Staff Customer System Measurement Engineer – ATE
Role Overview

The Industrial ATE Product Development Team in Munich is seeking an experienced Customer System Measurement Engineer to strengthen engagement with strategic ATE customers and help understand current and future platform measurement challenges.

This role serves as a vital link between ADI’s product development teams and our customers’ end-application development organisations, fostering the exchange of technical insight and measurement requirements to drive innovation and mutual success.

Embedded within the ATE Product Development Measurement organisation, the role combines measurement knowledge and expertise with direct customer engagement. The successful candidate will work closely with ADI’s strategic ATE customers in Germany to understand evolving platform architectures and measurement challenges, while partnering with internal development teams to shape evaluation methodologies, influence product development, and deliver measurement solutions aligned with emerging customer needs.

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, fast-learning individual with strong technical, analytical, and communication skills. The role provides a unique opportunity to operate at the intersection of customer engineering, product development and ATE platform innovation.

Role Overview

Bavaria, Germany (Requires frequent, reimbursed, travel to customer site, often at short notice)

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Customer Engagement

  • Serve as the primary technical interface between ADI and assigned strategic ATE customers, driving technical engagement around measurement challenges. Frequent short notice travel and/or short-term co-location with the customer are required.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer architecture, system, and platform evaluation teams to understand current and future platform measurement challenges.
  • Contribute to the development of evaluation and diagnostic solutions, measurement systems, test fixtures and technical procedures to support customer engagements, product development activities and technology adoption.
  • Contribute as a motivated, resourceful team player who is willing to do what it takes to get the job done.

ATE Measurement Expertise

  • Work with the ATE Product development team and the customer to develop a deep understanding ATE architectures, products and measurement methodologies.
  • Provide measurement leadership on topics including:
  • Pin Electronics
  • Device Power Supplies
  • Precision Source and Parametric Measure Units
  • High-Speed Digital Test
  • Drive successful evaluation and adoption of new ADI technologies within strategic customer platforms.

System Evaluation & Technical Leadership

  • Support development and validation activities for new ATE products for the product development team and for the customer.
  • Assist in characterization, correlation and system-level performance measurements where customer insights add value.
  • Develop technical collateral, physical solutions, reference systems and demonstration platforms that accelerate customer understanding and adoption of new technologies.

Knowledge Sharing & Technical Influence

  • Deliver technical training and workshops for customers and internal teams.
  • Monitor emerging ATE platform trends, competitive technologies and measurement methodologies to provide recommendations that influence ADI product and measurement strategy.

Required Qualifications

  • BS or MS degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent, such as Electronics Engineering or System Engineering.
  • 7+ years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.
  • Experience in one or more of:
  • Measurement Development
  • ATE Architecture
  • Customer facing engagements
  • Product diagnostics and analysis
  • Strong Familiarity with measurement instrumentation, PCB development and system-level debugging including demonstrated ability to understand schematics, layouts and measurement plans.
  • Desirable to have experience with precision analog and mixed-signal circuits particularly in precision measurement.
  • Desirable to have experience engaging directly with customers, internal stakeholders, or cross-functional design, product engineering, evaluation and test development engineering teams
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage effectively across customer and development organisations.
  • Willingness to travel and where necessary co-locate for extended periods at customer sites, approximately 25–50%.

Purpose and Scope
Independently completing standard quality assurance activities as well as complex and non-standard quality assurance activities in the affiliate.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Performs and records all activities that are governed by Good Distribution Practise Guidelines (GDP Guidelines) as defined in the (global) Quality Management System (for example on QA oversight of Product Storage and Distribution, nonconformance management, product complaint handling change control, supplier management and annual product review) and identifies and implements improvements to the QMS to correct inefficiencies and non-conformances
  • As needed, supports with inspection management for the wholesale dealer license (or equivalent license), specifically during inspections and recalls.
  • Represents Affiliate QA in complex local and global project teams, such as product launches.
  • Escalates to Affiliate Head any complex and urgent QA activities such as potential recalls, significant quality issues and urgent changes.
  • As needed, performs final QA acceptance of all QA records (apart from product returns)
  • Acts as a role model for the Quality Culture in the affiliate.

Essential Qualifications

  • (University) degree in a science/health-related subject.
  • Minimum 4 years relevant experience in a comparable role in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Significant experience of implementation and understanding of GDP, GMP and Quality Management Systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Good organizational, coordination, diplomatic, negotiation, presentation and communications skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Trackwise (Digital), Veeva and SAP systems
  • Experience in supporting regulatory interfaces such as inspections and audits

Für ein zwölfmonatiges Proof-of-Concept-Projekt
zur Evaluierung einer neuen Workforce-Zeitwirtschaft suchen wir eine erfahrene Fachkraft für fachliche Systemtests (User Acceptance Testing – UAT).

Im Fokus steht die fachliche Validierung einer Workforce-Lösung in einer komplexen industriellen Produktionsumgebung mit mehreren Standorten und über 3.000 Mitarbeitenden sowie unterschiedlichen Arbeitszeit- und Vergütungsmodellen.

Sie prüfen die Systemlogik der Zeitwirtschaft, analysieren Prozessabweichungen und stellen die stabile Integration in nachgelagerte Payroll-Prozesse sicher. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Weiterentwicklung der zukünftigen Zeitwirtschaftsprozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erstellung fachlicher Testkonzepte, Testfälle und Testszenarien für Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse
  • Ableitung und Validierung von Testszenarien auf Basis bestehender SAP-HCM-Prozesse
  • Abbildung und Prüfung komplexer Tarif- und Betriebsvereinbarungen (z. B. Akkordlohn, Schichtmodelle, Zuschlagslogiken)
  • Durchführung strukturierter End-to-End-Tests (UAT) in der Workforce-Testumgebung
  • Validierung von Zeitmodellen, Zeitbuchungen, Schichtplanung, Zuschlagsberechnungen, Abwesenheiten sowie Mehrarbeit und Überstunden
  • Prüfung von Sonderfällen wie Kurzarbeit, Schichtwechseln und tariflichen Ausnahmeregelungen
  • Sicherstellung der korrekten Integration zwischen Zeitwirtschaft und Payroll sowie Analyse relevanter Datenflüsse und Schnittstellen
  • Bewertung möglicher Auswirkungen auf Entgeltabrechnung und Abrechnungssicherheit
  • Identifikation, Analyse und strukturierte Dokumentation von Systemabweichungen, Bugs und funktionalen Einschränkungen
  • Erstellung aussagekräftiger Testberichte sowie Bewertung der operativen Tragfähigkeit der Lösung
  • Analyse potenzieller Risiken für Zeitwirtschafts- und Payroll-Prozesse sowie Erstellung von Entscheidungsgrundlagen für die weitere Systemstrategie

Ihr Profil

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Zeitwirtschaft, Payroll, SAP HCM oder Workforce Management
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung in der fachlichen Durchführung von System- und Funktionstests (UAT)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in SAP HCM sowie Erfahrung mit Workforce- bzw. Zeitwirtschaftssystemen

Mission
Dans le cadre d'un remplacement, nous recherchons au sein de notre filiale EMC, située à Achères (78), notre futur Chef de projet Essais H/F.

Le Chef de Projet Essais est responsable de la planification, de la coordination et du pilotage des activités de validation des composants automobiles aéronautiques, ferroviaires Il garantit la conformité des produits aux exigences clients, aux normes réglementaires et aux objectifs qualité, coût et délai du projet.

Vos Missions Seront Les Suivantes
Pilotage de projet :

  • Élaborer et suivre le planning des essais et validations,
  • Définir les ressources nécessaires (moyens d’essais, laboratoires, sous-traitants....),
  • Assurer le suivi budgétaire des campagnes d’essais,
  • Organiser les réunions d’avancement et assurer le reporting projet,
  • Identifier et gérer les risques liés aux activités de validation,

Définition et suivi des essais

  • Analyser les cahiers des charges clients et les spécifications techniques,
  • Définir les plans de validation et les protocoles d’essais avec les équipes exploitation essais,
  • Piloter les essais fonctionnels, mécaniques, environnementaux, climatiques, vibratoires, électriques ou de durabilité selon le type de composant,
  • Coordonner les laboratoires internes et externes au groupe,
  • Garantir la conformité des essais aux normes en vigueur,

Déplacements à prévoir,

Profil
De formation Master ou Ingénieur, vous possédez des compétences en mécanique, électronique, mécatronique, ainsi qu'en gestion de projets techniques.

Vous possédez une première expérience des essais mécaniques, climatiques, vibratoires et fonctionnels.

La connaissance des normes automobiles (ISO, IEC, SAE, ... ) est un plus.

Doté d’excellentes capacités de communication et de coordination, vous êtes organisé, rigoureux, et faites preuve d’un solide esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

La maîtrise du Pack Office et de l'anglais est nécessaire pour ce poste.
