Описание вакансии

What would you do?

Your responsibilities will include managing the end-to-end product compliance lifecycle across active and target markets, researching and interpreting applicable regulatory and technical requirements, and coordinating product certifications, testing, and compliance activities with external testing laboratories and regulatory authorities. You will prepare and maintain regulatory and technical documentation, advise internal teams on compliance requirements and their practical implementation, and assess product, system, and process changes from a compliance perspective to ensure that appropriate documentation and approvals are in place. You will also track compliance activities, certifications, and deadlines, identify compliance and operational risks, coordinate corrective and preventive actions, support product launches, and contribute to the continuous improvement of internal compliance processes, workflows, and tools through optimization, automation, and the effective use of technology and AI.

About the team?

We are building a new Technical Compliance team from the ground up. This is an opportunity to join at an early stage and play an important role in shaping how the team operates, including its processes, tools, documentation, and ways of working.

We value people who are collaborative, curious, pragmatic, and comfortable working in an environment where processes are still evolving. We are looking for colleagues who take ownership, communicate openly, and are motivated by the opportunity to build something meaningful rather than simply follow an established playbook.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Can manage multiple priorities and information sources.
  • Has strong analytical skills and can turn complex information into clear, practical conclusions.
  • Is comfortable researching and interpreting technical or regulatory information.
  • Can follow established processes while also identifying opportunities to improve them.
  • Takes ownership and is comfortable working toward demanding deadlines.
  • Is detail-oriented and understands the importance of accurate documentation in a compliance environment.
  • Is comfortable working with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, particularly Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Has experience with Jira and Confluence or similar project/documentation tools.
  • Is comfortable using email and collaboration tools such as Gmail.
  • Has excellent written and spoken English.
  • Is a fast learner who can adapt to new technologies, regulations, products, and processes.

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AI tools, AI workflows, or process automation.
  • Experience with iGaming regulatory or ITL certification processes.
  • Basic understanding of APIs and how software systems communicate.
  • Previous experience in product compliance , QA, certification, testing, or similar.
  • Familiarity with compliance requirements in the iGaming industry, across multiple jurisdictions.

“Who are you guys anyway?”

We're a rapidly evolving software company that, in just two years, emerged from the ground up to form a team of over 70 people. Our guys are remarkably skilled, each excelling in different areas like programming, mathematics, animation, drawing, and audio effects creation. We love to explore beyond specific services or products; rather, we specialize in crafting a wide array of innovative solutions from idea to development. From web and desktop applications, open-source initiatives, and websites to animations, trailers, music, sound effects, and more – our portfolio spans the spectrum.

The 3-day rule

We are doing our best to carefully review the work of each and everyone who applies for our open positions but we do receive a considerable number of applications. If we don’t get back to you within 3 work days (from the moment you apply), please consider your application not accepted this time. Don’t let this discourage you from applying in the future, though.
