Career strategy deep-dive: 90 minutes on why the job search is not working
Rejections never explain themselves. You send the questions in advance, we spend ninety minutes on the answers, and you leave with a list of things to do and dates to do them by. Nothing is written for you, and nothing is sold to you afterwards.
Your questions, written down
They are the agenda. There is no script otherwise, and no discovery call to build one.
Resume and LinkedIn, if they exist
Read beforehand, so the session is spent on the verdict rather than on you narrating them.
The outcome you want, in one line
It decides which single topic we take to the bottom, and which four we leave alone.
$220. For ninety minutes. Four objections, answered in order.
- 01
“That is a lot of money for ninety minutes.”
It is the price of the career strategy session — the same component, at the same price, that sits inside our $550 package. You are not paying a premium to buy it alone.
- 02
“My friends have already read my CV.”
They read it as friends. They tell you it looks good because it does look good, and because the alternative is an awkward evening.
- 03
“What if you just tell me things I already know?”
You send three to five written questions and your material twenty-four hours ahead. We read all of it before joining, which is why the session does not start with you retelling your career.
- 04
“And at the end I have… what, exactly?”
A written action list with dates on it, a shortlist of around thirty target companies, follow-up notes within a working day, and the recording if you asked for one at the start.
Choose one of these. Only one.
Ninety minutes spread across everything leaves nothing decided. Name the one that sounds like your last two months.
The self-intro
Calls start well and cool off in the first five minutes. We rebuild “tell me about yourself” around outcomes and metrics, and you say it aloud until it lands under ninety seconds.
The interview flow
You reach interviews and stop at the same stage every time. Bring the stage. We work on what a strong answer sounds like at exactly that point in the loop, and mock it.
Entering the EU market
Aiming at a market you have not worked in. Which countries will consider your profile as it stands, what relocation costs you in negotiating leverage, and where to start this month.
Resume and LinkedIn
You want to be told plainly what is wrong and then fix it yourself. We read both live, with you, and say it. The rewriting is yours — which is exactly what makes this the cheap option.
“No offers” diagnostics
Months of applications, complete silence, and no idea which part is broken. The most common reason people book, and the one that most needs your own numbers in advance.
Cannot choose?
Write all five in your message and say so. We will pick one and tell you why — but that decision eats part of the session, and it is a decision you can make better than we can.
How the session is spent
- 0–10
What you have tried
Applications, replies, rejections and their timing. Numbers, not impressions.
- 10–35
The diagnosis
Which stage is actually failing — targeting, document, narrative or nerve — and the evidence for saying so.
- 35–50
Practice, out loud
Usually the self-intro, sometimes two mocked interview rounds. Uncomfortable, and the part that changes results.
- 50–60
The list, with dates
A two-week outreach cadence and roughly thirty targets, agreed out loud before we hang up.
Three ways to waste it
Bring five topics
A session split five ways produces five opinions and no decisions.
Narrate your CV
We read it beforehand. Retelling it costs twenty minutes of the thing you paid for.
Ask to be reassured
It is called the roast for a reason. If your positioning is a level too high, that is what you will hear.
Send one question. That is the whole booking process.
$220, ninety minutes. The question decides the topic, and the topic decides everything else.
Not ready to decide, or not ready to pay it all at once?
Two doors, and both are open. Neither costs you the price of the service.
Still weighing it up
A free intro call, no obligation. We look at where you are, say plainly whether this service is the right one, and tell you if it is not.
Book the intro callDecided, but not all at once
You can pay in parts and spread it over months. The parts add up to the same price exactly — no interest, no fees, nothing added for paying this way — and work starts as soon as the first one clears, not after the last.
How paying in parts worksThe exact split depends on the price and on where you are. What you see here is what your own order will show — before anything is charged.
