BOSS Revolution helps millions of people across the world stay connected with family and friends — through international calling, mobile top-up, and money services. As a Senior Flutter Developer on our DTC Calling team, you'll build and evolve the flagship BOSS Revolution app: a large-scale Flutter product with a deep native calling stack (SIP/VoIP on Android and iOS) at its core.

You'll work in one of the largest Flutter codebases in production — a monorepo of 100+ internal packages, feature-first clean architecture, and a strong engineering culture around code quality, testing, and automation.

What You'll Do:

• Hybrid development: Design and build high-performance features in Flutter/Dart, while maintaining and extending the native calling stack — SIP clients, audio handling, CallKit/ConnectionService integration — in Kotlin and Swift, connected via platform channels
• Own features end-to-end within our feature-first clean architecture: Bloc/Cubit state management, repositories, immutable state, and 90%+ unit-test coverage on business logic
• Work at real scale: a melos-managed monorepo with 100+ packages, strict dependency hierarchy, code generation (freezed / json_serializable), and shared design system
• Ensure reliability of a real-time product: monitor releases with Crashlytics and analytics pipelines, investigate call-quality and stability issues, and drive performance optimization
• Contribute to the overall architecture and technical strategy of our mobile platform — from package design to migration of legacy patterns to the current architecture
• Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, QA, and designers as part of a cross-functional product team
• Improve our engineering toolchain: GitHub Actions CI/CD, automated store/TestFlight releases, diff-coverage gates, and code-quality automation

We're Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience building large-scale mobile apps, including 3+ years with Flutter
• Strong proficiency in Flutter/Dart with deep understanding of the ecosystem: Bloc/Cubit (or comparable state management), asynchronous programming and isolates, code generation, and dependency injection
• Hands-on experience with native mobile development (Kotlin/Android and/or Swift/iOS) and integrating native code with Flutter via platform channels
• Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (clean architecture, modularization), performance optimization, and security best practices
• Strong testing culture: unit and bloc testing with mocked collaborators, deterministic tests, working under coverage gates
• Experience with the full mobile app development lifecycle — from concept to production and post-release monitoring — including Git, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), code signing, and deployment automation to the App Store and Google Play
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher

It Would Be a Plus:

• Experience with VoIP/real-time communication: SIP, WebRTC, CallKit / Telecom framework, push-triggered call handling, audio session management
• Experience working in large monorepos (melos, Mason, or similar tooling)

About The Position
We are looking for a
Growth Marketing Manager
to help scale existing acquisition channels, test new growth opportunities, and lead international market expansion.

This role is for a well-rounded, hands-on growth marketer who can own strategy and execution. The ideal candidate is analytical, independent, strong in measurement, comfortable working with creative and influencer teams, and able to use AI tools to move faster.

The main focus will be on improving
NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth
across priority channels and markets.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in DTC e-commerce growth marketing, paid acquisition, performance marketing, or international growth at a company with $10M+ ARR, preferably in the US or Canada market.
• Strong hands-on experience optimizing paid acquisition channels such as Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, Influencers, or other scalable performance channels.
• Proven ability to improve existing channels and unlock new growth channels, not just manage current performance.
• Strong understanding of growth metrics such as CAC, NCROAS, ROAS, MER, LTV, conversion rate, AOV, and payback period.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to build reports, analyze performance, and make decisions using tools like Looker, GA4, Triple Whale, Shopify, Google Sheets**, or similar platforms**.
• Strong understanding of tracking, attribution, conversion events, incrementality, and the limitations of platform-reported performance.
• Independent, hands-on operator who can prioritize what matters, move fast, work with creative/influencer teams, and use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT to improve marketing workflows.

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours, and occasional overlap with the US team.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize priority paid acquisition channels with a focus on improving NCROAS, CAC, and incremental growth.
• Identify the biggest growth opportunities across existing channels and build clear action plans to improve performance.
• Build and execute growth strategies for international markets, including channel mix, budget allocation, creative strategy, offer strategy, funnel improvements, and measurement.
• Identify, prioritize, and test new growth channels beyond existing paid media, including influencer marketing, YouTube, CTV, Reddit, affiliates, partnerships, and other scalable acquisition channels.
• Build clear validation frameworks for major tests, including hypothesis, budget, timeline, measurement plan, and pass/fail criteria.
• Work closely with creative, analytics, and agency partners to turn performance insights into better creatives, landing pages, campaigns, and channel-level growth decisions.

A Snapshot of Your Day
Your day begins by reviewing new feature requirements and updating automated test scripts to reflect the latest changes. You sync with software developers to clarify technical details and ensure test coverage for critical modules. Before lunch, you execute automated test suites, analyze results, and report defects using Solution Manager or equivalent tools. In the afternoon, you participate in sprint planning, refine test data management strategies, and contribute to functional and quality reviews. You close the day by optimizing test automation frameworks and sharing insights with the team to drive continuous improvement.

How You’ll Make An Impact

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for substation automation software, covering key functional and non-functional requirements.
• Partner with functional teams to define test scenarios, prepare test data, and document detailed execution steps.
• Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines and support on-demand test cycles for rapid validation.
• Monitor and report script development/execution status in Solution Manager and related tools; present results to stakeholders (including live demos).
• Analyze failures, log defects, coordinate resolution with development teams, and manage retesting to closure.
• Evolve automation capability by improving frameworks (e.g., TOSCA/Worksoft), supporting tool setup/configuration/licensing, contributing to automation standards/handbooks, and mentoring team members.

What You Bring

• Long-term hands-on experience in test automation for industrial or grid automation software projects.
• Strong proficiency with automation tools/frameworks (TOSCA, Worksoft, or similar), scripting, and CI/CD integration.
• Domain understanding of substation automation and grid technologies; protocols such as IEC 61850, IEC 104, and DNP3 are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; proven ability to coordinate across automation, development, and functional teams.
• Experience with test dashboards/reporting and data-driven optimization of coverage and efficiency.
• Familiarity with agile delivery and structured governance (e.g., sprint rituals, quality reviews, PLM stage-gates); fluent English (German a plus).
