Job Description

We are seeking an experienced
Senior Digital Verification Engineer
to lead end‑to‑end verification of complex IC blocks and systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define Strategy & Ownership: Architect and execute comprehensive verification strategies, test plans, and implement UVM-based environments from scratch.
• Verification Closure: Drive functional and code coverage to closure, utilizing constrained-random testing, assertion-based verification (SVA), and formal methods to prove design correctness.
• Specification Quality: Review design specifications early in the cycle to improve their quality, clarity, and "fitness for verification."
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with global architecture, design, and software teams to optimize hardware/software partitioning and system-level verification.
• Technical Leadership: Mentor and tutor junior engineers, champion design/verification reviews, and optimize automation flows for reusability and performance.
• Make/Buy Decisions: Participate in evaluating third-party VIP and tools, steering make/buy choices to ensure maximum engineering efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience: Extensive proven experience in ASIC/IC digital verification with strong mastery of SystemVerilog and UVM.
• Strong Technical capabilities : Demonstrated ability to independently set up a UVM testbench from scratch, translating a specification into a final full verification Environment.
• Tools & Languages: Proficiency with industry-standard simulators and management tools (e.g., Cadence Xcelium, eManager/vManager) along with Verilog, VHDL, and SystemVerilog.
• Methodologies: Solid grounding in Functional Verification, ABV, Formal Verification, and regression frameworks.
• Design Skills: Intermediate to advanced digital design skills, allowing for deep technical alignment with design and architecture teams.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), with the assertiveness to effectively guide technical decisions.

As a member of our SAP Consulting team, you will contribute to SAP related engagements in the Financial Services Industry, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. The specific position is based in Athens and requires working in multi-disciplinary teams to provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies.

Your Key Responsibilities
As an SAP FPSL Technology Consultant, you will be a key resource on large-scale system implementation projects in the Financial Services industry. In this role, you should be able to deliver quality client service, analyse complex problems and deliver insightful solutions. You will also be expected to have excellent communication skills, integrate into new teams and establish relationships.

More specifically, the successful candidate should be able demonstrate the ability to perform one or more of our range of services:

• Design Business Processes
• Translate business needs to system requirements
• Prepare and participate in the execution workshops on project areas
• Configure SAP S/4HANA FPSL
• Conceptualize the technical integration of SAP with the system landscape of the clients
• Control and support of test cycles and rollouts
• Participate in Sales and Presales activities
• Manage own work against the project plan to ensure superior client delivery
• Understand the client’s business, follow sector trends and learn leading practices
• Diagnose a problem, conduct analysis, and develop solutions for client problems
• Present thoughts and ideas in a clear and composed manner to instill confidence in team and clients
• Effectively interact with colleagues and clients of varying backgrounds

Skills And Attributes For Success
What we look for

• Excellent academic background, including at a minimum a bachelor’s and preferably a master’s degree in Financial Accounting and/or Informatics. Orientation in Information Systems and Technology-driven solutions will be considered an asset
• A Business-oriented mindset, which promotes asking the right questions and taking initiative towards problem-solving
• Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in Greek and English)
• Working experience with SAP FPSL or Bank Analyzer

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Working experience in Financial Accounting or Data Management, preferably in a consulting firm
• Knowledge of Financial Services (banking or insurance) business processes

Job Description

We are looking for a Principal DSP Software Engineer to join our team in Greece. Locations are Athens and Patras.

• Design, development, integration, evaluation and verification of DSP audio filters and algorithms.
• Design, development, integration and verification DSP embedded solutions.
• Specification, design and implementation of embedded hardware and software DSP filters and algorithms.
• Specification, design, development, and optimisation of DSP audio frameworks.
• Debugging and resolving technical issues.
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Develop test benches for DSP algorithms and embedded code running in simulation and on target.
• Provide technical support from product requirements phase through to production.

Qualifications

• • Bachelor level with approx. 6+ years deep working experience in Embedded SW development
    • Excellent knowledge in DSP, MCU, IC and audio codec architectures.
    • Excellent knowledge of embedded architectures and real time embedded software.
    • Fluent in real time embedded C/C++ programming with in-depth knowledge of DSP algorithm development.
    • Good problem solving and debugging skills.
    • Good competency in Python and/or MATLAB.
    • Good knowledge and understanding of fixed-point implementation.
    • Good knowledge of software development workflows and working methodologies
    • Clearly report bugs using issue tracking tools such as JIRA.
    • Ability to work to tight schedules and deadlines
    • Concise and proactive communication skills critical within a multi-site and multi-cultural environment.
• Desirable
  • Good knowledge and experience in audio, digital filtering and portable audio applications such as headphones and wireless earbuds.
  • Good experience in optimising DSP solutions for low footprint, low latency and low power applications.
  • Previous team leading or technical leading experience.
  • Familiarity with CI tools such as Jenkins
  • Experience using SystemC

Role Summary
Working closely with the Test Automation team, you will support the complete lifecycle of test systems, from concept development and hardware integration to assembly, validation, deployment, and documentation.

This is a multidisciplinary engineering role combining elements of mechatronics, automation, electronics, software, and mechanical design. The successful candidate will work with sensors, actuators, embedded devices, cabling, instrumentation, and test equipment while participating in the development of custom test fixtures and automated test stations.

The role also includes exposure to software development and automation, where the successful candidate will support the creation of scripts, test applications, and engineering tools used for equipment control, data acquisition, process automation, and production support activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the development and integration of automated test systems used for product verification and production testing.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, switches, motors, and measurement devices into custom test fixtures and stations.
• Perform wiring, cabling, connector assembly, and signal interfacing activities for test systems.
• Assist in the setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of electronic and electromechanical subsystems.
• Develop and maintain simple software tools and scripts to support test automation, data acquisition, reporting, and engineering workflows.
• Assist in the integration of hardware and software components within automated test systems.
• Support communication with instruments, sensors, and embedded devices through standard interfaces and protocols.
• Participate in debugging and troubleshooting of automation software, test applications, and integrated systems.
• Participate in test station validation, debugging, and performance verification activities.
• Support the assembly, maintenance, and continuous improvement of production test equipment.
• Design mechanical components, enclosures, brackets, and fixture elements using CAD tools.
• Create and optimize 3D-printable parts for prototyping and production-support applications.
• Produce technical documentation, assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing workflows.
• Collaborate with Test Automation, Electronics, Mechanical Design, and Production teams to deliver reliable and maintainable test solutions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Understanding of mechatronic systems, including sensors, actuators, motors, switches, and signal interfaces.
• Basic knowledge of electronics, wiring, connectors, measurements, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with automation concepts and industrial control systems.
• Basic programming or scripting experience using Python, LabVIEW, C#, or similar languages and development environments.
• Understanding of software-hardware interaction, including communication with instruments, sensors, and external devices.
• Experience with CAD software such as PTC Creo, SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar mechanical design tools.
• Familiarity with 3D printing technologies and design considerations.
