Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to support the successful enablement and adoption of laboratory instrument data acquisition software used by scientists across GxP and non-GxP research environments. The role combines business analysis, product support, stakeholder management, and system lifecycle activities. You will act as a bridge between scientific users, business stakeholders, quality teams, and technical teams to ensure laboratory applications are effectively configured, validated, and continuously improved.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact between business stakeholders, Quality teams, and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, use cases, workflows, and system needs.
  • Support onboarding and migration activities for new and existing user groups.
  • Analyze laboratory workflows and translate business requirements into application configuration and process improvements.
  • Document user roles, access requirements, data flows, integrations, and validation considerations.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of SOPs, system documentation, and SDLC records.
  • Perform impact analysis for application releases and recommend required configuration changes or adoption activities.
  • Define testing requirements and develop regression and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scripts.
  • Provide Tier 1 application support, investigate user issues, and coordinate escalation of technical problems.
  • Create and maintain user documentation, FAQs, training materials, and self-service resources.
  • Deliver user training sessions and support successful adoption of laboratory solutions.
  • Ensure application changes and decisions are documented to support compliance, audits, and future enhancements.

Profile / Requirements

  • Experience supporting laboratory instrument data acquisition software in a pharmaceutical or life sciences R&D environment.
  • Strong understanding of laboratory workflows, scientific data management, and GxP/non-GxP environments.
  • Experience working with regulated systems, including knowledge of:
  • - Controlled access and user roles
  • - Audit trails
  • - Validation processes
  • - GxP system requirements
  • Experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, and translating business needs into system solutions.
  • Experience supporting application onboarding, migrations, or system implementations.
  • Experience creating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and supporting testing activities.
  • Experience with integrations, data mapping, and coordination between business and technical teams.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholder requests.
  • Fluent English.

Nice To Have

  • Experience with Unicorn and/or Biacore Insight software.
  • Experience with laboratory informatics platforms or scientific instrument software.
  • Experience with Jira, Xray/Vera, and ServiceNow.
  • Experience creating training materials and delivering end-user training.
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery models and digital SDLC processes.
  • Experience working in global pharmaceutical R&D organizations.

  • Familiar with a variety of office software packages including MS Word, Power Point, Visio, Excel
  • Preferably knowledge of applicable ISO Standards in particular ISO13485, ISO 9001, ISO14971, the European Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745, other relevant European directives and general knowledge of US Quality System Regulations (21 CFR 820) and MDSAP

Languages

  • Good command (equivalent to CEFR level B2) in English both verbal and written

The International Supplier Assurance Engineer (SAE) is the primary quality interface between Raytheon and our supply base. The SAE provides both communication of requirements and performance feedback to the supplier as well as being a conduit for Quality information across other Raytheon teams. This role leads and supports the execution of Supplier Assessments, First Article Inspection verification, Source Inspection, problem resolution, and continuous improvement activities at suppliers. You will be a key player in the management of Supplier performance and development and represent Raytheon’s Vision, Values, Strategy and Goals in the international supply base.

This position is on-site at a Raytheon subcontractor facility, with home location in Warsaw, Poland. This position is primarily responsible for managing and developing this in-country subcontractor. Limited travel within Poland will be required to support suppliers in three different cities, not to exceed 75%.

What You Will Do

  • Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in the development of robust processes
  • Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
  • Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
  • Identify and correct systemic performance issues
  • Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Conduct collaborative communication with supplier, cross-business teams and customer
  • Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques
  • Support supplier maintenance efforts such as recurring audits, special process upkeep, and certification maintenance.
  • Work as the liaison between the Program and Subcontractor
  • This position is an on-site role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience
  • Experience with Supplier Quality Management working with suppliers to understand and develop product to Raytheon and customer requirements
  • Experience with commercial and aerospace / defense regulations and/or standards of a commercial equivalent with any of the following: AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000, ISO-9001, AS9145
  • Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace Industry specifications/standards
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with any combination of the following: Mechanical assemblies, large major end items, and testing
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action processes
  • Experience with hardware inspection techniques
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with customers or partners (both internal and external to Raytheon)
  • International Experience, preferably in defense industry
  • Experience working with Government Agencies in a production floor environment (such as DCMA, MDA, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Aerospace or commercial equivalent Preventative tools – APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, etc.

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Tester to lead the quality strategy for our software products. You will not only be responsible for hands-on testing but also for designing robust test frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and advocating for quality throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to reduce technical debt and ensure we deliver high-performing, reliable software.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Core responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Automation: Lead the design and maintenance of automated test suites to ensure high test coverage and reduce manual regression cycles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the testing process and implement industry best practices (CI/CD integration, shift-left testing).
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for QA; provide technical mentorship to junior testers and influence architectural decisions to improve system testability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into complex production issues and coordinate with developers to ensure long-term resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure quality is "baked in" from the requirements phase.

Requirements (Must-Have)
Who are we looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
  • Automation Expertise: Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
  • Architecture: Experience building or significantly maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • API & Backend: Strong experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and ability to perform database validation using SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions regarding release readiness.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in Performance/Load testing (JMeter, k6, or Gatling).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
InSprint Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer
to join an Agile Scrum Team delivering solutions for the insurance sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality throughout the sprint lifecycle by validating business requirements, executing test activities, identifying defects early, and working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Due to daily collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders,
fluent German (C1+) is a mandatory requirement
