As a
Junior Software Engineer
, you will assist in the development, implementation and management of technology-based business solutions to improve our clients’ delivery approach.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting the technical design process by participating in the analysis of technical application requirements.

• Assisting in implementing analyses that will identify requirements related to people, processes & technology.

• Participating in execution and documentation of tests.

• Executing conversion plans and documenting possible improvements; identifying disruptions in the processes.

• You will be coding, testing and implementing configuration changes and assisting in the design of software applications to meet both functional and technical requirements.

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• BSc Degree in Computer Science, Software engineering or related discipline

• Knowledge in SQL and basic programming languages (Java, Python, C#)

• Ability to work as a team member and ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

WORK YOU’LL DO:
As a
Senior
Front-end Developer
you will be responsible for designing and implementing highly-performant, customized and responsive applications that meet business process and application requirements. The developed and innovative applications will be integrated with back-end services like Data Science, AI or IoT. Your day to day tasks will include participating in the daily scrums, shaping and coding the front-end components of the user stories, unit testing the code and committing it into the repository. As a member of our Centre of Excellence you will work as part of highly skilled teams for local and global clients helping them to achieve their ambitious goals

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for designing, building and maintaining responsive front-end web and mobile applications

• Leverage CSS and JavaScript frameworks (Bootstrap, AngularJS, React or Vue) to create dynamic, on-brand and interactive user experiences

• Experience with data visualization and user interfacing features, using JavaScript (such as D3 and/or React.JS)

• Experience with responsive design and grid frameworks for cross-browser compatibility such as Bootstrap or Foundation

• Knowledge of automated code testing, such as unit testing and working with frameworks

• Experience with Git Version Control Software

• Familiar with modern architectures experience (SPAs, serverless, microservices...)

• Basic understanding of UI/UX design concepts and responsive web/mobile design

• Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code material

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Knowledge of current technology trends, especially in areas like Data Science, AI, IoT

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

• A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is essential.

• 3+ hands on experience with latest JavaScript (ES) standards and JS technologies, libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS, Angular, Node.js, Express

• Proficiency in React.js and/or Angular

• Strong understanding of modern HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles

• Experience with component-based architecture and frontend state management (e.g., Redux, NgRx)

• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL API integration and asynchronous data handling

• Knowledge of web performance optimization and best practices for accessibility (WCAG)

• Experience with version control (Git) and modern development workflows (CI/CD, code reviews)

• Exposure to testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Jasmine, Karma) for ensuring code quality

• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, back-end engineers, product managers)

What will you do?

• You will work closely with our clients in innovative projects to help them transform, grow and adapt in an increasingly digital world. Specifically, you will be part of the teams that will develop a series of tools and implement Data Analysis and Statistical methodologies to provide actionable insights into operational performance.

• Generate tables, figures and dashboards for presentation and interpretation of results in accordance with project requirements

• Analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights that can be translated into actionable recommendations to the client.

• Validate data analysis results with team members to ensure high quality deliverables, define & calculate a series of performance KPIs based on client data.

• Offer technical expertise to clients during the implementation and maintenance of solutions. Diagnose and resolve any issues promptly, in order to ensure seamless functionality.

• Engage customers/stakeholders during the entire development lifecycle.

Who we are looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in full-stack software development.

• Experience with back-end programming languages and frameworks such as Python, Java, .NET, Django, FastAPI.

• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript or TypeScript, and frameworks such as React, Angular or Vue.js.

• Strong knowledge of REST API development, integration and endpoint design.

• Experience with relational or NoSQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server or MongoDB.

• Familiarity with Git-based development practices, including branching, merging and code reviews.

• Knowledge of containerization, orchestration and microservices architecture, including Docker and Kubernetes.

• Experience working within Agile software development teams and participating in planning sessions, user-story refinement, and peer reviews.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
