We are looking for a
Group Process Owner (Data & Systems Maintenance)
to drive process governance, system optimization, data quality, and digital transformation initiatives across a global organization. In this role, you will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to improve processes, implement automation, and ensure excellence in master data management.

As our Group Process Owner, you will:

Lead Process Governance & System Excellence

  • Own and continuously improve master data processes, standards, governance frameworks, and documentation.
  • Define and maintain process documentation, business requirements, data dictionaries, and operating standards.
  • Identify and mitigate process risks while ensuring compliance and governance across the organization.
  • Drive system enhancements, upgrades, and optimization initiatives within the MDM landscape.

Drive Testing & Release Management

  • Define testing strategies, scope, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
  • Lead release planning, testing kick-offs, stakeholder alignment, defect management, and go-live readiness.
  • Ensure business requirements are fully covered and validated before implementation.

Partner with Business & IT

  • Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across business functions, IT teams, Global Business Services, and system owners.
  • Balance business priorities and technical capabilities to drive the most effective outcomes.

Champion Automation & Continuous Improvement

  • Design future-state processes with a strong focus on standardization, automation, digitalization, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Lead initiatives that improve operational efficiency and master data quality.
  • Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and process improvement methodologies to deliver measurable results.
  • Support innovation by challenging existing ways of working and introducing smarter solutions.

Ensure Data Quality

  • Develop data quality metrics, monitoring tools, and governance controls.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term corrective actions.
  • Conduct audits and governance reviews to ensure compliance with established standards.

Lead Projects & Change Initiatives

  • Manage projects from initiation through implementation and closure.
  • Coordinate project activities, stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Support strategic initiatives within the Master Data Management function and broader organization.

Required Experience

  • Experience working with Data Governance solutions, preferably SAP MDG.
  • Experience with SAP ERP or other enterprise finance systems.
  • Strong background in master data management, governance, and process improvement.
  • Experience creating business requirements, process documentation, and governance frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience driving automation, continuous improvement, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional and international stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience with testing and release management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or HP ALM.
  • Knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, SharePoint, and project management methodologies.
  • Exposure to project management certifications such as PMP, Lean, or Six Sigma.

The International Supplier Assurance Engineer (SAE) is the primary quality interface between Raytheon and our supply base. The SAE provides both communication of requirements and performance feedback to the supplier as well as being a conduit for Quality information across other Raytheon teams. This role leads and supports the execution of Supplier Assessments, First Article Inspection verification, Source Inspection, problem resolution, and continuous improvement activities at suppliers. You will be a key player in the management of Supplier performance and development and represent Raytheon’s Vision, Values, Strategy and Goals in the international supply base.

This position is on-site at a Raytheon subcontractor facility, with home location in Warsaw, Poland. This position is primarily responsible for managing and developing this in-country subcontractor. Limited travel within Poland will be required to support suppliers in three different cities, not to exceed 75%.

What You Will Do

  • Interpret quality requirements and assist suppliers in the development of robust processes
  • Ensure flow down of requirements internally and to sub-tier suppliers
  • Assess/develop supplier’s quality capabilities throughout the product life cycle
  • Identify and correct systemic performance issues
  • Implement effective Root Cause Corrective Action
  • Conduct collaborative communication with supplier, cross-business teams and customer
  • Deploy effective Supplier Quality Management techniques
  • Support supplier maintenance efforts such as recurring audits, special process upkeep, and certification maintenance.
  • Work as the liaison between the Program and Subcontractor
  • This position is an on-site role, and the selected applicant will work with the hiring manager to set schedule.

Qualifications You Must Have

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s and a minimum of 8+ years prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of 6+ years’ experience
  • Experience with Supplier Quality Management working with suppliers to understand and develop product to Raytheon and customer requirements
  • Experience with commercial and aerospace / defense regulations and/or standards of a commercial equivalent with any of the following: AS9100, AS9102, ISO-9000, ISO-9001, AS9145
  • Experience with Military/Defense or Aerospace Industry specifications/standards
  • Fluent in Polish and English (spoken and written)

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience with any combination of the following: Mechanical assemblies, large major end items, and testing
  • Knowledge of Root Cause Corrective Action processes
  • Experience with hardware inspection techniques
  • Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with customers or partners (both internal and external to Raytheon)
  • International Experience, preferably in defense industry
  • Experience working with Government Agencies in a production floor environment (such as DCMA, MDA, etc.)
  • Practical knowledge of Aerospace or commercial equivalent Preventative tools – APQP, PPAP, SPC, FMEA, etc.

The opportunity
We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Senior Tester to lead the quality strategy for our software products. You will not only be responsible for hands-on testing but also for designing robust test frameworks, mentoring junior team members, and advocating for quality throughout the entire development lifecycle. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to reduce technical debt and ensure we deliver high-performing, reliable software.

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Core responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Define and implement comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test automation frameworks from the ground up.
  • Automation: Lead the design and maintenance of automated test suites to ensure high test coverage and reduce manual regression cycles.
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the testing process and implement industry best practices (CI/CD integration, shift-left testing).
  • Technical Leadership: Act as a subject matter expert for QA; provide technical mentorship to junior testers and influence architectural decisions to improve system testability.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Perform deep-dive analysis into complex production issues and coordinate with developers to ensure long-term resolution.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Product Managers and Engineering Leads to define clear acceptance criteria and ensure quality is "baked in" from the requirements phase.

Requirements (Must-Have)
Who are we looking for

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with a proven track record of shipping high-quality software.
  • Automation Expertise: Advanced proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript) and automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
  • Architecture: Experience building or significantly maintaining scalable test automation frameworks.
  • CI/CD Knowledge: Hands-on experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
  • API & Backend: Strong experience in API testing (Postman, RestAssured) and ability to perform database validation using SQL.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to assess risks and make data-driven decisions regarding release readiness.

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • Experience in Performance/Load testing (JMeter, k6, or Gatling).
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to lead or mentor a small team or group of testers.

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
InSprint Tester / Quality Assurance Engineer
to join an Agile Scrum Team delivering solutions for the insurance sector.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring software quality throughout the sprint lifecycle by validating business requirements, executing test activities, identifying defects early, and working closely with developers, business analysts, and product owners. Due to daily collaboration with German-speaking stakeholders,
fluent German (C1+) is a mandatory requirement
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria.

  • Perform functional, integration, regression, and exploratory testing.
