The
Center of Digitalization (HR)
at DHL is responsible for digitizing, automating, and continuously improving
HR processes and HR Shared Service Center operations
across the organization.

This role is designed for
experienced professionals
with
2–5 years
of relevant workflow or automation experience, ranging from strong mid-level contributors to senior specialists.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement end-to-end BPM workflows for HR and HR Shared Service Center processes
• Analyze HR business processes and translate them into functional and technical workflow designs
• Implement workflow solutions using State of the Art Cloud BPMN Platforms like Pega
• Collaborate closely with HR process owners, HR Shared Service Center teams, IT and integration teams
• Configure and maintain process flows and orchestration, business rules, approvals, and case handling, user tasks and role-based access, system integrations where required
• Support testing, deployment, and stabilization of HR workflow solutions
• Ensure compliance with data protection, security, audit, and HR governance standards
• Contribute to automation standards, templates, and best practices within HR digitalization

Qualifications & Key Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in workflow automation, BPMN, or process digitalization
• Strong hands-on experience with BPMN/workflow tools: Pega is a must; experience with comparable workflow platforms is a plus.
• Solid understanding of business process management principles (e.g. BPMN, orchestration, case management)
• Ability to translate HR business requirements into technical workflow solutions
• Experience or strong interest in HR processes or HR Shared Service Center operations (e.g. employee lifecycle, onboarding/offboarding, master data, approvals, requests)
• Experience working in enterprise or shared service environments
• Strong structured, analytical, and quality-focused working style
• Fluent English is mandatory
• German is a strong plus and highly appreciated

What you will do:

• Designing digital electronics on printed circuit boards in alignment with product and system requirements
• Modelling and simulating digital electronics functions to support informed design decisions and early issue detection
• Verifying digital electrical functions to ensure performance, quality, and compliance with defined specifications
• Developing test benches and automation scripts to enable efficient, repeatable, and scalable verification processes
• Integrating electrical functions with other hardware and software domains to deliver seamless, end-to-end solutions
• Maintaining and continuously improving existing digital electronics on printed circuit boards throughout the product lifecycle

The skills you bring:

• A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Engineering Physics, or a related field
• Strong expertise in digital electronics development, including relevant methodologies, ways of working, and industry-standard tools
• Solid understanding of signal and power integrity
• Practical experience with board schematic design, electronics simulation tools, lab verification, and high-volume production
• A thorough understanding of the digital component market and its key suppliers
• Solid knowledge of hardware and software architecture and the broader MINI-LINK system
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence and capability to perform in a multi-team and multi-country environment
• The ability to deliver quality outcomes both independently and as a team player, managing time and effort effectively under competing priorities
• A results-driven attitude paired with high engagement

What You Will Do

• Create, research, and develop novel concepts, solutions, and algorithms for future mobile Core Networks and 6G architectures
• Validate concepts through simulations, system models, prototypes, and proof-of-concept implementations
• Protect new technical solutions through Intellectual Property Rights (IPR), and contribute to research articles and technical reports
• Act as a researcher and/or delegate in 3GPP standardization, authoring and presenting contributions at relevant Working Group meetings
• Represent Ericsson in external collaborations, including universities, national and European research projects, and customer engagements
• Provide deep expertise that influences Ericsson business, portfolio, and products on our journey to 6G and beyond

The Skills You Will Bring

• MSc in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field

• Preferably with specialization in Networking and Communication, Network Automation, or Exposure
• A PhD, including an ongoing PhD study, in one of the above areas and/or substantial experience in standardization work would be a strong advantage.Curiosity and strong interest in working with 3GPP Core Network standardization

• Solid knowledge of mobile networks and good industry understanding (4G/5G, Core Network architectures, protocols, and interfaces)
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Outstanding networking, collaboration, communication, and innovation skills, combined with high energy and motivation
• Strong analytical thinking paired with creativity and the ability to explore and articulate new ideas
• Proven ability to acquire and apply new knowledge quickly, and to share and transfer knowledge to others
• Knowledge of AI/ML-assisted network tools and methodologies is an advantage

Your tasks:
► As a Technology Development Engineer, you will develop, optimize, and industrialize manufacturing processes for polymer-based technologies, with a strong focus on material characterization
