Description Du Poste
Dans le cadre de sa mission, le futur collaborateur devra réaliser les prestations de :

• Développement applicatif relatifs à la reprise des cas d’usages métier sur la nouvelle plateforme, la conduite des tests et assurance qualité
• Développement techniques/dévops relatifs à l’insertion de la plateforme dans l’écosystème (connecteurs, micro-services, …)

A ce titre, il devra, en conformité avec la stratégie de migration :

▪ Reprendre les spécifications fonctionnelles existantes.

▪ Développer ou adapter les cas d’usage sur la nouvelle plateforme.

▪ Outiller la migration (développement des scripts, …)

▪ Rédiger les cahiers de tests (fonctionnels, non-régression, performance).

▪ Exécuter les tests et analyser les résultats.

▪ Corriger les anomalies et améliorer les performances.

▪ Participer aux ateliers de validation avec le responsable Migration.

▪ Documenter les dév et contribuer à la rédaction des supports utilisateur

The Mobility Electronics (ME) division of Bosch covers a wide portfolio of micro-mechanical sensors (MEMS) which are essential to modern life - from applications in automotive safety and navigation to consumer devices like smartphones and hearables up to control systems in spacecrafts. Your tasks
► You create Simulink based models describing the entire signal chain of a MEMS sensor.

► You implement and develop algorithms for testing and verifying model performance.

► You actively collaborate with internal customers and collect new requirements from them.

► You compile the verified models into performant low-level code.

Role scope
We are looking for a 5G/6G Systems C++ Developer (L1) to develop low-level physical layer (Layer 1) software for next-generation mobile networks. You will focus on signal processing, scheduling, PHY/MAC and O-RU integration, and performance optimization in line with 3GPP, O-RAN, and ETSI requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize 5G NR Layer 1 (PHY) components in modern C++ for low-latency, high-throughput processing.
• Build and tune signal-processing blocks (OFDM modulation/demodulation, channel estimation, equalization, synchronization, MIMO/beamforming, HARQ, LDPC/Polar).
• Apply multithreading, lock-free techniques, fixed-point arithmetic, and SIMD (SSE/AVX/NEON) vectorization to meet real-time KPIs.
• Integrate close to hardware on embedded Linux (x86/ARM), optimize memory/I/O paths, and ensure cache-efficient data layouts.
• Profile and debug performance (gdb, perf, valgrind, VTune), identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvements.
• Define clean interfaces between L1 and upper layers (L2/L3) and O-RU; collaborate with system architects, protocol engineers, and QA teams to deliver carrier-grade features.
• Write unit/integration tests (GoogleTest), support hardware-in-the-loop testing, and contribute to CI/CD and documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and uphold high engineering standards.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on modern C++ (C++14/17/20) in performance-critical systems; strong multithreading and memory-management skills.
• Solid understanding of DSP fundamentals and 5G NR PHY concepts (OFDM, MIMO, synchronization, channel coding LDPC/Polar).
• Proven experience with SIMD vectorization and cache-aware, low-latency design.
• Proficiency in Linux development (toolchain, CMake, Git) and debugging/profiling tools.
• Experience with embedded/real-time systems and working close to hardware.
