Nous recrutons un
Cloud Security Engineer
confirmé pour renforcer notre équipe cybersécurité et garantir la protection de nos environnements cloud. Vous serez responsable de la conception et du maintien de solutions sécurisées, tout en accompagnant les projets dans leur transformation cloud.

Missions principales

• Concevoir et déployer des architectures cloud sécurisées (AWS, Azure, GCP…)
• Mettre en œuvre et administrer les outils de sécurité cloud (CSPM, SIEM, WAF…)
• Automatiser la sécurité et la conformité via l’Infrastructure as Code
• Réaliser des audits de sécurité et coordonner la réponse aux incidents
• Sensibiliser les équipes à la sécurité cloud et rédiger la documentation

Compétences techniques requises

• Cloud : AWS, Azure, GCP Sécurisation, IAM, logging, monitoring
• Sécurité Cloud : IAM, KMS, VPC, Security Groups Contrôle d’accès, chiffrement, segmentation réseau
• Outils de sécurité : CSPM, SIEM, WAF, EDR Surveillance, détection, réponse aux incidents
• Automatisation : Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation Déploiement sécurisé, conformité automatisée
• Scripting : Python, Bash, PowerShell Automatisation, scripts de sécurité

Profil recherché

• Bac +3 à Bac +5 en informatique ou cybersécurité
• 3 à 7 ans d’expérience en sécurité cloud ou infrastructure
• Certifications cloud sécurité appréciées (AWS, Azure, GCP, CISSP…)
• Rigueur, autonomie, esprit d’analyse, sens de la communication
• Langues : Français et Anglais (Professionnel)

Conditions

• Type de contrat : CDI ou mission freelance, ou Portage

Vos missions au service de l’économie française
Vous devriez participer à la vision technique du produit « socle système et cloud privé » en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner et les membres de l’équipe.

Vos principales missions :

• Appliquer la vision technique tout en assurant la qualité de service dans le respect des normes de sécurités
• Participer à la réalisation des projets d'infrastructure dans un esprit de travail collaboratif en respectant la méthodologie SAFe, en suivant les différentes phases projet, en tenant compte du rapport performance/coût.
• Identifier la dette technique et proposer une trajectoire de résorption
• Proposer des plans d’évolutions à plus ou moins long terme
• Participer à toutes les étapes de développement des solutions offertes par l'équipe (POC, recette, documentation, etc.)
• Participer aux tests de PCA/PRA
• Echanger avec les fournisseurs de service (Microsoft, VMWare, ...) : respect des SLA, échange avec le support, suivi des productions de DAT, DEX et procédures, amélioration continue des prestations, dashboard et reporting, ...
• Partage, veille et innovation
• Être moteur sur l'évolutivité de l’architecture réseau, des outils, des process de fonctionnement
• Etre force de proposition pour des nouvelles propositions en rupture avec l’existant

De formation Bac+5 spécialisée ingénieur ou équivalent, vous avez une réelle expertise en système et réseau. Vous possédez une expérience de 5 ans minimum dans le domaine des Infrastructures.

Vous avez un anglais courant à l'oral comme à l'écrit.

• Votre pragmatisme vous permet de trouver des solutions répondant aux attentes des utilisateurs sans
• transiger avec les impératifs de sécurité.

Key Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for prospects evaluating Agentic Security. Understand their needs and design solutions that align with their infrastructure using our platform.
• Partner with Customer Success to ensure customers onboard quickly and realize value from the platform.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and guides to streamline pre-sales and guide post-sales workflows.
• Support product configuration and deliver minor technical changes required for prospect and customer implementations.
• Feed prospect feedback directly into Product and Engineering, helping shape the roadmap and ensuring the platform evolves with real-world needs.
• Lay the foundation for a scalable Solutions Engineering function by building playbooks and repeatable best practices.

Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar role.
• A track record of managing relationships with large, complex organizations, preferably with a deeply technical enterprise product.
• Proficiency coding in the Python and Javascript ecosystems.
• A track record of enabling large scale implementations in at least one of the hyperscalers (AWS,GCP, Azure). Preferred experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform.
• An understanding of and experience navigating security, compliance, and IT processes and requirements when implementing B2B products at large enterprises.
• Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with a comfort presenting in front of customers 1:1, in small groups, and at large conference venues..
• A track record of working directly with customers of varying sizes, including large enterprises.
• An organized, self-starter approach with an eye for finding creative ways to get projects to the finish line.
• A passion for what AI can do for the good of humanity and a desire to ensure that it is implemented in a secure and ethical way.
• Comfortable in a small and fast moving environment.

As a core contributor to our software capabilities, you will:

• Architect, implement, and champion robust and scalable software development frameworks and processes, establishing best practices in version control, testing, CI/CD, and documentation to build a foundation for rapid innovation and high-quality releases.
• Design and develop data processing pipelines, complex system interfaces and interactive software tools, meticulously optimizing for throughput, low latency and ergonomics, enabling robust and efficient usage of complex data.
• Tackle complex software engineering challenges and drive innovation in areas like high-speed data handling, real-time visualization, and algorithm integration, directly contributing to Neurobus’s leadership in the neuromorphic domain.
• Collaborate closely with hardware engineers, AI designers, and product managers to understand requirements, define software architectures, and ensure seamless integration of software components within the larger Neurobus ecosystem.
• Actively participate in the validation and continuous optimization of our software systems through comprehensive testing, performance benchmarking, and in-depth analysis, ensuring they meet the stringent demands of our Defense and Space applications.
• Build and maintain well-documented, clean, and testable codebases in C++ and Python, contributing to a culture of software excellence and enabling long-term maintainability and scalability.

Required
Preferred Experience

• Master's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in software engineering, edge processing, robotics or related fields.
• Proven experience in C++ and Python development, delivering reliable and efficient software applications as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong understanding of standard design patterns, data structures, and algorithms, especially related to interface abstraction or high-performance applications.
• Experience with development of efficient user-land software running on light-weight embedded platforms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive approach to teamwork.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

Bonus Points

• Experience in the robotics or defense industries.
• Proficiency with modern development tools and practices: Git, CMake, and virtual environment managers (e.g., venv, conda, Poetry, CPM).
• Experience with performance profiling and optimization tools (e.g., perf, valgrind, Python cProfile).
• Experience setting-up automated testing frameworks (e.g., GTest, PyTest) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Github Actions, Jenkins).
• Experience with standard DevOps principles and experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with developing applications, APIs or GUI tools used commercially.
• Contribution to open-source projects, showcasing your passion for software development and collaboration.
