In This Role, You Will

• Design and build the cloud infrastructure that powers Soniox’s real-time speech and translation products.
• Create abstractions and tooling that accelerate development while maintaining performance and security.
• Ensure our systems scale reliably across increasing workloads and global traffic.
• Contribute to high-availability and observability standards, including being part of an on-call rotation for critical systems.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You

• Have 5+ years of experience building and maintaining core infrastructure in production environments.
• Have deep knowledge of Kubernetes or similar orchestration systems at scale.
• Have built internal platforms or abstractions over cloud providers like AWS or GCP.
• Care deeply about performance, reliability, and secure-by-default infrastructure.
• Are proactive, adaptable, and thrive in an environment with rapid iteration and evolving goals.
