The
Secure AI Innovation Engineer
is a hybrid security role combining Application Security, Cloud Security, and AI Security, with a strong focus on innovation, automation, and security maturity uplift. This role supports clients in evolving their cybersecurity capabilities, designing and implementing modern, secure, and scalable solutions, and enabling safe adoption of AI and Agentic AI technologies. The engineer acts as a trusted security advisor, helping organizations securely modernize their environments, processes, and teams. The role does require deep values broad technical foundations, curiosity, ownership, and growth mindset, with the ability to connect security, cloud, applications, and AI into cohesive, end‑to‑end solutions.

THE WORK:

  • Support clients in increasing their cybersecurity maturity by assessing current security posture, identifying gaps, and defining pragmatic improvement roadmaps across applications, cloud platforms, and development processes.

  • Act as a trusted security advisor, proposing modern and innovative security solutions that improve security posture, enable automation, increase operational efficiency, and enhance the effectiveness and quality of security teams.

  • Design and implement end‑to‑end security controls covering applications, cloud infrastructure, development pipelines, and operational environments.

  • Enable secure adoption of AI technologies, including LLM‑based solutions and Agentic AI, by designing and securing client environments to support safe and responsible AI usage.

  • Define and implement security guardrails for AI environments, including: identify, assess, and mitigate AI‑specific security risks, such as prompt injection, data leakage, data poisoning, model abuse, insecure integrations, and misuse of autonomous AI agents.

  • Collaborate with development, architecture, and platform teams to embed security into SDLC and SSDLC, following security‑by‑design and shift‑left principles.

  • Support and improve secure development environments, including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure‑as‑Code, APIs, and cloud‑native platforms.

  • Perform or support application and system security assessments, aligned with industry standards such as OWASP Top 10, OWASP ASVS, and OWASP API Top 10.

  • Conduct or facilitate threat modeling for end‑to‑end solutions, including cloud‑native, hybrid, distributed, and AI‑enabled architectures.

  • Design and support secure cloud and hybrid architectures across Azure, AWS, or GCP, covering identity, network security, data protection, and platform security.

  • Support containerized and cloud‑native environments (e.g. Kubernetes‑based platforms) by ensuring secure configuration, posture management, and workload protection.

  • Leverage automation and AI‑powered security tools to improve vulnerability detection, code and configuration analysis, threat detection, and security operations efficiency.

  • Translate complex security risks into clear, actionable recommendations for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Support clients in building long‑term security capabilities, enabling secure digital transformation and responsible use of AI technologies.

  • Secure cloud foundations, data flows and pipelines, AI model integration and inference APIs, Identity and Access Management.

Flexible:
The work location for this role may include a mix of working remotely, onsite at a client or in an Accenture office - depending on specific project circumstances.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Strong interest in cybersecurity, innovation, and modern technologies, with a clear willingness to learn, grow, and take ownership of security topics.

  • Background in IT, software development, cloud engineering, or security, with foundational knowledge across applications and infrastructure.

  • Understanding of end‑to‑end system architectures, including monolithic, microservices, event‑driven, and cloud‑native designs.

  • Foundational knowledge of Application Security, including: OWASP Top 10 / OWASP ASVS, secure coding principles and common attack techniques (e.g. XSS, SQLi, CSRF).

  • Basic to intermediate understanding of Cloud Security concepts, including: cloud shared responsibility model, Identity and Access Management, network and data security in cloud environments.

  • Familiarity with SSDLC principles, including security requirements, secure design, testing, and vulnerability management.

  • Interest in AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI, with awareness of associated security challenges.

  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

  • Ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.

  • Basic experience or knowledge of: one major cloud platform (Azure, AWS, or GCP), CI/CD pipelines and DevSecOps concepts, REST APIs and API security fundamentals.

  • Scripting or programming skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, Java, JavaScript, C#, Go).

  • Experience in Application Security or Cloud Security roles.

  • Understanding of AI system architectures, including data pipelines, model lifecycle, and inference services.

  • Experience or curiosity around AI‑driven security tools and automation.

  • Industry certifications (cloud or security) are a plus but not required.

  • Exposure to: Container platforms (Docker, Kubernetes), CNAPP, CSPM, SIEM/SOAR, or cloud‑native security tooling, security automation and orchestration.

Zakres Obowiązków

  • Zarządzanie zespołami operacyjnymi, utrzymaniowymi i wsparcia technicznego poprzez ich menedżerów,
  • Odpowiedzialność za budżet operacyjny, w tym skalowanie AWS, optymalizację kosztów chmury, licencjonowanie i umowy z dostawcami zewnętrznymi,
  • Współpraca z działem HR w zakresie ram wynagrodzeń i ścieżek rozwoju zawodowego w obszarze operacyjnym,
  • Zarządzanie umowami SLA, incydentami i problemami dla klientów branży lotniczej oraz zapewnienie stabilności środowisk produkcyjnych,
  • Budowanie i prowadzenie procedur Disaster Recovery (RTO/RPO), High Availability oraz monitorowania i observability systemów produkcyjnych,
  • Zarządzanie operacjami w chmurze AWS pod kątem niezawodności, optymalizacji kosztów i bezpieczeństwa we współpracy z zespołem ds. bezpieczeństwa i zgodności z normami ISO 27001, NIST oraz SOC 2,
  • Nadzór nad wdrażaniem wydań oprogramowania, wprowadzaniem poprawek typu hotfix oraz procedurami rollback,
  • Pełnienie roli punktu eskalacji dla incydentów zgłaszanych przez klientów i utrzymywanie relacji technicznych po sprzedaży,
  • Przekazywanie informacji zwrotnych z obszaru poprodukcyjnego do zespołu wytwarzania oprogramowania w celu poprawy jakości i przepływu procesów.

Wymagania

  • Min. 8 lat doświadczenia w obszarze IT operations, chmury, utrzymania systemów lub wsparcia technicznego,
  • Min. 4 lata doświadczenia w zarządzaniu menedżerami lub liderami zespołów,
  • Doświadczenie w branży produkcyjnej B2B / SaaS,
  • Praktyczna znajomość umów SLA dla przedsiębiorstw i ciągłości działania biznesu,
  • Głębokie doświadczenie w zakresie operacji AWS, systemów wysokie dostępności (SaaS), procedur Disaster Recovery oraz zarządzania incydentami i podatnościami,
  • Umiejętności komunikacyjne i zarządzania kryzysowego w pracy z klientami korporacyjnymi,

We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer / DevOps Engineering Leader or Manager to join a project focused on developing a self-service platform for our Client. This platform will empower developers and business users to automatically provision the necessary infrastructure and application environments for new digital solutions using a low-code/no-code approach. You will work in a hybrid mode - 1 day per week from Client's office.

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Software Engineer to develop software and guide a team in applying engineering best practices to deliver high-quality, maintainable, and scalable systems.

This role serves as a technical liaison across teams, helping resolve dependencies, improve engineering processes, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to software delivery.

Job Description And Requirements
WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define architecture strategy and non-functional design to meet SLO/SLA and cost goals, ensuring security-by-default and regulatory alignment
  • Lead multi-team Azure delivery and enable safe deployments across services such as AKS, Event Hubs/Service Bus, and Cosmos DB or SQL
  • Implement practices such as policy-as-code, canary and blue-green deployments, environment parity, and automatic rollback
  • Own reliability and observability through standardized tracing, metrics, and logging, as well as SLOs, error budgets, and actionable alerting
  • Drive post-incident improvements by leading root cause analysis and implementing fixes that prevent recurrence
  • Champion Infrastructure as Code and platform “paved roads” to improve consistency and developer experience
  • Guide engineers through design reviews and establish clear quality standards while unblocking cross-team dependencies
  • Collaborate with Product to make data-informed trade-offs across reliability, cost, and delivery speed
  • Influence stakeholders across teams by negotiating priorities, mediating conflicts, and managing expectations
  • Support team growth by contributing to development plans, delivering actionable feedback, and raising the hiring bar
  • Communicate effectively through architectural decision records (ADRs) and narratives that connect technical trade-offs to customer and business outcomes

Required
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • 7+ years of experience building distributed SaaS systems using .NET/C# or similar technologies, including 3+ years leading initiatives or teams
  • Deep expertise in Azure, including AKS, Service Bus/Event Hubs, and Cosmos DB or SQL, as well as multi-region patterns
  • Proven ownership of SLO/SLA outcomes, including on-call leadership and driving root cause analyses that eliminate repeat incidents
  • Strong experience with observability at scale, including OpenTelemetry tracing, metrics, logging, dashboards, and alert design
  • Experience with CI/CD practices, including GitHub Actions or similar tools, canary/blue-green deployments, feature flags, and automated rollback
  • Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to influence across teams and communicate clearly in English
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience

Preferred

  • Experience with FinOps practices including cost modeling, right-sizing, autoscaling strategies, and capacity planning
  • Strong background in Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Pulumi), Kubernetes operations, and container security practices
  • Experience in platform enablement, including internal SDKs, templates, and “golden paths”
  • Familiarity with service mesh technologies
  • Experience with data streaming systems such as Kafka or Azure Event Hubs, and large-scale ingestion/ETL pipelines
  • Knowledge of multi-tenant scaling techniques, including throttling and backpressure strategies

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

270 000 and 406 000PLN

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
