Requirements
・衛星開発における、システム全体の統合や調整の経験又は複数のサブシステム（制御、熱、構造、推進、電源、通信、データ処理等）を開発した経験 ・技術的なマネージメントの経験 ・衛星システム全体を見渡す能力と経験 ・日本語での円滑なコミュニケーションが可能な方（目安：ビジネスレベル以上）

We are looking for a
Software Engineer – Full Stack
to join our engineering team and contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of modern web applications. This role is suited for developers who enjoy working across the full technology stack and are motivated to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions in a collaborative environment.

You will work closely with other engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, contributing to real business features and continuously improving existing systems. The role also involves using
AI‑assisted development tools
(such as GitHub Copilot) to increase productivity, improve code quality, and accelerate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build responsive and maintainable user interfaces using React and TypeScript
• Use AI coding assistants (e.g., Copilot) to accelerate development, refactor code, generate tests, and improve readability
• Write clean, efficient, maintainable, and well‑tested code
• Design and implement SQL queries and work with relational database schemas

Required Qualifications:

• Professional experience in software development
• Strong knowledge of Java and object oriented programming principles
• Hands on experience with Spring Boot and RESTful APIs
• Good understanding of JavaScript and/or TypeScript
• Experience with React or similar front end frameworks
• Solid understanding of relational databases and SQL
• Experience using Git in a collaborative development environment
• Ability to use AI based development tools as part of the daily workflow
• Strong problem solving, analytical, and debugging skills

The Mission
Deliver and maintain ING Hubs RO's Internal Applications Platform (aka IAP).

The IAP is a platform developed internally for ING engineers who wants to address business problems with the purpose of expanding ING engineering culture and facilitate innovation.

Your day to day
Responsibilities
Even if you’ll start your day from the comfort of your home or drink your morning coffee in our office’s garden, your day will be quite similar when comes to tasks. Here are your daily responsibilities:

• Automating, deploying and running a production system;
• Providing level 2 support for the application;
• Implementing the security policy so that the system is secure at operating system, database and application server level;
• Understanding and monitoring the entire stack’s technology on which the application runs;
• Performing Incident, Problem and Change Management, including writing user stories for resolving problems;
• Provide the evidence to cover the required risk controls;
• AzureDevOps, automated build and deployment process based on the CD/CI tools provided in the Azure DevOps and using internal private cloud (VMs and OpenShift);
• Infrastructure as code. Developing automated confirmation management based on Ansible to be able to automate setup of our VMs/containers (e.g. certificates, monitoring tools);
• Various technologies including, but not limited to Ansible, RHEL, Oracle database, Azure DevOps tools, OpenShift/Docker, Java, Scala, Kotlin, Nginx.

• Experience with automation tools (e.g. Puppet, Chef, Ansible, etc)
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or Perl
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially AWS and GCP
• Experience with Agile development environments
• Have very good interpersonal and communication skills and love to be part of a team
