The Data & AI department is seeking (Senior) Data Analytics Consultants to join our Team.
In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing vast volumes of real-time data from diverse systems, including campaigns data, product and customer analytics, sales performance, logistics processes, and similar topics relative to InPost Group products.

Job Description
On a daily basis you will:

  • Closely support stakeholders in making data-driven decisions.
  • Work with different InPost departments and business lines.
  • Gather requirements, harness large-scale, real-time data from various sources, analyze it and, prepare insights and recommendation about business critical areas and processes.
  • Design, develop, and extend our data model layers that support optimized and scalable calculations and visualizations of successful analytics outcomes.
  • Craft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices for a high-scale data environment. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, Data Scientists, and Business Analysts to deliver integrated data solutions.
  • Prototype and coordinate data visualizations.

Qualifications
Which skills should you bring to the pitch:

  • Min 3 years of experience in an analytical role handling vast volumes of data in (preferably in domains such as Marketing, Logistics, Customer or Sales).
  • Experience in data modeling and implementing complex data-driven solutions is a strong plus.
  • Strong proficiency in Python/PySpark for data analysis, SQL for data processing, Bash scripting to manage Git repositories.
  • Proven ability to pull insightful and actionable conclusions from complex data and communicate recommendations to business stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of data warehousing, including dimensional data modeling and ETL/ELT processes.
  • Ability to translate business needs into data models.
  • Strong understanding of real-time data: ability to request and handle data from both backend and frontend systems, including internal and external platforms.
  • Self-motivated and self-managing, with the ability to work independently and coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Fluency in English: verbal and written.

It would be awesome if you have:

  • Ability to read or communicate in French.
  • Experience in working with Apache Spark in Databricks.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (e.g. GCP, Azure, AWS).
  • Familiarity with modern data building tools like Apache Airflow, DBT.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as PowerBI/Tableau/Looker.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Ability to thrive in a highly agile, intensely iterative environment.

About The Role
Fivetran is building data pipelines to power the modern data stack for thousands of companies.

We are looking for a Software Engineer enthusiastic to join our fast-growing company.

As a part of the Oracle Connector Team, you will be responsible to help build new features of our data pipeline service, help improve our software architecture, and maintain reliable operation of the service. We're looking for someone who wants to learn and apply the key values that make our product great, dive deep into complex investigations into data replication and build a world class ELT solution for Oracle systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Dive deep into data replication debugging, analyzing existing code that is in use by hundreds of customers today. Some clients are operating the largest Oracle clusters in the world.
  • Analyze new features that are introduced by Oracle in recent releases and determine how to develop supporting features.
  • Contribute to the efforts to the maintenance and improvement of existing connectors; call for improvement in all areas of Fivetran's codebase and infrastructure.
  • Be a part of the process to move a high performance client side service to the cloud and operate at scale.
  • Develop software designs and technical roadmap for the team.
  • Contribute to hiring by participating in the interview process.

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Coding:
  • 2+ years programming in Java or C languages, strong preference to C/C++ for this role
  • Writes well-structured and performant code
  • Be able to dive into code that has been previously written and suggest improvements
  • Design:
  • Understand and can explain how to build high performance systems and processes
  • Have an analytical mindset that helps you identify design flaws in existing systems and come up with improvements
  • System:
  • 1+ years of of working in a cloud environment utilizing AWS, GCP, Docker/Kubernetes, CircleCI, or similar technologies
  • 1+ years of infrastructure as code on Docker/Kubernetes, AWS CloudFormation, Terraform, Google Cloud Deployment Manager, or equivalent.
  • Project management:
  • Able to define project requirements. Proficient at designing software and infrastructure
  • Experience understanding customer requirements and/or problems and breaking them down into engineering tasks
  • Collaboration:
  • Experience working in large distributed teams

Bonus Skills

  • Working experience with database internals such as storage format, compression techniques, encryption, disaster recovery, transaction management, or high availability.
  • Working experience in designing and developing file, event, application, or database connectors.
  • Working experience with advanced Java development such as multi-threads, multi-tasking, different asynchronous programming mechanisms, garbage collector tuning, etc.
  • Working experience setting up, maintaining and tuning production Oracle RDBMS.

Senior Data Engineer (AI-First)
Mission
Data is becoming one of Smartcat’s most strategic assets.

As a Senior Data Engineer, you will help build the intelligence layer that powers decision-making, AI agents, automation, and business operations across the company.

This is not a traditional data engineering role focused solely on pipelines and dashboards.

You will help transform Smartcat’s data platform into an AI-native foundation where business data becomes discoverable, actionable, and consumable by both humans and AI agents. You will partner closely with Data, Product, Engineering, GTM, and AI teams to create a modern data ecosystem that enables self-service analytics, intelligent automation, and agent-driven decision support.

We're currently building a modern greenfield cloud data platform and transitioning from legacy on-premise and batch architectures toward cloud-native, streaming-first infrastructure. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact on how Smartcat scales its data capabilities over the next several years. The role aligns directly with Smartcat's transformation into an AI-native company and agentic platform.

Requirements
Experience

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven track record designing and operating modern cloud data platforms
  • Experience in high-growth SaaS environments
  • Experience working with both technical and business stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects from design through delivery

Technical Expertise
Strong hands-on experience with:

  • Databricks
  • dbt

Job Summary
Manages all engineering/maintenance operations, including maintaining the building, grounds and physical plant with particular attention towards safety, security and asset protection. Education And Experience

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES
Managing Engineering Operations and Budgets

  • Manages the physical plant including equipment, refrigeration, HVAC, plumbing, water treatment and electrical systems.
  • Ensures regulatory compliance to facility regulations and safety standards.
  • Manages and controls heat, light and power and recommends current best methods for energy conservation and economical facility operations.
  • Develops specifications and requirements for service contracts and administers such contracts to support building needs.
  • Distributes preventive maintenance and repair work orders and monitors timeliness and quality of completion.
  • Oversees and directs the maintenance of grounds, guestrooms, public space, restaurants, property vehicles and recreational facilities.
  • Develops a long term plan for preventative maintenance and asset protection and overseeing execution of plan.
  • Develops project plans in accordance with renovation or new construction needs.
  • Contacts contractors for bids and supervising construction to ensure timely completion of projects within budgetary guidelines.
  • Builds positive relationships with external customers such as city building/zoning department, fire prevention bureau and vendors.
  • Ensures fire crew has complete understanding of all procedures, equipment and alarms.
  • Performs monthly property inspection to ensure buildings and grounds are maintained in excellent condition.
  • Conducts guest room and common area inspection to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Inspects and evaluates the physical condition of facilities in order to determine the type of work required.
  • Recommends or arranges for additional services such as painting, repair work, renovations, and the replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Selects and orders or purchasing new equipment, supplies, and furnishings.
  • Manages parts and equipment inventory.

  • Ensures building and equipment licenses and certifications are current.
  • Maintains property life safety systems (fire fighting equipment, sprinkler systems and alarm systems).

Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service

  • Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.
  • Reviews comment cards, guest satisfaction results and other data to identify areas of improvement.
  • Shares plans with property leadership and ensuring corrective action is taken to continuously improve guest satisfaction.
