We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Engineer to join our Data & AI team within the Centre of Excellence department. In this role, you will build and maintain reliable data pipelines, support data integration and transformation, and collaborate with senior engineers and architects on technical delivery. You will work remotely, contributing to impactful projects that convert raw data into usable assets for our customers and internal teams.

Your tasks

  • Building and optimizing solutions using Microsoft Fabric and Synapse Analytics
  • Developing data pipelines, notebooks, and data flows
  • Collaborating with Data Architects and Senior Data Engineers
  • Working with customer-side engineering teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Following engineering best practices, including CI/CD through Azure DevOps
  • Utilizing secure engineering approaches, including Key Vault and private endpoints
  • Participating in Agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration
  • Documenting solutions and troubleshooting issues as they arise
  • Contributing to the Data Engineer Guild to share knowledge and best practices

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in data engineering or related fields
  • Deep expertise in Azure Data Factory, Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Strong command of Python and SQL for data processing and analysis
  • Experience with metadata frameworks and CI/CD using Azure DevOps or GitHub
  • Understanding of Azure networking and security fundamentals
  • Knowledge of data governance, GDPR, and data classification
  • Familiarity with lakehouse architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling
  • Fluent English and Polish
  • Residency in Poland

Nice to have

  • Experience with Power BI and DAX is desirable

We are looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take an active role in the installation, commissioning, and optimization of the new production line and upcoming projects,
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure process readiness, quality, and efficiency during production ramp-up
  • Lead or support improvement and layout planning projects related to new or existing production setups
  • Conduct process analysis, labor and material usage assessments, and workflow optimization
  • Perform time and method studies; maintain and update technical documentation
  • Analyze production losses and coordinate corrective actions to meet efficiency and quality targets
  • Participate in cross-departmental improvement or installation projects as needed
  • Apply lean manufacturing principles to increase machine efficiency, optimize workflows, and achieve operational goals
  • Prepare activity and analysis reports to support decision making and ensure alignment with business
  • Create production routings and production versions in SAP
  • Support WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities
  • Defining the packaging methods of materials received from Supplier

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of Process Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience in using SAP modules related to production
  • Proficiency in Lean Manufacturing principles such as 5S, Kanban, Six Sigma, and project management
  • Experience in data analytics and optimization projects
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, able to work effectively across teams
  • English proficiency in both written and spoken communication
  • Living or willing to live in Asian side of İstanbul or Koceali (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova)

About The Role
We are seeking an experienced
Manager, Study Start Up
to lead and scale our centralised study start-up function across the globe. This is a critical leadership role responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality start-up activities across multiple clinical trials while driving strategic improvements and operational excellence.

As the centralised start-up team continues to grow, this role will provide dedicated leadership, ensuring strong line management, clear strategy, and consistent best practices across all start-up activities. You will play a key role in supporting business development efforts, contributing to proposals, and ensuring that start-up capabilities align with client expectations and organisational growth objectives.

This position is instrumental in improving operational efficiency, enabling billable teams to remain focused on study execution, and ultimately enhancing client satisfaction and delivery performance.

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide line management and leadership to the global start-up team, including coaching, development, and performance management
  • Define and implement the overall start-up strategy, ensuring alignment with global objectives and regional needs
  • Oversee end-to-end study start-up activities, including country/site feasibility, submissions, ethic approvals, and activation timelines
  • Drive process optimisation and best practices to increase efficiency, consistency, and quality across all start-up deliverables
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Proposals teams to support bid defenses, feasibility input, and strategic study planning
  • Act as a key stakeholder in client engagement, ensuring start-up expectations are clearly defined and met
  • Monitor and report on start-up KPIs, timelines, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
  • Partner cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Project Management, and external vendors
  • Support business growth initiatives by ensuring scalable and high-performing start-up operations
  • Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, regulatory requirements, and company SOPs
  • Champion a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability

About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Degree in a science, healthcare, or related discipline
  • Extensive experience in clinical trial start-up within a CRO or pharmaceutical environment
  • Proven leadership experience, including line management of remote and global teams
  • Strong understanding of European clinical trial regulations and start-up processes
  • Experience contributing to proposals, feasibility assessments, and business development activities
  • Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and process improvements
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving capabilities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with clinical systems and Microsoft Office tools
  • Willingness to travel up to 10%

Das machst du

Als Senior Database Engineer PostgreSQL übernimmst du den Aufbau, Betrieb und die Weiterentwicklung moderner Datenbankinfrastrukturen mit Fokus auf PostgreSQL. Du stellst einen stabilen, performanten und sicheren Datenbankbetrieb in komplexen Kundenumgebungen sicher – sowohl in der Cloud als auch On-Premises. Dabei agierst du als zentrale technische Ansprechperson für Architektur-, Migrations- und Transformationsprojekte.

  • Architektur und Design:
    Du unterstützt bei Konzeption, Design und Weiterentwicklung von PostgreSQL-Datenbanklandschaften sowie hybriden Plattformen mit Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server oder MongoDB.
  • Aufbau und Betrieb:
    Du installierst, konfigurierst und betreibst PostgreSQL-Datenbanksysteme in Cloud- und On-Premises-Umgebungen.
  • Hochverfügbarkeit und Backup:
    Du konzipierst und implementierst Backup-, Recovery- und Disaster-Recovery-Strategien, z. B. mit pgBackRest, Barman oder EDB BART.
  • Migration und Transformation:
    Du führst Cloud-Migrationen, Datenbank-Konsolidierungen und Technologie-Transitionen durch und begleitest strategische Transformationsprojekte.
  • Performance und Monitoring:
    Du analysierst Performance, planst Kapazitäten und optimierst Datenbankumgebungen mit Monitoring-Tools wie pgwatch2, pganalyze, Grafana oder Checkmk.
  • Automatisierung und Beratung:
