We are a product engineering team building an
AI-native HR SaaS platform

• Backend: C# / .NET
• Frontend: Angular
• Core Focus: Actively integrating production-grade AI capabilities into the core product.

What You'll Build

You will work directly on production features that serve real clients, including:

• AI-Powered Product Features: CV review assistants, smart content generation tools, summarization engines, and personalized recommendation tools.
• Full-Stack Features: End-to-end development across the .NET and Angular ecosystem.
• API Integrations: Connecting the core HR platform to external AI services and cloud platforms.
• Production Code: Reviewed, tested, high-quality code that actually ships.

How You'll Work

• AI-First Workflow: Tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot are standard daily instruments here—no restrictive usage caps.
• Modern LLM Stack: Exposure to custom skills, MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers, and agentic workflows.
• Engineering Culture: Fast iteration, collaborative code reviews, and direct 1-on-1 mentorship from senior engineers and architects.

What We're Looking For

Core Engineering (The Baseline)

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid grasp of C# / .NET and/or modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular is a strong plus).
• Comfortable with Git and collaborative development.
• Available for at least 30 hours/week with schedule flexibility for coursework.

AI Tooling Background

• Hands-on experience with AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, etc.).
• Experience building projects with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic), LangChain, or custom AI side projects.

Nice to Have

• Database experience (PostgreSQL or SQL Server).
• Familiarity with AWS.
• Comfort with ambiguity, fast pace, and high-velocity iteration.
