The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Angular Developer to join our fast-growing team of experienced, highly skilled professionals. In this role, you’ll take ownership of delivering robust, high-performance code for both existing and new Angular-based client-facing applications. Beyond coding, you’ll actively contribute to architectural decisions, mentor other developers, and help shape best practices within the team.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Design and develop advanced, scalable front-end applications using the Angular Framework.
• Master test-driven development, continuous integration, and agile delivery practices within the team.
• Conduct code reviews, providing constructive, actionable feedback to uphold code quality and consistency.
• Proactively monitor application health, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous performance optimization.
• Lead and participate in the implementation of unit tests, integration tests, and automation testing strategies.
• Contribute to system design, technical architecture, and front-end technology choices, ensuring scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor and support junior and mid-level developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented engineering culture.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical leadership to influence technical direction, standards, and best practices for front-end development.

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or any other related degree
• At least 5 years of work experience in JavaScript development
• Solid understanding of the full development life cycle
• Excellent understanding of algorithmic complexity, data structures, OOP Principles
• Knowledge of REST API and web services implementation concepts
• Knowledge of GIT, HTML, SCSS at a Pro Level
• Demonstrated ability to lead technical discussions, code reviews, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Proven experience contributing to or leading technical architecture and system design decisions.
• Strong understanding of frontend application performance optimization, scalability considerations, and security best practices.
• Experience defining and enforcing coding standards, best practices, and development workflows within a team.
• Comfortable collaborating with product owners, backend engineers, and UX/UI designers to align technical solutions with business goals.
• Ability to evaluate and introduce new tools, frameworks, or processes to improve development efficiency and product quality.
• Self-motivated with a passion for professional development
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English

• Knowledge of Tailwind CSS is considered a plus
• Knowledge of Ionic Framework is considered a plus
• Familiarity with AWS Services is considered a plus
• Familiarity with Capacitor is considered a plus
• Work portfolio of open-source projects and technical blogs, working knowledge of NODE Js is considered a plus

Main requirements:

• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in JavaScript development, with strong expertise in Angular.
• 1–2 years in a leadership or technical lead role, preferably in an Agile environment.
• Deep understanding of front-end architecture, lifecycle, and scalable design.
• Solid grasp of algorithms, data structures, and OOP principles.
• Proficient in Git, HTML, SCSS, and REST API integration.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring developers across all levels.
• Skilled in leading technical discussions, code reviews, and driving continuous improvement.
• Solid understanding of front-end performance optimization, scalability, and security best practices.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced
AI Automation Engineer
to design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows across the organization. You’ll act as an internal consultant — understanding business challenges, proposing intelligent automation solutions, and deploying AI agents that improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

This role blends technical expertise in AI and automation with strategic thinking and business understanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with business departments to identify process inefficiencies and automation opportunities.
• Design and prototype AI agentic workflows using modern frameworks and LLM-based tools.
• Develop, integrate, and deploy AI agents capable of handling varied business tasks (e.g., reporting, customer communication, data processing, or internal operations).
• Evaluate and benchmark AI models, frameworks, and tools to select optimal solutions.
• Establish best practices for prompt engineering, context management, and workflow orchestration.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure robust system integration, data privacy, and compliance.
• Create technical documentation, user training, and playbooks for deployed AI automations.
• Monitor system performance and continuously refine agent behaviors and models.

Requirements

• Proven experience in building or integrating AI systems, intelligent agents, or automation frameworks.
• Experience with Forex / FinTech or other similar companies supporting Sales, Marketing and Finance teams with AI.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, vector databases, and agent architecture (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or custom agentic frameworks).
• Programming skills in Python and familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and automation tools.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate them clearly.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integrations in general.
• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), chains, and memory management in AI systems.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in machine learning, NLP, or process automation.
• Experience with tools such as CLAW to support Data teams
• Experience deploying production-level agentic systems or AI copilots.
