internal engineering team
to solve this. Rather than sitting in a central ticket queue taking automation requests, you will embed directly with business units, analyze real workflows, and build high-impact LLM-powered agents that return measurable hours to the company.

What you'll do

• Embed & Discover:
  Sit with teams for weeks at a time, shadow their workflows, and identify high-leverage opportunities to automate manual work.
• Build End-to-End:
  Design, build, deploy, monitor, and iterate on LLM-powered agents and integrations.
• Integrate Systems:
  Connect our GTM and operational stack (CRM, support desk, data warehouse, internal tools) with models via robust APIs, webhooks, and data pipelines.
• Build Foundations:
  Create shared infrastructure for the team, including credential management, observability, evaluation harnesses, and human-in-the-loop fallback layers.
• Instrument & Measure:
  Ensure every agent ships with built-in tracking to evaluate performance, failure states, and overall system accuracy.
• Own Outcomes:
  Drive business impact measured in hours returned and costs avoided—not just the quantity of workflows shipped.

What we're looking for

• Workflow Automation & Orchestration (Core Focus): Deep hands-on expertise in building complex automation and orchestration pipelines (with extensive experience in tools like
  n8n
  , low-code/no-code platforms, and custom code) to rapidly connect systems, APIs, and business logic.
• Expertise in structured outputs, function/tool calling, RAG, agent loops, and orchestration frameworks, paired with a pragmatic sense of knowing when
  not
  to use complex AI solutions.
• Proven track record using Python or/and TypeScript, with experience owning critical backend services and scalable architectures.
• Deep understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, auth flows, rate limits, and navigating third-party systems (CRMs, support desks, enrichment tools) to glue business tools together seamlessly.
• Ability to build evaluation harnesses and test sets to prevent prompt regressions and ensure production reliability.
• Familiarity with data engineering workflows (warehouses, pipelines) and compliance constraints (GDPR/KVKK) when handling customer data.
• bility to interview non-engineers (sales reps, support leads) to diagnose root problems and translate them into technical and automated requirements.
• Passion for shipping the simplest working solution—whether that’s a robust n8n workflow, an agent system, or 40 lines of code and a cron job.
