About the Role
Are you a Senior Flutter Developer ready to take full architectural ownership of a high-impact mobile platform? We are seeking a seasoned mobile engineer to build, scale, and optimize core components of a dynamic product ecosystem. Joining an agile, high-performing engineering team based in Cyprus, you will play a key role in shaping technical decisions, driving code quality, and mentoring the next generation of developers.

What You Will Do
- Architect & Build:
Develop and refine core components of the platform using Flutter and Dart, ensuring high performance and code testability. - Drive Technical Architecture:
Take full ownership of architectural decisions and introduce innovative engineering practices to elevate product quality. - Collaborate & Plan:
Actively participate in sprint planning, technical discussions, grooming sessions, and task estimations. - Elevate Code Quality:
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain high engineering standards and robust system architecture. - Mentor & Lead:
Coach and guide Junior and Middle developers to foster continuous technical growth within the mobile team. - Document & Maintain:
Create, update, and improve clear technical and product documentation.
What You Bring
Core Requirements:
- 3+ years
of commercial mobile development experience (iOS or Android native). - 2+ years
of hands-on Flutter development experience with at least
one published app
on the App Store or Google Play. - Deep Dart Mastery:
Strong understanding of Dart streams, RxDart, and asynchronous programming. - Solid Architecture Foundations:
In-depth knowledge of mobile architecture patterns, OOP, and SOLID principles. - Network Integration:
Hands-on experience working with REST APIs and WebSockets.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with native technologies (
Kotlin, Java, or Swift
). - Familiarity with mobile
CI/CD pipelines
. - Practical experience writing
Unit and Functional tests
for mobile applications.
