• Erstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Pflege von Dashboards und Reports
• Mitarbeit beim Aufbau und der Optimierung von ETL-Prozessen und Datenmodellen
• Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Analytics-Plattform auf Basis von Microsoft Fabric
• Erstellung von Reports mit Qlik Sense und NPrinting

How You Can Make An Impact

• Work with our clients to modernise their digital landscape using next-generation cloud-based platforms and big data architectures to ensure high data quality
• Design and implement modern data solutions in the areas of data management (e.g. data quality, master and reference data, catalogues, data platforms) that deliver high-quality, usable data
• Develop data strategies that allow our clients to reach their business objectives across regulatory, cost, and revenue pillars.
• Design complex data & analytics transformations by providing architectural, technical and organizational thought leadership and guide clients in executing these transformations, which have significant organizational implications.
• Take responsibility for the holistic management of projects, i.e. from advisory and conception to implementation and introduction of the solution at the customer's site.
• Develop and maintain trusted client relationships through project work or business development and expand your network both internally and externally.
• Define go-to-market strategies for our strategic topics together with our leadership and drive them forward.
• Play a central role with our existing focus customers and establish new customer relationships by responding to customer needs, further expanding existing projects and showing market presence (thought leadership on Linkedin, at conferences or customer events).
• Be part of interdisciplinary and cross-functional teams for the delivery of data management / engineering solutions in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on expertise working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Collibra, Informatica, Azure, GCP).

Cloud-based data platforms:

• Several projects in implementing data lakehouses.
• Leading nearshore/offshore teams in implementations.
• Hands-on experience across the entire journey from vendor selection to implementation and operation of solutions.
• Hands-on expertise in working with solutions from one or more of the following vendors (Azure, GCP, AWS, Snowflake, Databricks).
• Hands-on knowledge of common development methodologies.
• Hands-on expertise in designing and documenting data and technical architecture for these platforms
• Ability to articulate hybrid data architectures / options to senior stakeholder groups and to develop and present / defend a point of view

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in English; fluency in German and/or French is highly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Industry Experience:

• You have 6 or more years of relevant professional experience in a technical or strategic role in the areas of data governance, data management, data engineering or analytics gained in a consultancy, tech company or industry.

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
• 2 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
• Experience integrating generative AI tools or LLM interfaces into workflows.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in a technology or business related field.

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Senior Data Engineer / Data Warehouse Architect wirkst Du als fachlicher Lead für Data-Warehouse-Engineering und Architektur und bist technische/r Sparringspartner/in der Teamleitung bei Modellierungs-, Integrations- und Plattformentscheidungen. Du verbindest fachliche Tiefe in Data-Modellierung mit technologischem Weitblick und gestaltest die Basis für eine moderne, zukunftssichere Datenarchitektur. Im Zentrum stehen dabei eine starke Data-Vault-2.0-Architektur, hohe Standards in Modellierung und Integration sowie die technische Weiterentwicklung unserer Plattform in Richtung moderner Zielarchitekturen wie Databricks oder Snowflake mit Perspektive auf zukünftige AI- und Advanced-Analytics-Anwendungen.
