Role description

Hungry, Humble, Honest, with Heart.
The Opportunity
The Worldwide Revenue Operations team is seeking an
AI Agent Builder
to help automate and optimize the engine that powers our global sales organization. This is a hands-on, technical role focused on building, debugging, and orchestrating AI agents that solve real-world operational challenges. You won't just be theorizing about AI; you will be "on the tools," taking concepts from sales leaders and turning them into production-ready agentic workflows. If you are a curious problem-solver who loves to build and iterate, we want to hear from you.

About The Team
You will join the
Worldwide Revenue Operations
organization, a dynamic global group dedicated to sales efficiency and innovation. Reporting into the Revenue Operations organization, you will work in an environment that bridges the gap between technical engineering and sales enablement. Our team values empowerment and encourages builders to take full ownership of their projects, from initial "Socratic" discovery to final deployment.

Your Role

  • Build and Deploy: Design and develop AI agents and multi-agent orchestrations to support sales workflows, account research, and internal operational efficiency.
  • Stakeholder Discovery: Partner with Sales and RevOps stakeholders to "pull out" the core of business problems and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Technical Debugging: Dive deep into data schemas, formulas, and agent logs to troubleshoot and refine agent performance.
  • Platform Orchestration: Utilize and optimize tools within the Nutanix stack (e.g., Glean, Aviso) while remaining platform-agnostic to leverage the best LLMs for the task.
  • Iterative Development: Drive the end-to-end lifecycle of an agent, moving from a proof-of-concept to a fully-baked system that delivers measurable ROI.
  • Data Synthesis: Work with complex data sets to ensure agents have the necessary context to provide high-quality outputs for sales reps and managers.

What You Will Bring

  • Proven Builder Mindset: Direct experience building AI agents, utilizing LLMs, and working with agentic frameworks.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of selling workflows and the typical challenges faced by a global sales organization.
  • Curiosity and Persistence: A natural drive to ask "why," experiment with new tools, and push the boundaries of what AI can do for operations.
  • Technical Versatility: Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, or BI tools is a plus, as is the ability to handle the "messiness" of enterprise data.
  • Consultative Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with both technical peers and non-technical sales stakeholders.

Experience:
Typically 3-5+ years of experience in technical operations, sales engineering, or a related "builder" role.

Work Arrangement
Hybrid:
This role operates in a hybrid capacity out of our
Belgrade, Serbia
office. Employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration and team alignment.

Apply on the employer's site

Role description

Do you want to be part of the team behind the leading convertible bonds technology, data, and services?

Founded in 2010, Leversys provides trading and risk management systems, data products, and related services to leading global investment banks and many of the world’s top 50 hedge funds.

The company is a dynamic, small, flat-structured organization with offices in major global financial centers.

Leversys’s valuation model, systems, and data are recognized as among the market leaders in the convertible bonds space.

Following the launch of the Marketspace platform, Leversys is entering an exciting scale-up phase, aiming to play a leading role in the digitalization of the convertibles market.

This creates opportunities for team members to make a meaningful impact while growing alongside the business as the product offering continues to expand.

As a Senior Software Engineer (front-end), you will:

  • Join a product development team involved in the full delivery lifecycle, from concept and specification through UI design, development, QA, and release.
  • Work closely with product leads to turn ideas and client requirements into shipped features, with real ownership throughout.
  • Collaborate with a small team of senior engineers where knowledge sharing is natural, standards are high, and ideas are encouraged.
  • Follow a structured onboarding plan that combines early codebase contributions, architectural understanding, and exposure to the convertible bond domain.
  • Contribute to a product company that builds and owns its platform, giving your work lasting impact and visibility from problem definition to delivery and growth.
  • Build mission-critical applications for a specialised financial market with an established client base, keeping the engineering work purposeful and technically engaging.
  • Work on both a cloud-based, globally distributed SaaS platform and an on-premises version.
  • Propose and implement ideas rather than simply execute assigned tickets, with engineering input valued throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Grow across the stack with support from experienced engineers and exposure to frontend, backend, services, and integrations.
  • Strengthen your technical expertise while building enough convertible bond knowledge to make better engineering decisions.
  • Gain experience in a specialised financial domain that few engineers encounter, adding long-term depth and market value to your profile.

What we’d like you to bring to Leversys:

  • At least four years of relevant experience as a JavaScript front-end developer.
  • Strong foundation in programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, a major UI framework such as Angular, React, Vue.js, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of, and experience with, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design principles.
  • Significant experience developing complex, high-quality user interfaces and front-end applications.
  • Ability to build precise, scalable user interfaces from wireframes and UI designs.
  • Familiarity with Git or similar version control tools.
  • Desirable: experience working with RESTful APIs.
  • Desirable: exposure to C#/.NET.
  • Desirable: experience unit testing front-end applications using Jest or a similar framework.
  • Desirable: experience with financial software, large data grids, or data visualisation.
  • A strong desire to learn, develop, and succeed.
  • A commitment to achieving high standards.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Creativity and passion for building products.
  • Ability to work with complex mathematical and financial concepts.
  • Excellent analytical skills and a structured, logical approach to complex problem-solving.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Comfort working in a dynamic, multi-tasking environment.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field from a leading institution.

In return, Leversys offers you:

  • A genuine opportunity to have an impact and grow your career in established capital markets FinTech.
  • The ability to develop and apply a unique blend of knowledge and skills.
  • The scope to work on exciting and highly dynamic projects and interact with clients.
  • Personal development support.
  • Sponsorship to enhance your skills and continue your education.
  • An effective hybrid working structure.
  • Top of the market remuneration, based on the experience level.
  • Twenty-five days holiday, pro-rata.

This is your opportunity to work with a company that actively looks to its people to take charge, come up with ideas and innovate.

We look forward to hearing from you.

  • Comfortable working with teams across time zones and cultures, building strong relationships with partners in North America and other regions, and keeping communication clear and proactive.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written), able to simplify complex technical topics and drive decisions with data and clear arguments.
  • You are reliable, accountable, and willing to go the extra mile when needed—owning issues end‑to‑end, following through on commitments, and continuously pushing the team and process to the next level.
  • Experience with:
