Take on a mentoring role within international Agile Scrum teams, sharing knowledge and experience.
Contribute to the entire development process – from gathering requirements to implementation and release of applications.
Participate in expert groups and play a key role in shaping the evolution of software architecture.
Leverage strong communication skills, team spirit, high commitment, and a solution-oriented mindset to actively drive ideas forward.
Participate in code reviews to share knowledge and continuously improve overall quality.

Vaše kvalifikacije

You have solid knowledge of Java, ideally complemented by experience with Spring frameworks.
You are passionate about analyzing, modernizing, and further developing existing applications.
You have very good knowledge of software design patterns, actively participate in review processes, and take security best practices into account.
You have strong experience in building scalable distributed applications, microservice architectures, and working with cloud platforms.
You already have experience using AI-supported tools in the context of software development.
Very good written and spoken English skills.
Motivation and interest in sharing your knowledge with others.

We are looking for a
ServiceNow Service Catalog Developer
to join our team, to implement and enhance ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, configure, and implement ServiceNow Service Catalog solutions.
Develop and maintain Catalog Items, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows.
Translate functional requirements into technical ServiceNow implementations in collaboration with Process and Requirements Analysts.
Support the consolidation and redesign of existing ordering channels into a unified ServiceNow Service Catalog.
Develop workflows and automation to streamline request fulfillment processes.
Configure and maintain catalog forms, variables, approvals, and associated workflows
Ensure solutions follow ServiceNow best practices, governance standards, and maintainability guidelines.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvements of catalog functionality.
Collaborate with platform administrators, developers, and stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.

What You’ll Bring Along

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
At least 4 years of hands‑on experience as a Service Catalog Developer, ideally in ServiceNow context
Hands-on experience developing within the ServiceNow Service Catalog.
Experience creating Catalog Items, Record Producers, Service Offerings, and Fulfillment Flows.
Knowledge of ServiceNow workflow and Flow Designer.
Understanding of IT service request management and fulfillment processes.
Experience translating business requirements into technical ServiceNow solutions.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional project teams.
Strong communication skills and advanced English and German.

We are looking for a
ServiceNow Technical Integration Consultant with German
to join our team, to support the technical integration of foundation data sources into the ServiceNow platform. This is a hands-on implementation role focused on designing, configuring, and developing integrations to ensure reliable and high-quality data exchange across enterprise systems.

What You'll Be Doing

Design, configure, and implement inbound and outbound integrations between ServiceNow and external systems.
Develop and maintain both unidirectional and bidirectional interfaces for foundation data synchronization.
Ensure reliable, secure, and high-quality data exchange across integrated platforms.
Collaborate with application owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams to define integration requirements and resolve data-related issues.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance and data quality.
Support testing, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow integrations.
Document integration designs, technical specifications, and operational procedures.
Follow development best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of integration solutions.
Experience with technical implementation and development within the ServiceNow platform.
Hands-on experience designing and implementing system integrations and interfaces.
Understanding of inbound/outbound integrations, APIs, web services, and data exchange mechanisms.
Experience working with data synchronization and data quality processes.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional technical and business teams.
