About The Role
As QA Team Lead, you will build and guide a team of QA Engineers and SDETs responsible for the
quality of our NOS
. You’ll balance
technical leadership
(test strategy, automation design) with
people leadership
(mentorship, team development, delivery accountability).
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a QA team (5–10 engineers) across manual and automated testing.
- Define QA strategy for functional, regression, and performance validation.
- Oversee CI/CD pipeline integration of QA workflows.
- Coordinate test planning with development leads across HAL, Control Plane, and Management Plane.
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of test cycles.
- Act as the voice of QA in release and architecture reviews.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience leading QA teams in networking or systems software.
- Strong technical background in test automation and network engineering.
- Familiarity with major routing protocols and data center networking.
- Experience managing CI/CD-driven QA environments.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
