As an
Data Science Engineer
, you will be responsible for developing and enhancing the core engine behind an advanced AI assistant, focusing on
Agentic AI systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), LLM orchestration, and answer quality
.

Your work will help evolve AI capabilities from simply answering questions to executing real customer requests in a reliable and secure way. You will design and improve intelligent workflows, optimize retrieval quality, and ensure that AI-generated responses are accurate, grounded and production-ready.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable AI services, continuously evaluate system performance, and contribute to the evolution of modern AI solutions. Beyond technical expertise, you'll be expected to demonstrate strong communication, ownership, proactive problem-solving and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced environment.

This is you

  • Strong Gen AI focus
  • Master (WO) degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science
  • Deep knowledge of AI/ML, data science and telecom
  • Knowledge of GenAI: LLM (essential) and text2image (nice2have)
  • Knowledge of Agentic AI, vector Databases, RAG systems, chunking methods
  • Knowledge of at least one of the popular LLM frameworks: Langraph, Langchain, Llamaindex, AutoGen, and PydanticAI
  • Knowledge of building and deploying AI solutions (using Python, API, MCP, SQL and Git is essential; Docker, Github Runners and Airflow are a nice to have)
  • Knowledge of how to deploy solutions on AWS and on-prem
  • 3-6 years’ experience as (Senior) Data Scientist

Knowledge of the Google AI stack for Natural language processing is a plus

This is you

  • Strong hands-on experience with AWS, especially Glue, Redshift, and related services.
  • Expertise in Redshift schema design, query optimization, and analytical data modeling.
  • Advanced SQL and Python skills.
  • Proven experience developing, testing, debugging, and maintaining production-grade code.

Nice-to-have skills:

  • Apache Iceberg experience
  • Microstrategy experience

This is your role

  • Lead technical design and support solution decisions in collaboration with the Product Owner.
  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable data products, pipelines, and data models.
  • Optimize AWS-based data solutions, CI/CD processes, and platform performance.
  • Ensure data quality through automated monitoring and validation.
  • Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and communicate solutions to stakeholders.
  • Drive best practices, continuous improvement, and collaborate effectively in an Agile, stakeholder-focused environment.

We're searching for a Skopje based People Data Analyst to join our Organisation Effectiveness & People Analytics team, so that we can ensure our recurring people reporting is delivered accurately, on time, and to a consistently high standard. The People Data Analyst will interrogate workforce data, identify patterns and correlations, and proactively surface insights that help drive better people and business decisions across RLDatix.

How You'll Spend Your Time

  • Own recurring monthly people reporting cycles to deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports across headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, absence and organisational trends.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and other reporting platforms in order to enable leaders to easily understand workforce performance and trends.
  • Validate, reconcile and quality-check workforce data to maintain high standards of data accuracy, resolve anomalies, and strengthen governance processes.
  • Improve reporting processes through standardisation and automation in order to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency using AI-enabled tools.
  • Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to translate complex datasets into concise, business-focused insights.

What Kind of Things We're Most Interested in You Having

  • Demonstrated experience in producing recurring operational or executive reporting, ideally within HR, People Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
  • Proven success in developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools, alongside advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and Pivot Tables.
  • In-depth knowledge on how to work with HRIS platforms (such as Dayforce, Workday, etc.) and apply strong data quality, validation and governance principles.
  • Ability to commute to Skopje on a hybrid basis.
  • Sincere interest in using data to solve business problems and support organisational success in a global, fast-paced environment.
  • A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams spanning People, Finance and business stakeholders, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences and handle confidential employee data with absolute integrity and discretion.

About The Role

We are looking for a talented .Net Software Engineer to join a growing software engineering team working on innovative digital solutions for a well-established international financial institution.

You will contribute to the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.
  • Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, including analysis, estimation, documentation, development, testing, bug fixing, and support.
  • Investigate and resolve incidents reported by software users.
  • Implement system changes according to established standards and recommend corrective improvements.

Essential
Required Skills & Experience:

This is you

  • We are looking for an experienced Data Architect to take ownership of the data architecture for the Intermediate Control System (ICS) within a regulated environment. This role focuses on designing robust, audit-ready, and scalable data models that support regulatory compliance, traceability, and long-term system stability.

You will work closely with backend engineers, BI teams, and technical stakeholders to ensure data integrity and alignment with regulatory requirements.

This is your role

  • Own and define the data architecture of the Intermediate Control System (ICS)
  • Design and maintain canonical data models
  • Define data lifecycle processes and regulatory data flows
  • Design database schemas supporting:
  • Data capture
  • Data transformation and conversion
  • Batch processing
  • Auditability and traceability
  • Ensure data integrity, immutability, and traceability in a regulated environment
  • Define strategies for:
  • Schema evolution (XSD versioning)
  • Handling corrections and late-arriving data
  • Hot vs. cold data separation
  • Collaborate with:
  • Backend (Java) team
  • BI / Reporting team
  • OPAP technical stakeholders
  • Support technical decision-making during UAT, stabilization, and go-live phases

Required Technical Skills

  • Strong background in data modeling and database architecture
  • Experience with relational database design (SQL Server preferred)
  • Canonical data modeling and normalization expertise
  • Experience designing regulatory and audit-friendly data solutions
  • Understanding of XML-based data processing concepts
  • Knowledge of batch processing and data integrity mechanisms
