About The Role
You'll own automated quality coverage for B2B payment systems - building and maintaining test infrastructure that keeps critical transaction flows and integrations reliable at scale.

What You'll Do

• Work on B2B payment products and API-driven services responsible for business transactions and money movement.
• Build automated coverage across backend systems, integrations, and end-to-end payment workflows.
• Collaborate closely with Developers and DevOps to improve testing tools, environments, and delivery quality.

What You'll Own

• Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for critical B2B payment scenarios.
• Validate APIs, backend services, and end-to-end transaction flows.
• Execute test cases, analyze results, and investigate defects across payment services and integrations.
• Communicate findings clearly - defects, edge cases, and risks - to engineering and product teams.
• Contribute to test strategy and automation approaches as the payment platform scales.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

• 3+ years in QA Automation or a similar role.
• Experience with API testing - manual and automated - using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience building and maintaining automated test suites.

What are we looking for

• 4+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Strong Linux administration and networking configuration skills.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker in production environments.
• Strong experience with GitLab CI and CI/CD pipeline design.
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools (Terraform, SaltStack).
• Experience building monitoring and alerting systems (Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana).
• Experience with PostgreSQL configuration and optimization.
• Experience with ClickHouse.
• Scripting skills (Python and/or Bash).
• Availability to take part in scheduled on-call rotations as required.

About The Team
We are looking for a Data Integration Engineer to take ownership of our data streams end-to-end. In this role, your primary focus isn't traditional UI or API testing—you will dive deep into the data itself. You will act as the vital link between raw incoming data feeds and a high-quality final product, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and reliability across our entire data pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Data Quality Ownership: Define data quality requirements, metrics, and SLAs aligned with business and engineering needs.
• Monitoring & Alerting: Set up dashboards, track data SLAs, and proactively identify anomalies, drift, duplicates, and defects within numerical and production data streams.
• Incident Investigation & Remediation (RCA): Conduct root cause analysis across the full data lifecycle when discrepancies occur, fix incorrect records, and implement measures to prevent recurrence.
• Integration & Schema Design: Participate in designing data schemas/models and lead the onboarding and ingestion of new data sources and APIs.
• Automation & Coverage: Expand automated data quality test coverage and build pipeline checks to catch issues early.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with developers, product managers, and analysts to clarify requirements, optimize pipelines, and drive quality improvements.
• Documentation: Maintain and evolve comprehensive data documentation, schema definitions, and defect logs.

What makes you the perfect fit

• Relevant Experience: 2+ years in Data Engineering, Data Quality, DataOps, or Data Analytics.
• Core Data Quality Skills: Strong understanding of data profiling, data anomalies, and core DQ dimensions (completeness, accuracy, consistency, timeliness).
• Technical & Pipeline Expertise: Hands-on experience with data pipelines (ETL, batch, or streaming) and data feed ingestion through APIs and backend services.
• CLI & Linux: High comfort level working in the terminal (Bash / Linux command line) and reading application logs.
• Developer Workflows: Solid knowledge of JSON/YAML, version control (Git/GitHub), CI/CD practices (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins), and general SDLC concepts.
• Language Skills: English proficiency (B2+ or strong reading and written technical communication).

• Hands-on experience with Databricks (notebooks, jobs, workflows, Unity Catalog) and AWS (Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, EventBridge, Step Functions, IAM).
• Expertise in data modeling and lakehouse architectures (Medallion, Delta Lake, Parquet, schema evolution, incremental upserts).
• Proficiency in SQL and dbt for building modular, tested, and documented models.
• Experience with REST API integration, entity resolution, and record matching strategies.
• Familiarity with Git-based version control and CI/CD for data pipelines.

Preferred
:

• Advanced Databricks features (Delta Live Tables, MLflow integration).
• Salesforce API experience (Bulk API 2.0, REST API, SOQL).
