- Deep expertise in incident management, threat hunting, and detection engineering.
- Proficiency with SIEM platforms, preferably Splunk, and SOAR platforms like Torq.
- Strong knowledge of cloud security, especially AWS, including IAM, audit logs, network configurations, and container orchestration with Kubernetes/EKS.
- Experience with cloud security tools such as Wiz, CSPM, and CNAPP solutions.
- Hands-on experience with endpoint detection and response (EDR), ideally CrowdStrike.
- Advanced skills in forensic analysis, root cause investigation, and incident remediation.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, APIs, and GitHub Actions.
- Solid understanding of infrastructure, including networking, CI/CD pipelines, and log/data pipelines.
- Interest or experience in AI applications for security automation and threat detection.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the response to complex security incidents across cloud, corporate, endpoints, identities, and data centers.
- Conduct comprehensive investigations, including root cause analysis, forensic analysis, timeline reconstruction, and remediation planning.
- Define and implement the detection strategy, architecture, and methodologies for proactive threat hunting.
- Leverage threat intelligence, OSINT, and other sources to identify emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
- Design, build, and optimize the SIEM (Splunk) architecture, including data quality, detection rules, and dashboards.
- Develop and maintain the internal Agentic SOC, automating alert enrichment, investigation workflows, and reporting processes.
- Ensure cloud security best practices by hardening AWS environments and prioritizing exposure management with Wiz and other tools.
- Establish and update security standards, playbooks, and runbooks to ensure consistent incident handling and operational excellence.
- Mentor and guide senior and junior security engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with engineering, infrastructure, IT, and cloud teams to align security strategies with organizational goals.
- Stay abreast of the latest security threats, tools, and best practices, continuously evolving the security operations framework.
Benefits
- Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
- Comprehensive health and wellness benefits.
- Flexible working hours and remote work options.
- Opportunities for professional growth and development in a pioneering technology environment.
- Participation in innovative projects at the forefront of digital asset security.
- Collaborative and inclusive company culture supporting diversity and creativity.
