research, competitor analysis, and usability evaluations to inform design decisions
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
• Partner with marketing, branding, strategy, and product stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
• Create, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI components
• Identify opportunities to improve user experience, accessibility, responsiveness, and conversion performance
• Present design concepts and explain design rationale to internal teams and clients
• Participate in usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback
• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered design workflows, and best practices

What We’re Looking For

• Proficiency in English
• 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or in a similar digital product design role
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both UX thinking and polished visual design
• Advanced proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, component libraries, and design systems
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, accessibility, responsive design, and usability standards
• Experience creating wireframes, user journeys, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces for web and mobile products
• Experience building and maintaining design systems and reusable components
• Ability to conduct or support user research, usability testing, and iterative design improvements
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including developers, marketers, strategists, and stakeholders
• Strong communication and presentation skills in English
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
• Experience using modern AI tools and workflows to improve design efficiency, ideation, and execution
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced agency environment while meeting deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is considered an advantage

• Experience with motion design or micro interactions
• Understanding of conversion-focused design and CRO principles
• Experience working on SaaS products or digital platforms
• Experience designing responsive, conversion-focused websites and landing pages
