As a
System Engineer
, you will define how the next generation of hypercars will work, feel, and perform. Working across the Electrical Engineering and Software departments, you will define key vehicle functionality requirements, ensuring performance, safety, and customer experience meet the highest standards of excellence.
Where you'll make an impact
- Define system boundaries, interfaces, and vehicle-level functionality.
- Develop system concepts and logical architectures using MBSE methodologies.
- Capture, structure, and maintain system requirements and traceability.
- Analyze stakeholder needs and derive technical requirements.
- Specify ECU and hardware requirements within the E/E architecture.
- Support hardware, software, and test teams with clear interface definitions and acceptance criteria.
- Drive system integration and verification activities in the lab and vehicle.
- Maintain architecture, requirements, and interface documentation.
What are your core components
- Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Automotive, Systems Engineering, or similar.
- Strong understanding of automotive systems and vehicle architectures.
- Experience with requirements engineering and MBSE tools (DOORS, Jama, Polarion, SysML/UML).
- Knowledge of automotive E/E architectures and ECU-based systems.
- Experience with CAN, LIN, and automotive development toolchains.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ECU interfaces.
- Experience with system-level debugging and analysis tools such as CANoe or CANape.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with excellent communication skills.

Salary range: €37 500 – €57 500 gross per year (depending on experience)
