Per rafforzare il team AI di Devoteam Italia, cerchiamo un AI Forward Deployed Engineer con solide basi tecnologiche, forte orientamento al business e la capacità di trasformare opportunità di Intelligenza Artificiale in workflow realmente utilizzati e capaci di generare risultati misurabili. La persona opererà direttamente nei contesti organizzativi dei clienti, lavorando a stretto contatto con utenti, responsabili di processo, stakeholder di business e team tecnologici. Cerchiamo una figura con indicativamente 3-6 anni di esperienza, curiosa, pragmatica e orientata all’execution, capace di muoversi con efficacia tra analisi dei processi, progettazione delle soluzioni, sviluppo rapido, adozione degli utenti e misurazione dell’impatto. Non cerchiamo soltanto un esperto di modelli o un professionista che realizzi dimostrazioni tecnologiche. Cerchiamo una persona che sappia portare l’AI fuori dal laboratorio, integrarla nei processi reali e accompagnarla fino all’adozione operativa. La sua missione sarà ridurre la distanza tra il potenziale dell’AI e il valore concretamente prodotto per il cliente.

La sfida
Molte organizzazioni hanno già sperimentato soluzioni di Intelligenza Artificiale, ma faticano a trasformarle in risultati operativi. Un prototipo tecnicamente valido non diventa automaticamente un workflow adottato in produzione. Per riuscirci è necessario comprendere il processo end-to-end, integrare sistemi e dati, coinvolgere gli utenti, gestire rischi e governance e misurare nel tempo il valore generato. L’AI Forward Deployed Engineer nasce per colmare questo divario. Il suo successo non sarà misurato dal numero di demo, workshop o prototipi realizzati, ma dal numero di workflow AI che raggiungono un’adozione reale e producono un impatto di business misurabile.

Cosa farai

  • Osserverai i processi reali dei clienti, lavorando direttamente con gli utenti per comprenderne attività, esigenze e modalità operative.
  • Analizzerai i processi end-to-end e identificherai frizioni, attività manuali, inefficienze e opportunità ad alto valore.
  • Selezionerai e prioritizzerai i casi d’uso AI sulla base del valore atteso, della fattibilità e della disponibilità delle informazioni necessarie.
  • Progetterai workflow AI integrati nei processi e nei sistemi esistenti, evitando soluzioni isolate difficili da adottare.
  • Costruirai rapidamente soluzioni iniziali focalizzate sul minimo workflow capace di generare valore.
  • Porterai le soluzioni in produzione e le testerai con utenti reali.
  • Collaborerai con team di data engineering, cloud, software development, security, compliance e process transformation.
  • Integrerai modelli di AI generativa, servizi cloud, dati aziendali, API, applicazioni e strumenti di automazione.
  • Definirai insieme al cliente il livello di autonomia più appropriato per ogni workflow, mantenendo il controllo umano dove necessario.
  • Misurerai qualità tecnica, performance operativa, adozione degli utenti e impatto sul business.
  • Analizzerai errori, eccezioni e feedback per migliorare progressivamente le soluzioni.
  • Supporterai gli utenti durante il rilascio, raccogliendo le loro osservazioni e facilitando l’adozione delle nuove modalità operative.
  • Contribuirai alla costruzione di soluzioni riutilizzabili, scalabili e coerenti con i requisiti di governance del cliente.
  • Documenterai decisioni, dipendenze, metriche, rischi e criteri di successo.

Su quali processi lavorerai
Potrai contribuire alla trasformazione di processi caratterizzati da elevata intensità manuale, complessità decisionale, frammentazione delle informazioni o necessità di risposte rapide. Tra gli ambiti di possibile intervento:

  • gestione e classificazione delle richieste operative;
  • estrazione e trattamento intelligente dei documenti;
  • predisposizione di report e sintesi operative;
  • ricerca e accesso alla conoscenza aziendale;

Qualifiche
Il profilo che cerchiamo

  • Hai maturato indicativamente da 3 a 6 anni di esperienza in progetti AI, data, software engineering, automazione o trasformazione digitale.
  • Hai esperienza nella progettazione e implementazione di soluzioni tecnologiche utilizzate in contesti aziendali reali.
  • Conosci i principi e le applicazioni dell’AI generativa, dei Large Language Model e delle architetture AI moderne.
  • Hai familiarità con Python e con lo sviluppo o l’integrazione di servizi tramite API.
  • Sai lavorare con dati strutturati e non strutturati.
  • Comprendi i principi delle architetture cloud, dell’integrazione applicativa e dell’automazione dei workflow.
  • Sai analizzare un processo aziendale, individuare le frizioni operative e tradurle in requisiti di soluzione.
  • Sei in grado di costruire rapidamente prototipi, ma comprendi anche cosa sia necessario per portarli in produzione.
  • Sai dialogare con interlocutori tecnici e di business, adattando linguaggio e livello di dettaglio.
  • Hai una buona capacità di strutturare problemi complessi e procedere attraverso iterazioni rapide.

Come misureremo il successo
Il successo nel ruolo sarà valutato attraverso indicatori quali:

  • tempo necessario per portare un workflow AI dall’identificazione dell’opportunità all’utilizzo in produzione;
  • numero di workflow effettivamente adottati dagli utenti;
  • frequenza e qualità di utilizzo delle soluzioni;
  • Una metrica centrale sarà il Time to Adopted AI Workflow, ovvero il tempo necessario per trasformare un’opportunità in un workflow AI realmente operativo, utilizzato da utenti reali e capace di generare valore misurabile.

Governance, sicurezza e responsabilità
Progetterai soluzioni AI che rispettino i requisiti di sicurezza, privacy, tracciabilità e compliance del cliente. Lavorerai secondo un modello di autonomia progressiva: l’AI potrà inizialmente informare o raccomandare, per poi supportare la preparazione delle decisioni ed eventualmente eseguire attività entro limiti chiaramente definiti. Il livello di autonomia crescerà soltanto quando affidabilità, qualità e controllo saranno stati dimostrati attraverso evidenze operative. Contribuirai inoltre a garantire:

  • tracciabilità delle decisioni supportate dall’AI;

Position Summary:

A day in the life of the Industrial Services | Utilities Engineer:

  • Utility Distribution Systems:

Steam distribution, Condensate recovery, Compressed air distribution, Chilled water distribution, Cooling waste, Process water, Potable water, Hot water, HVAC utility interfaces, Natural gas distribution systems, Utility pipe bridges and underground utility networks, Utility metering systems, Utility monitoring systems, Fire protection systems

  • Engineering & Design:

Review utility system designs and deliverables. Ensure utility distribution networks meet process and build requirements. Review P&IDs, layouts, technical specifications, calculations and contractor submissions. Participate in design reviews and constructability reviews. Ensure compliance with Nestlé Engineering Standards and local regulations.

  • Construction Support:

Coordinate utility installation activities with contractors and suppliers. Support construction planning and sequencing. Resolve technical issues arising during construction. Verify installation quality and compliance with approved designs. Participate in inspections and punch-list management. Monitor construction progress against project milestones.

  • Commissioning & Start-Up:

Prepare and execute commissioning plans for utility distribution systems. Coordinate flushing and performance testing. Support utility system start-up and troubleshooting. Verify system performance against design requirements. Participate on SAT, commissioning, and handover activities. Ensure all utility systems are operational

  • Safety & Compliance:

Promote safe design and construction practices. Support permit-to-work and contractor safety programs. Ensure compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Ensure utility systems meet food safety and hygienic design requirements.

What will make you successful?

  • For factories with large built-up distributed ammonia plants (Ice Cream, Frozen Food or Freeze Drying, industrial refrigeration background and ammonia experience is required
  • Experience operating or supervising others who operate heating pressure systems (gas boilers) or other large combustion systems (steam, hot water)
  • Experience in P&ID (piping instrumentation diagram)
  • Experience in industrial plants: AHU, chillers, fire protection systems, water and steam generation, water treatment, BMS and electrical equipment.
  • Fluency in Italian and English is required.

Role description

In ottica di crescita ed espansione continua, siamo alla ricerca di un
STORAGE & BACKUP ADMIN
per un Cliente leader nel settore dei servizi digitali e della sicurezza informatica.

I candidati ideali lavoreranno da remoto, ma è gradita flessibilità a recarsi occasionalmente presso la nostra sede in provincia di Varese.

La risorsa si occuperà delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestione sistemistica e manutenzione delle piattaforme storage (Hitachi Vantara VSP, NetApp CDOT) su infrastrutture SAN, NAS e Object Storage
  • Monitoraggio proattivo e risoluzione degli incidenti sulle piattaforme di storage e backup
  • Sviluppo e manutenzione di script di automazione (Bash, ZSH, Python, Ruby) per processi di provisioning, manutenzione e monitoraggio
  • Amministrazione dei sistemi e delle procedure di backup e disaster recovery in ambienti ibridi e cloud
  • Configurazione degli apparati SAN (es. Brocade) e integrazione delle risorse storage con piattaforme virtualizzate e sistemi operativi
  • Ottimizzazione e modernizzazione dell’infrastruttura IT distribuita a supporto delle sedi del Cliente Finale

Il profilo ideale deve avere le seguenti caratteristiche:

  • Laurea triennale in Informatica, Scienze e tecnologie informatiche o Ingegneria dell’informazione
  • Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo di Storage Administrator, System Engineer o Storage & Backup Specialist in contesti complessi
  • Conoscenza approfondita delle architetture storage SAN, NAS e Object Storage (Hitachi Vantara VSP, NetApp CDOT)
  • Competenze nei linguaggi di scripting per automazione infrastrutturale: Bash, ZSH, Python o Ruby
  • Esperienza con soluzioni di backup di mercato e logiche di ripristino dati
  • Conoscenza di ulteriori piattaforme storage (Dell/EMC², Brocade SAN, Red Hat Ceph) e backup enterprise (Veritas NetBackup, IBM Spectrum Protect/TSM, Veeam) – preferenziale
  • Familiarità con ambienti operativi e di virtualizzazione (Windows, Linux, VMware, KVM, Solaris, Citrix) – preferenziale
  • Orientamento all’amministrazione, manutenzione e automazione di infrastrutture storage e backup complesse

  • Range economico: 35-40k commisurato all’esperienza e alle competenze tecniche.
