Job Purpose

This role covers the activities post inputs are received from the source - retailers/vendors. Primary focus is to be the bridge between the Supplier Engagement team and other Ops pillars. System change surveys, BAU query resolution, MSD tickets tracking and closure, KPIs reporting, productivity initiatives, RCAs are the key areas of work for this team. Apart from this, the team is also responsible to analyze, classify and management of the data.

This role is accountable for handling data queries arising from BAU quality checks (RAP & DQI scoring).

Job Responsibilities

Retailer Onboarding and Engagement:

• Collaborate with the Supplier Engagement Lead on retailer onboarding.

• Ensure compliance for received data by working closely with retailers and NielsenIQ teams.

• Track retailer or vendor data quality and conduct regular reviews with internal stakeholders and retailers.

• Drive specific quality improvement goals for retailers, including change management related to data receipt.

• Handle large data sets with exposure to multiple formats and TLog data.

• Understanding of SAP, transactional data handling, FTP, and MFT setup and maintenance.

• Ability to extract, transform, load, and clean large data sets from multiple sources.

• Familiarity with managing, querying, and aggregating large data sets.

System Change and Data Corrections:

• Plan and follow up on operational activities.

• Address data corrections due to MSD or other data errors through retailer discussions and planning with Ops.

• Track and resolve MSD tickets.

• Collaborate with INS team on results of eDive for System change.

Stakeholder Management & BAU Collaboration and Communication:

• Act as the internal SPOC for Ops and regional leadership teams.

• Provide updates on KPIs, market progress on retailer onboarding, BAU KPIs, and productivity initiatives. (internal SPOC for Ops)

• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data issues.

• Provide timely updates and visibility to stakeholders.

• Contact data providers via email if data has not been received as per SLAs.

• Communicate with data providers on any discrepancies found in initial data checks, FoVa reports, shop usability, or other factory processes.

• Handle new store information and confirmation on store closures.

• Address new stores and closed store queries.

• Coordinate with Input Ops and Output for processing reissued data.

• Send relevant IO communications (internal) regarding new/closed stores, missing retailer data, estimation of retailer data, reissue of retailer data, store name changes, store mapping corrections, retailer expansion, and retailer data changes during BAU.

Quality Assurance:

• Conduct quality checks, including eDive primary testing of data, and RAP scoring, eDive.

• Address data queries arising from quality checks.

Opportunity Identification:

• Identify new operational efficient opportunities within existing retailers.

• Ops teams (NOC), and DA Analysts to realize these opportunities, consulting closely with the commercial or RV team as applicable.

Role Requirements/Skills

Qualifications - Technical:

• Experience with Python, FoxPro, and Cloud Platforms.

• Large data handling skills with exposure to multiple formats and TLog data.

• Understanding of SAP and transactional data handling.

• FTP and MFT setup and maintenance.

• Ability to extract, transform, load, and clean large data sets from multiple sources.

• Familiarity with managing, querying, and aggregating large data sets.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficient in complex business process modeling and data modeling concepts.

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).

• Extensive knowledge in Retail, specifically in POS and supply chain.

• Understanding of factory processes.

• Extensive knowledge in Retail, specifically in POS and supply chain.

• Proficiency in developing Unix/Python queries.

Qualifications - Skills:

• Master's Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in statistics or data analytics, or equivalent work experience.

• 3+ years of relevant professional work experience.

• Understanding of various data and file formats.

• Ability to interpret different data structures and mapping.

• Flexibility to work according to local time zones and follow country holidays for supported countries.

• Strong technical knowledge and business interpretation of data.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Fluent in English; local market language skills (if required by markets).

• Knowledge in Retail, specifically in POS and supply chain.

• General systems understanding from an ETL point of view.

• Experience with Python, FoxPro, and Cloud Platforms (Desirable)

• Large data handling skills with exposure to multiple formats and TLog data.

• Understanding of SAP and transactional data handling.

Who you’ll work with:

You will work with PwC Consulting teams across Southeast Europe, with a primary focus on supporting Digital practice and relevant digital, data and AI transformation engagements in other industries. You will collaborate with PwC strategy consultants, technology specialists, data & AI teams, cybersecurity experts, regional and global PwC product teams, hyperscalers and client IT teams.

What
you’ll do:

  • Help clients identify where PwC’s Agentic AI and digital solutions can create measurable business value
  • Translate business use cases into practical solution designs, workflows and implementation roadmaps
  • Support the configuration, integration and deployment of Agentic AI, data and digital solutions
  • Assess client technology landscapes, IT, OT, data and infrastructure with stronger focus on consumer industry technology stack
  • Define key architecture requirements across applications, data, integrations, cloud, security, privacy and AI governance
  • Contribute to proposals, effort estimates, delivery plans and technical assumptions
  • Identify technical dependencies, integration risks and implementation constraints
  • Coordinate with PwC product teams, technology specialists, implementation partners and client IT teams
  • Support pilots, proof-of-concepts and transition toward production deployment
  • Support project execution through change management and value capturing
  • Contribute to reusable reference architectures, delivery assets and PwC market propositions

What we expect from you:

  • 5–8 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, technology consulting, enterprise architecture, data platforms, cloud, AI solutions or systems integration
  • Experience supporting implementation of enterprise technology, data, digital or AI solutions
  • Good understanding of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS or Google Cloud
  • Knowledge of data architecture, APIs, systems integration, security and identity-management principles
  • Know how on generative AI, AI agents, intelligent workflows, automation or responsible-AI principles
  • Ability to explain technical topics in clear business language
  • Strong client-facing, problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills
  • Experience in change management, facilitation, navigating through complex organization and ability to own process until the value realization
  • Experience working with multidisciplinary and geographically distributed teams
  • Professional fluency in English
  • Willingness to travel across the SEE region when needed

Experience in retail, consumer goods, FMCG, e-commerce, supply chain, pricing, procurement or customer operations is an essential advantage. Understanding of financial and energy industry is considered as an additional plus.

Strategy & Roadmap Leadership

  • Define and execute the enterprise BI & Analytics best practices strategy aligned with business and IT objectives.
  • Establish a scalable roadmap for modern analytics.
  • Partner with business and technology leadership to define and maintain high-impact reference architectures.
  • Drive standardization and enterprise alignment across domains.

Enterprise Capability Enablement

  • Design and govern standardized BI design patterns and architectural blueprints.

  • Enable scalable self-service analytics under defined governance guardrails.

Enterprise Semantic Layer Ownership

Your Skills And Experience

  • Bachelor in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Microsoft Fabric
  • SQL and Python
  • Deep understanding of multidimensional and semantic modeling concepts.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Consultant (SQL) to join our growing team in Croatia. In this role, you will combine your technical expertise with a consultative mindset, working closely with developers, business analysts and clients to deliver robust HR technology solutions.

You will play a key role in designing, implementing and optimising SQL-based solutions, supporting system integrations and helping customers maximise the value of the HRnet platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and maintain technical solutions within the HRnet application
  • Create and optimise SQL procedures, scripts and database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server
  • Support system integrations and data migration projects for new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with developers, consultants and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and support phases
  • Communicate with clients to understand requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions

  • Experience working with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle

  • Design and build high-performance, scalable end-to-end analytical solutions – from understanding business needs and modelling data to delivering intuitive reports and dashboards
