Test Automation Engineer
in
our flexhub
team.

Unlike external consultancies, we are colleagues who stay. Based in Frankfurt, Sofia, and Lodz, we drive high-priority initiatives while building internal expertise that lasts.

Your responsibilities would consist of:
- Architecting and building critical test frameworks that support multiple teams;
- Defining the strategy for contract testing between microservices;
- Solving complex synchronization and parallel execution issues;
- Establishing quality gates in the pipeline and ensuring adherence to standards;
- Guiding the team during technical planning and help resolve blockers;
- Analyzing test metrics to identify brittle tests and plan improvements;
- Writing architectural decision records (ADRs) to track important framework choices;
- Mentoring junior and professional engineers to help them advance their careers;
- Advising product management on the technical feasibility of quality goals;
- Driving the adoption of new tools that increase feedback velocity.
The skills and experience we would like you to have:
- Strong practical and theoretical understanding of the best practices in software development lifecycle;
- Experience with mocking up the data in databases and data injection;
- High knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks (Playwright, Appium, Gherkin/Cucumber, Selenium, Tayco, Javascript , Airflow, Dagster);
- High knowledge of Java, Python and API testing;
- Experience using AI automation tools;
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
- Fluency in English;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
