Architecte Frontend Digital Workplace
capable de concevoir et d'orchestrer le "Shell" de cette future plateforme.

Votre mission ne consiste pas simplement à développer une application web. Vous construisez la fondation technique qui permettra à plusieurs équipes européennes de développer et déployer leurs produits de manière totalement autonome tout en garantissant une expérience utilisateur fluide, cohérente et performante.

Vous serez au cœur d'une transformation stratégique mêlant micro-frontends, collaboration temps réel, recherche avancée et intelligence artificielle.

Votre mission

Vous serez l'architecte du Hub central de notre Digital Workplace.

Votre défi consiste à orchestrer un écosystème logiciel complexe associant :

  • Une liseuse documentaire haute performance.
  • Des outils de recherche et d'exploration de données massives.
  • Des services d'intelligence artificielle générative.
  • Des applications métiers développées par plusieurs équipes indépendantes.

Votre objectif : offrir une expérience fluide où l'utilisateur navigue naturellement entre consultation documentaire, recherche experte et assistance IA, sans rupture de parcours.

Vos responsabilités

Concevoir le Shell de la Digital Workplace

  • Définir et construire l'architecture du Shell central.
  • Mettre en œuvre une architecture basée sur les micro-frontends.
  • Permettre le chargement dynamique des différents workspaces sans rechargement de page.
  • Garantir l'indépendance des équipes de développement tout en assurant la cohérence globale de la plateforme.

Orchestrer les interactions entre les produits

  • Concevoir les mécanismes de communication entre les micro-frontends.
  • Permettre aux services d'IA d'interagir directement avec les contenus affichés dans les viewers documentaires.
  • Développer des systèmes d'événements robustes et sécurisés.
  • Faciliter la synchronisation temps réel entre les différents modules de la plateforme.

Garantir une expérience utilisateur d'excellence

  • Optimiser les performances de chargement et de rendu.
  • Mettre en œuvre les meilleures stratégies de cache, de préchargement et de partage de dépendances.
  • Assurer une navigation fluide comparable aux standards du marché tels que Google Workspace ou Microsoft 365.
  • Concevoir des expériences temps réel intégrant streaming IA et collaboration avancée.

Structurer l'écosystème frontend du Groupe

  • Définir les standards techniques des micro-frontends.
  • Construire et maintenir les SDK et Shared Libraries utilisés par les équipes.
  • Assurer la compatibilité des nouveaux modules avec le Shell.
  • Accompagner les squads dans l'intégration de leurs solutions.

Gouvernance et excellence technique

  • Animer la communauté Frontend du Groupe.
  • Garantir la cohérence du Design System.
  • Maîtriser la gestion des dépendances partagées et les stratégies de versioning.
  • Définir les pipelines CI/CD adaptés aux déploiements indépendants des micro-frontends.
  • Assurer une veille active sur les innovations liées aux architectures frontend modernes.

What Will You Do

  • Contribute to ServiceNow Solution implementation, according to your role in a project, which could include such activities as: system configuration, development of custom features on client and server side, technical consulting, technical specifications preparation, testing support, rollout support and others.

  • Follow implementation standards and technical best practices.

  • Provide expertise on technical questions, related to ServiceNow platform.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

  • Stay up-to-date with ServiceNow releases and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities & Required Knowledge:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in ServiceNow development including experience in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting languages.

  • Experience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, or CSM is a plus.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Vos principales missions :

Vous interviendrez sur différents types de mission, de l’élaboration d’une vision jusqu’au lancement des projets de transformation stratégiques de clients, en lien avec nos expertises déclinées :

Compétences requises :

After that, you’re welcome to work from one of our offices, or remotely from approved countries—depending on what we agree at the offer stage.
