The Role:

We are looking for an experienced
SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test) - Python
to join our QA team. You will work with world class specialists in a friendly, supportive and open-minded environment on challenging goals that will help you to grow professionally and achieve new technical levels. This role will focus on improving and monitoring product quality via test automation framework development and test coverage extension for functional and performance suits. You will work with the most valuable part of the product - a Forex brokerage core. If you enjoy working with pure API, Python, cutting-edge technologies, Kafka and AWS, this role is for you.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Work in close cooperation with the development team to enhance software delivery and quality throughout the entire software development cycle
  • Understand and translate high level business requirements to technical requirements
  • Advise on efficient performance testing strategies for enhancing delivery and quality throughout the full software development cycle
  • Develop formal test procedures and test plans from internal product design documentation as well as from external certification requirements
  • Design, develop and modify functional and performance automation tests
  • Design and implement test automation framework, required libraries and auto-tests
  • Develop emulators for mobile testing
  • Build CI/CD pipelines and integrate automation scripts into CI tools
  • Manage any issues that may arise and drive resolutions throughout the testing process
  • Share technical expertise with the rest of the QA team
  • Actively participate in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software Testing Life Cycle

Main requirements:

  • BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering or similar
  • 3+ years of comprehensive experience in quality assurance
  • 2+ years of practical experience in Python development
  • Strong hands-on experience in designing and developing automated tests using Python
  • Strong technical background
  • Experience in testing REST API
  • Confident knowledge of Git
  • Experience in agile software development methodologies and testing procedures
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Very good written and verbal skills in English

Your Future Position
We are looking for a Data Engineer to join our Maritime Ingress team, where you’ll build systems that power global maritime intelligence by processing massive volumes of real-time streaming data and delivering mission-critical insights used worldwide.

In this role, you will design and operate large-scale distributed systems that ingest and process continuously flowing data from diverse external sources and formats. You will tackle complex global data ingestion challenges while ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance in platforms that support trusted, real-time maritime intelligence.

Your Mission Is To

  • Build and operate scalable batch and streaming data pipelines (e.g., Kafka, Spark), ensuring reliable ingestion, processing, and recovery in production environments.
  • Design and implement data quality and governance mechanisms including validation, lineage, and monitoring to ensure trusted and accurate datasets.
  • Develop observability and reliability tooling across data platforms using metrics, logs, traces, CI/CD, automated testing, alerting, and incident response.
  • Contribute to robust and scalable data architecture, applying software engineering best practices, reusable components, and clean design principles.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Analytics, and domain experts to translate requirements into scalable data solutions with measurable impact.
  • Participate in Agile delivery processes, including planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives, contributing to predictable and iterative delivery.
  • Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency across data pipelines, storage, and infrastructure.
  • Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are embedded in all data handling and processing workflows.

You could be a match if you are or have:

  • Data-focused software engineering background with production experience with stateful, large‑scale data systems.
  • Experience with streaming technologies such as Apache Kafka, Kafka Streams, and Apache Flink, as well as Avro and stateful data processing.
  • Programming experience in Java, Scala, Python, or similar (language flexible)
  • Strong understanding of distributed, event‑driven architectures
  • Strong debugging and performance optimization skills in data-intensive systems
  • Ownership, accountability, and a proactive, execution-focused mindset with strong pragmatic problem-solving.

The Goal
What will your role be?

is looking for an
Operations Support Engineer
to fill an exciting role focusing on supporting, debugging and improving the functionality and performance of applications and systems running on high availability production environments. As an
Operations Support Engineer
with us, you'll have exposure to these systems and more, as you take our products and your career to the next level.

What you will be doing?

  • Owning and investigating a wide variety of production issues at both an application and database level;
  • Producing robust, well-written solutions for production issues;
  • Effectively communicating investigation status to the customer;
  • Deploying fixes to production environments;
  • Escalating issues to senior team members when appropriate to ensure effective resolution;
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation, including FAQs, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides;
  • Working in a rota that includes late/night shifts on weekdays, weekends and bank holidays

The Player

  • A bachelor's degree in a traditional science subject, ideally computer science, engineering or information systems from a well-regarded university;
  • Demonstrated experience in an application support role, with a proven record of technical investigation and creating solutions to problems;
  • Hands-on experience with at least one major programming language (Java, J2EE, C, C++, Python, PHP, etc.) and SQL queries;
  • Strong fundamental programming skills (data structures, algorithms);
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken;
  • An ability to learn new technologies quickly, work independently, manage workload and escalate in a timely manner

What You'll Bring

  • Adequate knowledge of any Unix/Linux distributions (e.g. Ubuntu, SUSE, etc.) and bash shell commands;
  • Adequate knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Grafana, Datadog, Squadcast etc.);
  • Experience with LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP);
  • Adequate knowledge of Web technologies (HTML, HTML5 and CSS) and Internet protocols (XML, HTTP, TCP/IP);
  • Experience using version control systems (GIT, Subversion, CVS);
  • Adequate knowledge of scripting languages (e.g. Perl, Python, JavaScript);
  • Familiarity with the Jira ticketing system

The Role
As a
Senior Systems And Cloud Solutions Architect Engineer
you will join our IT Operations team in supporting and evolving our production and cloud-based infrastructure. The successful candidate must have a skill pool that enables configuration and administration of Viva servers and network infrastructure. In addition to this, suitable candidates should also be able to take point in resolving escalated incidents and issues logged by our internal ticketing system.

Responsibilities:

  • Be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and administration of production IT infrastructure (On premises & Cloud);
  • Design, deploy and maintain our cloud-based infrastructure within Microsoft Azure; including Azure Active Directory, IaaS infrastructure (VMs, Networking firewalls/security,VPN IPSec), SaaS and PaaS infrastructure (services such as Redis, RabbitMQ, Azure Databases, AKS, Service Fabric,App Services,etc);
  • Be in charge of the maintenance, configuration and administration of networking infrastructure including switches, firewalls and load-balancers;
  • Collaborate with Viva core teams, as well as third-party partners, in support of our service level agreements (SLAs);
  • Work with solution engineers and developers to identify business requirements and suggests service improvements and/or new technology directions;
  • Monitoring and maintaining network and services, like VPN,Firewalls,Application Services,etc;
  • Performing system upgrades following new releases;
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools;
  • Create and maintain documentation of systems processes and procedures;
  • Assist IT Operations management in defining procurement budgets for IT and infrastructure projects;
  • Have strong problem analyzing, tracking and solving skills

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or a related technical degree;
