Schneider Electric is developing its innovative asset performance management (APM) solution. The solution includes the collection and structuring of customer data, the calculation of an asset condition index, a restitution in the customer information system and a complete risk assessment framework allowing assets monitoring and optimization of the maintenance plan.

System Test Engineer
The System Test Engineer is responsible for validating complete end-to-end solutions across software, hardware (when applicable), integrations, and third-party systems. The role ensures that the entire solution performs as intended in realistic operational environments and customer workflows, rather than validating individual product components in isolation.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute end-to-end system and solution test strategies.
  • Design and maintain system-level test plans, scenarios, and validation criteria.
  • Validate interactions between multiple applications, APIs, hardware (when applicable), cloud services, and third-party systems.
  • Verify complete customer workflows in representative operational environments.
  • Analyze and validate system behavior, technical outputs, and integration results.
  • Identify integration defects, configuration issues, interoperability problems, and system-level risks.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, QAs, SMEs, and Product Managers to investigate and resolve complex issues.
  • Contribute to defining representative test environments and realistic validation datasets.
  • Support solution integration, verification, and release readiness.
  • Contribute to automation of end-to-end and integration test scenarios where appropriate.
  • Communicate findings clearly and provide recommendations to improve overall solution quality.
  • Explore and adopt AI-powered capabilities to improve testing efficiency, increase automation, and enhance solution quality.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in system testing, integration testing, solution validation, or a related engineering role.
  • Strong understanding of complex software systems, distributed architectures, APIs, and system integrations.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze technical outputs and validate end-to-end solution behavior.
  • Experience working with multiple interconnected products rather than testing a single application.
  • Familiarity with customer operational workflows and the ability to reproduce realistic business scenarios.
  • Ability to investigate complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and assess system-level risks.
  • Experience defining and maintaining system test environments.
  • Ability to write clear technical test strategies, validation procedures, and defect reports.
  • Experience working in Agile development environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development and testing tools
  • Curiosity and willingness to continuously adopt emerging AI capabilities to improve engineering practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline.
  • Experience validating cloud-based or distributed solutions.
  • Experience with API testing, integration platforms, messaging systems, or industrial communication protocols.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks for system or integration testing.
  • Knowledge of performance, reliability, resilience, or interoperability testing.
  • Experience working directly with customers or field engineers to validate complete solutions in operational environments.

We are hiring a Databricks Data Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable data pipelines and curated data products on Databricks.

You will work across ingestion, transformation, governance, and delivery layers—using SQL, Python, and PySpark - while applying strong data warehousing principles (Kimball).

This role requires hands-on experience with Databricks platform capabilities, including Unity Catalog and Lakeflow Declarative Pipelines, and a disciplined approach to quality using validation/expectations.

  • Collaborate with analytics, data science, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into well-defined data contracts and deliverables.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, models, and operational runbooks.
  • Support operational excellence: incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement of data platform reliability.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven, hands-on Databricks experience in production environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of SQL, Python, and PySpark for data engineering workloads.

Working Style and Collaboration

Success in this role requires an equal combination of:

  • Deep TikTok Shop expertise
  • Strong client and commercial judgment
  • Proven people-management ability

What You'll Own

Client and Account Leadership

  • Serve as the primary strategic contact for 4–6 TikTok Shop clients

Team Management and Quality Control

  • Directly manage and coach 2–4 TikTok Shop Managers

  • Run weekly team standups and individual 1:1s
  • Balance workloads and flag capacity or performance risks early
  • Contribute to performance reviews and hiring decisions

Reporting and Commercial Performance

  • Own monthly performance reports and QBR presentations

  • Analyze GMV, orders, ROAS, affiliate ROI, net revenue, fees, and profitability
  • Identify which SKUs and creators to scale, where margins are leaking, and which activities should be reduced
  • Forecast portfolio revenue and flag retention risks at least 60 days in advance

Escalation and Crisis Management

  • Lead responses to Shop Health violations, late-dispatch spikes, fulfillment failures, and policy incidents
  • Create clear resolution plans and keep clients informed
  • Run post-mortems and document root causes
  • Proactively communicate important platform, policy, fee, and advertising changes

Key Performance Indicators

You will be accountable for:

  • Net Revenue Retention of 110%+
  • Quarterly client retention of 90%+
  • Assigned portfolio GMV growth targets

  • Direct reports consistently meeting their KPIs

What We're Looking For

Required Experience

  • 4–6+ years in e-commerce account management, marketplace operations, or agency client services
  • At least two years of hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience
  • Experience managing multiple clients in an agency or services environment
  • At least one year of people-management experience with two or more direct reports

TikTok Shop Expertise

You should have practical experience with:

  • Seller Center, Shop Health, ACE Powered Insights, promotions, orders, and policies
  • GMV Max campaigns and TikTok Search Ads
  • TikTok Shop affiliate and creator programs
  • Commission structures, collaboration plans, and creator performance
  • FBT operations, costs, inbound shipping, and warehouse processes
  • Shopify catalog and inventory integration
  • TikTok Shop fees, refunds, commissions, and P&L analysis

Leadership and Client Skills

  • Confidence leading founder- and executive-level conversations
  • Strong QBR, reporting, presentation, and written communication skills
  • Commercial judgment around renewals, upsells, pricing, and scope management
  • Ability to coach team members and hold them accountable
  • Calm, structured decision-making during escalations
  • Strong organization across multiple accounts and direct reports

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a TikTok Shop agency
  • Experience expanding brands into the UK, Southeast Asia, or other TikTok Shop markets
  • Multi-channel experience across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify
  • Broader creator-economy or influencer-marketing experience

Why Join Us?

You will have real ownership—not just a list of operational tasks. You will shape client strategy, lead a team, influence portfolio growth, and work directly with founders and senior leadership.
