Role Overview

As a
MarTech Developer & Webmaster
, you will sit at the intersection of marketing strategy, front-end engineering, and systems administration. You will be responsible for the technical health of our web properties and the seamless integration of our marketing stack to drive player acquisition and retention in the fast-paced iGaming industry.

You aren't just managing platforms; you are building the tracking scripts, managing the DNS, deploying A/B tests, and ensuring our data layer communicates perfectly with GA4 and our CRM. You will act as the primary technical liaison between marketing, data, and development teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front-End Development

• Site Optimization: Execute front-end changes (HTML/CSS/JS) to improve UI/UX, landing page performance, and Core Web Vitals.
• Dynamic Content: Implement dynamic segmentation and personalization strategies directly within the front-end code.
• Create Landing pages: create end to end landing pages for different sources and affiliates.

2. Analytics & Tracking (GA4 Specialist)

• Tracking Implementation: Own the end-to-end setup of GA4 via Google Tag Manager (GTM), including custom event tracking and enhanced measurement.
• Data Layer Management: Architect and maintain a robust dataLayer to ensure accurate reporting of player behavior, deposits, and registrations.
• Reporting: Leverage Google Analytics and Tableau/Power BI to provide actionable insights on campaign performance and funnel drop-offs.

3. Webmaster & Infrastructure

• Site Governance: Oversee the company’s CMS (WordPress, Webflow, etc.) and ensure site security, SSL compliance, and uptime.
• Technical SEO: Manage robots.txt, XML sitemaps, and redirects to ensure maximum crawlability and indexing.
• DNS & Security: Manage domain records and CNAMEs for third-party tools; implement Content Security Policies (CSP) to audit external marketing scripts.

4. MarTech Integration & Management

• Stack Ownership: Maintain the MarTech stack (CRM, CDP, ESP). Research and implement new tools to enhance the player journey.
• API & Webhooks: Build and maintain integrations between the website and external providers (e.g., Salesforce, Braze, or payment gateways).
• Liaison & POC: Represent MarTech needs in broader Dev sprints, ensuring marketing priorities are addressed in core system updates.

5. iGaming Compliance & Industry Focus

• Compliance: Ensure all tracking and marketing efforts comply with GDPR, CCPA, and iGaming-specific responsible gambling regulations.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated on iGaming tech trends, such as affiliate platform integrations and player loyalty tech.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a MarTech or Front-End role, preferably within iGaming.
• Development: Proficiency in Vanilla JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS/Sass.
• Analytics: Mastery of Google Tag Manager and GA4 (Event-based model).
• Platforms: Proficiency with tools like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or Braze.
• Regulatory: Deep understanding of GDPR/CCPA and cookie consent management.

Desirable:

• Experience with Server-Side Tagging.
• Familiarity with SQL for querying marketing databases.
• Knowledge of iGaming affiliate tools (e.g., NetRefer, Income Access).
• Experience with Cloudflare for DNS and performance management.

As a Lead iOS Engineer, you'll take the helm in building the iOS build and delivery infrastructure that every DraftKings engineer relies on. You'll define the technical vision, guide development with precision, and foster growth across your team through mentorship and collaboration. Working alongside designers, product managers, and backend engineers, you'll bring intuitive, high-performance iOS applications to life. Your work will push our platform forward, keeping it reliable, scalable, and ahead of the curve in a fast-moving industry.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and delivery of scalable iOS build and release tooling, including Azure DevOps pipelines, build caching, release automation, shared scripts, reusable tasks, variable groups, and consistent build-system configurations across teams.
• Advance CI/CD performance and efficiency by evaluating emerging tooling, reducing build times, eliminating unused capacity, and tracking impact with measurable metrics.
• Set and uphold coding standards, architecture patterns, and best practices across the iOS engineering team.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, DevOps and backend engineers and tech leads to align technical solutions and tooling direction with business goals and the broader mobile platform strategy.
• Mentor and coach iOS engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and technical excellence.
• Monitor and optimize app performance, stability, and release processes to ensure smooth, reliable deployments.
• Stay current with iOS platform updates, tools, and emerging trends, introducing innovative solutions that keep our apps ahead of the curve.
• Partner with leadership to shape product roadmaps and contribute to the long-term mobile strategy.

What You'll Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any relevant combination of education, experience and training
• At least 4 years of experience building and shipping iOS applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role.
• Expert-level proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI, with deep knowledge of iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and VIPER.
• Proven ability to design scalable, modular codebases and lead large feature development from concept to release.
• Strong background in API integration, data persistence, state management, and performance tuning.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and efficient release processes.
• Hands-on exposure to Xcode build settings, Swift Package Manager, toolchain management, and Azure DevOps pipeline design is a strong advantage.
