What you will do. A glimpse in your role:
As an
Application Support Engineer
, you will play a critical role in ensuring the
reliability, stability, and smooth operation
of our in‑house
DBO applications
, built on modern
.NET, Angular, and MSSQL
architectures. You will work close to production systems, supporting distributed, event‑driven platforms and continuously improving operational excellence.
You will collaborate closely with
Developers, QA, DevOps, UX, and Product teams
to investigate issues, optimize operability, and drive continuous service improvements. This role requires strong analytical thinking, clear communication, operational awareness, and a passion for automation and developer experience.

- Provide
L2 application support
, ensuring high availability, resilience, and operational continuity of production systems. - Troubleshoot complex production issues using
logs, dashboards, metrics, and traces
, applying deep system knowledge to resolve incidents efficiently. - Support
Kubernetes-based workloads
, including pod diagnostics, log analysis, restarts, probes, networking, and scaling behavior. - Investigate
backend and API issues
, event‑driven flows using
RabbitMQ
, and database‑related problems in
MSSQL
. - Collaborate in
incident response
, post‑incident reviews, root‑cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintain and continuously improve
runbooks, SOPs, and internal knowledge bases
. - Participate in
release validation
and
operational readiness reviews
to ensure production stability. - Create, understand, and maintain
basic automation scripts
using
PowerShell and Bash
to reduce manual operations. - Contribute to
DevOps and Developer Experience (DevEx)
improvements, including CI/CD reliability, deployment consistency, and environment stability. - Enhance
observability and service telemetry
through actionable alerts, dashboards, and monitoring improvements. - Apply
secure‑by‑design principles
, following OWASP guidelines, OIDC/OAuth2 standards, and compliance requirements. - Leverage
AI‑assisted tools
for scripting, log analysis, diagnostics, and documentation—while critically validating outputs. - Participate in
on‑call rotations
, out‑of‑hours deployments, and incident support when required.

- Strong administrative experience with

Qualifications and education requirements
- University degree in
Computer Science, IT, Engineering
, or equivalent practical experience. - 5+ years of experience
in application support or production operations. - Hands‑on experience supporting
distributed systems

or service management practices (ITIL Foundation preferred). - Strong
English communication skills
